Hi everyone! I’m a beginner in ManyChat and today I sent an automation to about 100 people in Colombia. The message was set up as a marketing message, but I feel like it didn’t go through—normally I get responses, and today I didn’t see any. I was running a WhatsApp broadcast and, due to an incorrect calculation, I ended up sending it to more people than my balance could cover. As a result, the broadcast stopped. When I top up my wallet, will the broadcasts resume automatically? If so, how can I stop that from happening?

Hi I am designing a 3 days quiz on retirement to test my audience knowledge on retirement planning and needs in my country.in day 2 and day 3 of the Quiz I will ask the audience if they have any friends that might be interested in this type of quiz as well.I will than encourage them to share their friend’s contact by using the Telegram and Whatsapp share contact feature. However I am not sure how to capture the data in my UserField.I try using {Input last Text} {Contact ID} {Phone} but it can’t capture the data directly froim the share contact feature.The worse case scenario is to tell the quiz participants to type in manually their friend’s name and contact number as that is making it way harder than purely sharing a contact.Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue?

How do I trigger ManyChat automation from comments in my Facebook Group?

Hi everyone 👋,Usually, I’m the one helping others here with ManyChat setups, but today I really need your help.Here’s the issue we’re facing:👉 We’re running a WhatsApp campaign with CTWA Ads.👉 From 1900 ad clicks, only 4 users actually reached the bot in ManyChat.👉 The flow in ManyChat was set up with triggers: CTWA tied to each Ad ID and also keywords.👉 The ad was created using a Frequently Asked Question template, with the instruction for users to click in order to start the conversation.We’ve double-checked everything but still can’t find what’s wrong. HiI have set up a ManyChat automation for Instagram that if a person comments on any post, reel or story that they will receive a message and a link to a downloadable.The automation is working on some posts but not the main post that has the call to action for my followers.I have set up the automation again for that specific post and it is still not working.I have refreshed permissions but don’t think that is the issue as the automation is working on other posts just not the specific post I would like it to work for.

I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I’ve been trying to find the answer on Google with no luck.I’m trying to set up a very simple funnel where a contact receives an initial message containing an open-ended question (without a button or Quick Reply — the goal is to start an organic dialogue). I’d like to send a follow-up message 24 hours later to those who didn’t respond to the first message. From what I understand, I need to use tags and conditions to do this. I created a tag for “responds to message” and then set a condition that will send the follow-up message if the tag isn’t “responds to message.” What I can’t figure out is if this tag will be applied to a contact automatically if they respond to a message, or if I’ll have to tag them manually?I’ve found articles that indicate tags can be applied automatically using the “Actions” feature, but when setting up the tag itself, I can’t figure out how to tell the system what act
