My automation for new followers isn't working. I've done everything according to the steps. Everything is linked together in Meta Business, but unfortunately the automation still doesn't work. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

I’m trying to configure the chatbot to send an external URL (usually a Facebook/Instagram reel video) in Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message. However, when the user taps on the external link, it usually trigger ManyChat tracker URL first, then redirect the user to the actual URL of the reel video. I already turned off the the setting “Automatically send events to the Conversation API ...” in Settings/Ads Optimization, but this behavior is still occurring.

On few of my clients pages, DMs and comments suddenly stop appearing on the Manychat. For some its only for couple of leads, for others, all. This has been going on for over a week now.I’ve tried refreshing permissions, making sure that instagram settings on the app allows for everyone to message it etc. Still, nothing is helping.Does anybody know what is the best thing to do in this kind of situation?

Hello, I am linking a custom OpenAI Chatbot with my WhatsApp Business account to allow users to interact with the Chatbot via WhatsApp. I want the response to occur as soon as possible (ideally within a few seconds), but am having trouble doing this. I can have a trigger to communicate with OpenAI based on a WhatsApp message from the user but it must contain certain keywords, which is problematic since the user would always need to include a specific keyword (or one of three keywords). I could have it be a date/time based trigger based on the last time of interaction on WhatsApp but the minimum value I can put is 1 minute, when I’d prefer it be immediate or just a few seconds (10 seconds at the most) since waiting for for a response detracts from how effective the interaction is. Any suggestions for how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been planning to runs messaging ads using manychat on Instagram. I’m so frustrated that after trying every possible solution recommended by the support chatbot, I haven’t got a resolution on itIn return, it created a support ticket where there has been no response at all since last 3 days. I created a second ticket yesterday and still there hasn’t been any updateCan anyone please suggest what can be done? It is very disappointing that even after being a pro user, you cannot contact a “real person” from support who can give some clarity rather than AI generated responses.

I have a question, why are we not notified when Permissions need to be refreshed? Some of my followers did not get my Manychat message when they followed me. This is a bummer because I want to look and feel professional and have direct contact with my followers, now I have to go back and resend my message when they should of gotten the message the first time they followed me. This is what I pay for, but when the system fails why aren’t we notified. 

I have a csv file with ~600 Instagram Scoped User ID but when uploaded to facebook the list is “Ready” but I still can’t make a lookalike audience from it because the seed audience is too small. From meta documentation they say I need at least 100 Instagram Scoped User ID’s So how many do I need?   

Hey, I’m new to Manychat and Make.When someone sends us a DM on Instagram, I only get the contact_id and first name, but I need the username or scope ID to use later in Clay for data enrichment.Does anyone know how to fetch the username or scope ID directly from Manychat when a user messages us?

It amazes me that a company known for chatbots does not have a chat integration built into their platform. I have a question that I would like to talk to an actual human being about, but I can’t find a way to do that. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Hi, I’m having a very strange issue with the ManyChat + Meta integration on WhatsApp, and I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar.This is my situation: I run WhatsApp ads. My follow to DM automation has been working flawlessly for months, and then yesterday morning it randomly stopped working. It's just not firing when I get new followers. All of my other automations are working fine. The follow to DM automation is definitely set to live and turned on. Please help.

However, my account status is still stuck on "Free" and shows as "Expired" in the billing settings.I have already: Cleared my browser cache and cookies. Logged out and logged back in.
