Context:I run an app/website where users sign up and accept terms allowing us to contact them via WhatsApp. Their data is stored in my database (sometimes I can also feed contacts via Google Sheets).What I need is: every time a new contact is created, ManyChat should automatically send a WhatsApp Message Template (Marketing or Utility) after a few hours/days (welcome/onboarding), without any manual importing/tagging.Issue:When I try to do this via API, ManyChat blocks it and says I need some kind of approval/permission, and that I have to do it manually. This doesn’t scale (I may get 10–50 new signups).My questions: What exactly is the approval/permission I need to create/import WhatsApp contacts via API and then trigger automation? Is it plan-related, WhatsApp channel-related, or a feature that Support

All of my automation on both my account aren’t working anymore for 3 days.I’m desperate for help from Manychat, but…. it’s not really fast.Since I tried “say hi to news follower” every thing stop.It was working very well for the last 2 year.But now, it’s over, I tried everything recommande by the AI Chat bot, stuff ask with the 2 emails from ticket, but that’s all….Any idea ? When I tried the routing message in Business Facebook, I got this error message.    I tried of course to disconnect Manychat, reconnect, refresh everything, with no result...

Analytics for ManyChat automations is very sparse… it seems that a request for date-based anayltics comes up a lot. Is this in development? What’s the verdict? 

Hello,I am new here, I created and linked my Business FB profile, IG account and business page on Manychat easily. The only feature I was interested in using is unavailable to my account. I think I have all set up correctly. So, I have a FB page - FB business page - my IG profile is set as Business - On IG Connected tools are OK. all seems in order I refresh Manychat permissions but that feature remains unavailable.See image.I am not sure if this is something I can solve, if so how?   

How do I link my WhatsApp business 

I receive errors when trying to send out messages using the Manychat Make modules for “Send text” and “Send message”  Could someone shed some light on what they intended for? I am planning to collect leads via Instagram and Telegram and to then send out Texts/Messages via the according channel where the contact came from. However the errors claim there was no prior contact and no message can be sent and also mentions message Tags:[400] Content can’t be sent to the subscriber without a message tag. Subscriber’s last interaction was over 70h ago (more than 24 hours ago)When adding a Tag I receive:[400] Validation error: Message tags

I automated a Comment/Reply/DM for my ebook months ago for all posts.  The Keyword was “VIBE” but it would send replies randomly to people who didn’t comment the keyword.  I ended up having to delete the automation because it began replying back to EVERY SINGLE COMMENT.  The setting was set to “message a keyword” and not “message all” so I’m not sure why that happened.  And even with the deleted automation, my followers are STILL getting replies and DM’s.   I’ve refreshed my permissions, the only thing I can think to do is delete my ManyChat altogether and start over.  But that would delete everything I’ve automated too.   Ugh, please help.  ALSO WHY IS THER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MANYCHAT!?! I need to talk to a person.  

My Instagram account @magno_properties is connected via Instagram OAuth. The bot receives messages but cannot reply - error says channel not available for communication. I need to switch to Meta for Business connection. Please help.

I created a workflow to collect daily user information.However, the user missed answering yesterday’s questions, and we also sent today’s message.The user first submitted answers for today, then later submitted answers for yesterday by selecting the previous options.I want to store these as two separate conversations, but they are being treated as the same one. I’m using an n8n webhook to save the responses to a Google Sheet—what can I do to separate them?I tried a solution where I generate a unique ID via the n8n webhook and store it in a user field, but it gets replaced every time. Is there any variable or method that allows storing a unique ID for each workflow run so it remains distinct?

Hi, I want to send a welcome video when someone new follows me. I used to do this manually writing a message and sending the video file directly into their inbox. It would be great to have this automated! But, the setup only seems to allow for sending the link to the video which then opens up in their browser or dropbox. Is there a way to send the video direct into their inbox like when I do it manually?Thank you

I am creating a manychat subscriber using api.Create failed, attempting to FIND existing user. Error: {"status":"error","message":"Validation error","details":{"messages":{"wa_id":{"message":["This WhatsApp ID already exists: 91*********"]},Now the frustrating thing is how do i get the subscriber id of this id so i can update some important fields that i need to communicate with this customer.There is no search by wa_id feature available. And it would make more sense that when this error is thrown you should also give the subscriber id of the contact already in manychat.  

As we know previously, Manychat allow use to broadcast to all our messenger contacts, but after the depreciates of Tags. Does it mean all my 20K+ contacts are basically useless now?

Hi,I need the VAT number of Manychat company for my accountings (not my own VAT on invoice, that I already have).The address of Manychat is not enough and the rules in Denmark requires applying the company VAT from every company we buy from.I can’t find it anywhere and Chat GPT couldn’t help either. It doesn’t seem to be official anywhere, so maybe someone before me has had the same issue and been in contact with the support. I need the VAT ASAP. Does anyone know the VAT for Manychat?

It barely responds, but sometimes it stops halfway through. If no one responds, I know I'm doing something wrong, but some people respond. It also says I can't set up a new greeting yet.

From my understanding, you can only get the JSON code to connect to the FB ads if you select the “user clicks on facebook ad” trigger. However, when I try to activate it, I get an error message like in the first image. But I’m confused because nothing in my initial message has those variables (see 2nd screenshot).   

I am trying to connect an Instagram account, but it shows that “Request Sent” and I can’t find anywhere the request that I need to approve. I have full access and also the owner of the Instagram account we couldn’t find it anywhere. Please help.

My Google Sheet has 2 columns, IG_username and Message_to_blast.In Manychat, I build a flow to lookup the IG_username, and put the Message_to_blast into Manychat Data, and then send to the user.It works great at first, but after I edited the Message_to_blast in Google sheet, Manychat still kept sending the old data.I am not sure if there is cache issue since it is the same IG_username.I have tried many efforts, still doesn’t workI tried clear my browser cache I tried disconnect Google Sheet and connect again I tried clicking “refresh” on action  I tried deleting the action and adding back in (well I was using 2 different IG account to test this, one works, meaning it send the updated message, but the other doesn’t, it still send the old message, weird… ) I am new to Manychat and I appreciate any sort of help / tips! Thank you everyone in advance!
