I can't send photos to TikTok automation. I can send photos to Instagram automation, but not to TikTok. Please help. Is there a rule here? Is there a data size limit or any other rule?

Hello,Let’s say someone replies to my automation in a feed post or story, can I get the post/story ID that the person replied to?

My Facebook page has a Logo, but that doesn’t pull through to ManyChat So my WhatsApp messages go out without a Logo The facebook account is the person who signs up with manychat, but they won’t be answering the messages, so i add a team member, but the name and logo for that person doesn’t match the name and image for that email account A simple message takes 24 Hours to approve “Hi {Recipients Name}, It's Shane here from Dream Team, you requested more info? But the header says BoostX without a logo, the reply comes from Maree with her profile picture instead of Shane with his logo, i got BoostX, Shane, Maree, Dream Team, All wrong logo’s, names and people! I got a really nice chat bot sending me to admins who don’t reply and i have hundreds of people waiting for a response.  WTF. Why is this so difficult!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just logged into my account and noticed a UI update. Now, I can’t seem to find my teammate’s inbox. I can still assign messages to her, but I can’t into her inbox like I used to, and I don’t have my own inbox. Is this a bug? I sure hope so, because having everything in one inbox between teammates is messy. 

hey there! Ive notice that when someone comment on my post one of the key words they  get the first message, but then when they click the button for the link the bot doesn't send it.  anyone know how to fix this?

This is what I see now. 2 Days ago, I had other things like. Unassinged. Team Members, Etc.. what happened? Everything is now inside Inbox and it makes it horrible to organize and figure out what’s going on.

I tried to send my broadcast to all my Facebook dm but the broadcast was just sent to 15% of them it allows me to send it to the rest if I wait for an hour. any ideas why this is happening and how can I avoid it?

The problem is the Meta. They are changing a lot of things. Call for a support in metabusiness suite, look for a chat icon in menu , and starts from there. Explain the issues with manychat handover protocol, they are migrating for a new kind of Conversation routing - in your business settings you gonna see that Integrations option has this option. this icon 

Buttons are not working on messenger, and havent been for the past 3-4 hours. Buttons still appear, but when a users clicks the button, the automations behind them do not fire. This has gone from working perfectly → not working at all.This is occuring over multiple accounts + for my collegues too on accounts im not linked to. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and its still not working. I submitted a critical ticket 2 hours ago but still havent recieved any word back. The manychat status page doesnt indicate this issue is know.Can this please be flagged and fixed ASAP. It is critially impacting my business

First off, I love this tool, it has transformed how I work. I understand things don’t always work, that’s tech. But what we need you to do, is communicate instead of going silent. As customers, we need to be kept aware of what is happening, even if you don’t fully know yet. Otherwise we waste out own time trying to fix something that is beyond our control. Please communicate openly.Sam

The first message in a flow gets delivered, but then nothing else continues.I’ve already checked all the connections (both from Facebook and ManyChat), rewrote and reactivated the journeys, but nothing has changed.This issue is really hurting my campaigns and I’m losing leads because of it.Please, if any of the ManyChat team members or experienced users can look into this or guide me, I’d be so grateful. Hi, I would like to know the purpose of Skip button in Data collection block for Date&Time. I am new to Manychat and was facing an issue with the Skip button which appears with the Date and Time button.I idea is that the user books an appointment with Date and Time button and after selecting the date and time the user will be asked further details which are in the flow. But when the user selects the Skip button instead of Date and Time, the flow continues. I want the flow to be closed if the user use Skip button. Any suggestions on how to implement this?And also there is no option to remove or hide the Skip button or text. What could be the options?

For some reason, it’s not working when people are clicking send me the link? Is there something wrong with my flow?I tried using the AUTO-DM links when replying to comments and that didn’t work either? Thanks!

Hey there.I am having an issue where the messages sent by ManyChats automation are appearing in my whatsapp for businnes as “Waiting for message” and it is not letting me see the messages. It goes as far as even some automation messages not getting sent at all. I have double and triple checked my Meta for Business account and I don’t see any issues leading me to believe that the issue lies there. May I get some help?    

Recently, I interacted with a ManyChat automation that asked for my name, and after I replied, the bot started talking to me using that name — like a nickname. I’d love to learn how to set up that same feature in my own automation.Do I need to use ManyChat AI for that, or can it be done in ManyChat Pro?If there’s a tutorial or blog post explaining this step by step, please share the link!

The Follow to DM-Automation is correctly installed though nothing is happening. I know it is a beta, but at least give us some context. Does anybody have any advice? Nothing seems to be working.Thank you!

I’m running into a major issue where buttons are not working and I’m also not able to send people through an automation to “fix” the issue.

I registered for the Instagram Summit and received a calendar reminder with the link. However, when I click on the link and enter my email address, it says my email is not found. I have tried all 3 of the email accounts I use for personal or business use just to be sure, but none of them are working. I double checked my card statement, and I was definitely charged for the event. That and receiving the calendar invite with the link let me know that I did indeed register. I’m not sure why it’s not letting me in :( Any suggestions?? 

I’m in the USA but I get the ‘TikTok doesn’t have Manychat for your country yet, but we’ll keep you updated’. Huh? As far as I can see, it is available in the usa. I’m not on a VPN, just to anticipate that question.

My instagram automations are suddenly not working though i am a pro user of manychat.It was working whole day yesterday but since last night, nothing is working.When people are commenting on my reel , they get an opening DM but when they click on “Send me the link”, nothing happens after that.
