Hi there,I created a flow where we first ask for the person’s name and then want to ask for their e-mail. I would like to build in something that also exists with when asking for an email, that if the entry is incorrect, for example instead of a name they add an emoji or number or even the e-mail then the automation will detect it and ask again, perhaps for 2 times or so. How can I add this function please? Maybe ​@Gustavo Boregio can you assist? :)I tried to add in conditions and so, but it is not working. See screenshot below. Thank you.Mareike

Hi, my customers are sending me WhatsApp messages but they are not getting replies from the ManyChat flow. When I check my mailbox, I don’t see any new incoming messages either. I’ve also emailed support but haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone else experienced this issue or know what might be causing it?

Hello everyone,I’m using code with manychat api to send messages to WhatsApp users who have replied within 24 hours. Although I’m receiving a response of {'status': 'success'}, the users are not actually receiving the messages.On the other hand, if I use the same method with a subscriber_id corresponding to a Facebook user, the messages are sent successfully.Could anyone help me figure out what might be going wrong? Previously, my Instagram account was already connected to another Manychat account, but I wanted to switch it to a new Manychat account created with a different email address. I want to be the only one who manages and edits the bots — clients should not need access to ManyChat. For each client, I need to create a separate chatbot connected to their Instagram account, but I’d like to do this without asking clients for their Instagram login credentials. Ideally, the connection happens through the official Meta login process. When I try to pay, I receive the error message: "Your card has been declined."I have already double-checked my card details (number, expiration date, and CVC), and they are all correct. I also contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there are no blocks or restrictions on their end.Could you please investigate why my payment is being declined? Hi everyone,I’m having some trouble with conversation starters in ManyChat and was wondering if anyone else has run into this.I currently have two conversation starters working fine, but I’m trying to add another one that’s pretty important to my business. The issue is: When I try to edit the response of the new conversation starter, it doesn’t let me build out the automation. Once it goes to the Routing tab, I can’t set the trigger as “Conversation Starter.” It basically stops me from connecting it to the flow I need. Has anyone experienced this before? Am I missing a step, or is this a bug? Any help would be much appreciated — this link/conversation starter is really important to my business. Thanks in advance!

I have set up a new automation that I want to link to my welcome message. I have set it up per all the instructions but it is not working. The automation works as the default replay but that means I can’t have a conversation with potential clients as it triggers every time they type something!I had an old automation that was linked to the welcome message - could this be the issue? Can I unpublish it without deleting it?

I created a Manychat Account some time ago, but when I tried to log in recently, I received the following error message: “A ManyChat account for this sign-in option does not exist. Hi all,I've a Smart delay question, pls see the pic attached 1) user can click the Button "Absolutely!" and go to the next Whatsapp MSG2) if user does not click, I want, after a 1 hour smart delay, sent anyway the next Whatsapp MSG. How to avoid that id the user clicks, after the 1 hour smart delay, receive again the same Whatsapp MSG? A condition? Is anyone else experiencing this with Manychat? A screen that says "Let's confirm you are human" keeps popping up for me. It happens after I leave the screen idle for about 5 minutes. Is this a common issue, or is it a problem with my account?

I was running a WhatsApp broadcast and, due to an incorrect calculation, I ended up sending it to more people than my balance could cover. As a result, the broadcast stopped. When I top up my wallet, will the broadcasts resume automatically? If so, how can I stop that from happening?
