Hello ManyChat Support,I hope you’re doing well. I’m facing an issue with my accounts.I started with a free trial on XYZ EMAIL , then I upgraded my subscription on my Pro account YFT EMAIL The problem is: both accounts are currently connected to the same Facebook Account Which is have my Meta Suite Access , and I want my Pro account (kareem7mf@gmail.com) to be the ONLY account connected to that Facebook page.Could you please help me with:I Already Discounted My Free Account From All The Pages ANd Even Tried to Deactivated it and remove the access from facebook itself and i logout both account and restart the browser and still get the same erorr i just need to deactive my free account from my facebook page so i can use it at PRO account PLEASE HELP ME Thank you in advance — really appreciate your support. 

I was creating flows and made sure all my message texts stayed within the character limit. Normally, if a message exceeds the limit, Manychat shows the exceeded count with a minus value, correct?However, when I used only a few words and tried to set the automation live, I received the error: “Message Texts with Button cannot exceed 40 characters.” None of my message texts go over this limit, so I’m unable to publish the automation.Could this be happening because I’m using Burmese text and Manychat’s character counter isn’t detecting the characters correctly? Please help me resolve this issue.

Let me elaborate, many customers via FB or IG do wire transactions. To accept these payments they have to send them via WhatsApp to have everything done, the thing is that if they repeat the keyword the same automation that they previously triggered on other platform will on the chat and may be tedious when we´re talking about closing a sale. What do I need to do in my WhatsApp automation? 

Anyone else’s Manychat’s link not showing up as a blue link so people can easily click? Also, is anyone else’s bold text not working in their Manychat flow? It is just showing up as example:  *dog* rather than dog in bold text.

Hi, I have a paid plan with ManyChat, and I'm trying to publish an Instagram automation flow that I've created. However, every time I click the 'Publish' button, a modal appears offering to upgrade to the ManyChat AI plan ($29/month), which is blocking me from publishing. This happens repeatedly, even though I already have a paid subscription.Questions:1. Does my current plan limit the number of flows I can publish?2. Is there a specific feature in this flow that requires the AI plan?3. Is there a way to bypass this modal or contact support directly?4. Could this be a billing/permission issue with my account?Thank you.

Anyone having issues with their automations? Literally ALL of my Instagram automations have stopped. Like years of automations. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions twice, and nothing. Also weird stuff is going on with my Instagram (it’s only allowing me three hashtags on posts, and my scheduling o  Updates: First I discovered my story automations ARE working. But posts/reels aren’t. Also if this is applicable to anyone...all this mess started when I tried to post today and Instagram wouldn’t let me post more than three hashtags. Then I noticed my scheduling option on Instagram disappeared. And then I noticed none of my automations are sending. My scheduling option is finally back, but I’m still having the hashtag issue and the automation issue.

Hello, I’m a creator who uses yoga as a tool to help people with various physical complaints. My language is Dutch, and part of my audience also speaks Dutch, but the largest part of my target audience will be English-speaking. How can I best split this up? Also, how does ManyChat recognize or handle this in automations? Does anyone have experience with managing multiple languages?Greetings.

I am desperate.  I have filed two tickets with support.  None of my automations are working.  None of the troubleshooting is helping.  Black friday sales start tomorrow.  I am dead in the water with NONE of my automations working and not being able to create any new ones.  Does anyone know how to get help from ManyChat?  A number?  A direct email?

Hi guys,  I started with Manychat a month ago and was extremely happy with it, having accomplished 1000+ contacts within some successful videos of mine. My structure is simple: I ask people to comment “map” mostly on all my reels and with an automation (active on all my reels) I send them a free map. (within the map download link they subscribe to my newsletter).  Unfortunately as of today, out of nowhere, main automation “MAP” stopped working. All new versions I have tried to create (and test) failed. Has anyone experienced this? I basically can not use any Manychat service atm.

What is the simplest way to make a date and time reservation in the Telegram bot? Еo choose from the available dates, and then a day before the event they will send a reminder to the person who signed up?

