Hi everyone 👋I’m relatively new to ManyChat and I’ve hit a bit of confusion I’m hoping someone can help clarify.I seem to have two different ManyChat workspaces:One created via Google login (on a paid plan), but with limited features and no Meta channels behaving as expected.Another created via Facebook login, connected to Facebook/Instagram, where I have full AI + automation features available (currently on a free trial), and where all my main work/flows live.My questions are:Is this expected behavior (separate workspaces per login method)?If I upgrade the Facebook-connected workspace to the Pro plan, will all my existing automations and AI agents remain intact?Is there any recommended way to consolidate or should I simply abandon the Google-login workspace and continue with the Meta-connected one?I want to make sure I’m upgrading the correct workspace before committing to the $44 plan and avoid rebuilding anything unne

My Instagram DM automation suddenly stopped responding to most messages, even though I haven’t changed any settings.The automation is enabled for all Reels and posts, but it currently replies to only 1 out of every 10 comments. Since my settings haven’t changed for over a year, I don’t believe this is a configuration issue.An urgent solution would be greatly appreciated, as hundreds of customers are currently unable to receive price information.

So i have intergrated Whatsapp business into manychat. I want to add a new contact on whatsapp business. I go to add contact and then create the details. When i want to start a concersation after i have saved the details it says i need a template which i created - waiting for Meta approval ...is this the only way to do this ?

My Instagram account is still connected to an old ManyChat workspace . I no longer have access to that workspace and need the Instagram channel released so I can reconnect it to my current ManyChat account. How do I  detach the Instagram connection ?

I’m not sure if this feature is restricted by region, account permissions, API version, or if there are additional configuration steps that may not be clearly documented.Has anyone else encountered this issu

How can I remove / disconnect my Facebook alternative way to login into my Manychat , because my old Facebook account is disabled, and its not allowing me to connect my new facebook account to my Manychat I need help asap. I submitted a ticket #444615 but no answer or reply but this issue is severe to my business 

I’ve deactivated my manychat account, but the automation is still running on my instagram account. (I did delete/deactivate all automations before I deactivated my account). How do I stop the automation? The automation is an automated message that is sent when someone sends me a message. 

Hi All!set up an automation so that when someone comments a specific trigger word on my reel, they automatically receive an initial DM. That part works perfectly.However, I’m having issues with the second step in the flow. When someone selects “Send me the link,” the system doesn’t send anything. I’ve noticed that I have to manually click “Send me the link” in our DMs for it to sometimes trigger the message.I also realized my Instagram inbox is separated into Primary, Requests, and General, and this issue seems to happen with the DMs that land in my General inbox.Has anyone experienced this or know what might be causing it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Excited to try the DM to new followers automation with my Pro account but my delay time options are only 5 minutes and 10 minutes which seem too long for my preference.  In the step by step guide as well as YouTube videos I have seen that there are several other options available - no delay, 30 seconds, 1 minute.  How do I gain access to those options?  Thank you

Every card supports international and online payments and works on other SaaS platforms. Hello everyone,I’m having an issue with connecting my Instagram account to ManyChat.Previously, I was able to add this Instagram account (shaiyrgul_manap) without any problems, and I have already upgraded to the Pro plan. However, now I can’t add or reconnect the same Instagram account anymore.I’ve tried to connect it more than 10 times, but it still doesn’t work. This week I started to notice my Instagram automations only sending to people who are following me. There is no reply comment or message sent to anyone who is not following me which is where most of my comments come from. Does anyone know how to fix this ?

finding in doc, i figured out is also possible using validation in whatsapp manager on meta ads but in this case i cant use CoEx and have to disconnect. i already using messages in batch and trading conversations with my custumers i cant delete this one. i have to dispatch more messages but i cant validate my current number to increase the number of messages. and is quite important for my bussiness use coex , as actually working now and very well.

Hello, I scheduled four messages to be sent on January 31, 2026, each set for different times: 1st message: 07:00 AM 2nd message: 07:55 AM 3rd message: 09:30 AM 4th message: 12:30 PM However, the following issue occurred: all messages were sent at the same time as the first one, specifically at 07:00 AM.This is a serious problem, as all messages were scheduled for the same contact base, which directly impacts communication quality, user experience, and may cause deliverability issues.I need to understand what went wrong with the scheduling system and what measures will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

I want to add a WhatsApp account to Many chat. The number is using WhatsApp Business, the business is verified by Meta, but in the WhatsApp account in Meta, it does not show currency, time zone, and the WhatsApp manager. The only info appear is:Business name, Phone number, and Profile photo.Also, I tried to connect the Many chat process, but the only choice I have is to create a new WhatsApp business for the business portfolio

I've come back to ManyChat because there was a workaround to get the automation to fire and say "hi" to new followers. The issue I'm now having is that the automation “Say hi to new followers “ it's only working about 40% of the time, which makes the automation redundant because it's taken me double the time to then go through and screen who has received messages and who hasn't been sent messages, so then I can send them manually.I then found that other automations that I have set for either a comment or a DM for a specific word also isn't firing. I have tried to follow the instructions to refresh my permissions, the issue is when I try to refresh it tries to log me in again and I have the exact same issue of the failure to log in when I was trying to activate the automation to "Say Hi to New Followers" Before there was a workaround. Is anyone else having problems when all (literally all settings, including channels, automation, contact and subscription) disappear?I have used Manychat for more than a year. I logged in as usual through Facebook and saw just a new account 😩And I don't know why. I didn't delete automation, channels, or any integrations, and I paid my subscription last week.It seems like there might be some bug.

Hi! I would like to add the second Instagram profile into my Manychat channel and tried to get inside of my created profile and found out that I cannot log in anymore with FB or Instagram credentials. I have checked all the passwords, all was correct and were saved on my PC, but then why I cannot log in? I have no active subscriptions on my account but I am still being billed by Manychat. Does anyone know where to go to resolve this - I’ve had to block the payment via my bank for now and I’m not very happy about it.