My dm automations just randomly stopped working. I have done everything from a troubleshooting standpoint & nothing works.  It was working fine all week, and then for no reason at all, when someone comments they keyword on a post/reel it doesn’t trigger the DM.  This is a CRITICAL error as I have a reel going viral.  Cannot get in touch with anyone and hoping someone can help me here.

Hi, I am having issues with my automation 5 days ago a created a automation of a specific comment on a specific post and the whole flow worked perfectly. I paused it as it was for our Black Friday Campaign. Today that I wanted to activated its not working. I created the same flow for Facebook and it’s working perfectly. I verified that I am using the new API and all of that. I’ve attached my whole flow. If you could give me any tips that would be great. 

Anyone else having issues with IG automations? Posts are connected but the message isn’t being sent. 

Hi everyone,we're working with WhatsApp in coexistence mode, and we're running into an issue where automations don’t stop when a user sends a message.The problem seems to be that the user is sending a message from WhatsApp Business, not from the Live Chat window—so ManyChat doesn’t detect it as user activity that should pause the automation.Is there any automatic solution or recommended setup that will stop/pause the automation as soon as the user replies from WhatsApp Business?Any insights or workarounds would be appreciated!

I just went live with this new feature, and I feel something isn’t right.  As you can see, there are 376 executions but only 20 sends.   Can someone explain this to me?

Question about automations.. does Manychat gather location data based on IP of the person that opts in to DMs? It would be great to be able to segment audiences without segmenting them through questions or data collection in DM.For example - for an artist or musician looking to market a tour. Without having to get the location from the contact in the DMs, does manychat pull their location from their IP when they respond to a DM thereby opting in?That way, if I want to send a broadcast to people in Atlanta or within 50 miles of Atlanta in my contacts list I can send a message specifically to those people rather than EVERYONE.Does this make sense?

Hey!I’m running a Instagram account and I have an automation set up:When someone replies with a keyword (for example “more pension”), they get an automated message where they enter their email address and then I send all the info via email.Everything works fine the first time someone does it.But here’s my problem:If the same person does it again (for example me, because I want to test my flows after making changes), manychat doesn’t trigger the flow anymore. It looks like manychat recognises that the user already went through the flow once and then refuses to collect the email again or re-trigger the automation.How can I disable this behavior so users can run through the entire process as many times as they want? Thanks for any help! 🙏

My IG flows are suddenly stopping after the first message. The initial DM sends fine, but when followers tap the button or reply with the keyword (like “Yes, send it 🚀”), nothing happens — message 2 never fires.I’ve tested across different accounts, refreshed permissions, even reconnected IG… same thing. Looks like a Meta webhook issue starting Oct 21–22 — seeing reports in Canada & the U.S. Can anyone from ManyChat confirm if this is a known issue or being fixed? PLEASE FIX! 🙏

Good morning,We would like some clarification regarding the pricing and monthly fee thatwe should pay to Manychat in the following cases: - in month 1, we reach 500 users and pay $15.- in month 2, another 500 users are added, so we'd pay $25.- from month 3, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25.- from month 4, there are no changes, so the monthly fee remains $25. Are unique users calculated on a monthly basis or are they cumulative?Is there a way to save on the monthly fee? If I decide to cancel my PRO subscription after finishing an Instagram activity,to stop paying, can I later subscribe again? Thanks in advance for the clarification.Best regards

I’m implementing Instagram DM automations and encountering two main challenges with ManyChat: Live Chat Functionality: Manual replies via the ManyChat Live Chat panel consistently fail to send, and incoming messages don’t reliably appear for agents. This makes direct human takeover difficult during setup and testing. It asks me to contact support everytime I try to send a message via the ManyChat Live Chat interface. Testing Automation Flows: When trying to preview/test flows before making them live - such as sending test messages from another Instagram account to the preview/test number - the automations frequently do not trigger. This limits my ability to fully test and debug the experience before launching it to real users. Main Questions: Is there a workaround or proven method for reliably testing Instagram DM automations before going live?
