Hello,J’ai un problème avec l’automatisation des commentaires Instagram.Tout est correctement configuré de mon côté :L’automatisation est en LIVE et le trigger est activé Les mots-clés sont bien configurés Mon compte Instagram est connecté Les permissions sont bien activées La page Facebook est bien liée J’ai déjà contacté le support mais aucune réponse en 2 semaine Mais rien ne se déclenche :Aucun DM envoyé Aucune réponse en commentaire Aucune réaction quand quelqu’un commenteJ’ai testé avec plusieurs comptes externes, et même avec une automatisation très simple (1 mot-clé → 1 message), et ça ne fonctionne toujours pas.J’ai l’impression que ManyChat ne reçoit pas les événements de commentaires Instagram.Est-ce que quelqu’un a déjà eu ce problème ou sait comment le résoudre ?je vous mets mon automatisation : 

Hi fellows, I have found that the Next Step after AI Step never gets fired. I have read the documentation about it but it doesnt explain about the next step after AI Step. In my case, People are engaging and chatting with AI perfectly fine but at the end of each message from AI, the person should get a link or button to continue to next step or start another automation. I have tried asking the AI Step in GOAL and in CONTEXT to continue to next step but it does not. I have even tried asking the AI Step to do this by adding a separate task and it did not work. Check attached screenshots. Is there any workaround to this? Note that I have also tried asking AI Step to send a button to the reader; on clicking this button, the reader should get redirected to my Automation but the AI Step generated a button that redirected to a phone number 000000000 and tried to start a new chat. Which also does not help. 

I’ve set up the automation, filling in all the suggested inputs. When I test it, it only sends the first one and doesn’t give the user the button to click, or anything past that. So I don’t actually get to send the link. I’ve tried several times and it’s always the same issue. And I can’t find the link to contact support. Can anyone help?

I am not able to login my main account which is connected with my instagram and now i cannot create new account because it says that my instagram connected with some other account for which I have to login from that and disconnect which I cannot. This morning I was able to edit a ManyChat automation, and an hour later I received an email saying that my subscription had expired because apparently the last payment couldn't be processed. But that's not true—all payments are in order, my account is fully funded, and I still have 5 days left on my subscription.At the same time, I can no longer log in to ManyChat; I get the following error:{“0”:“Access denied”,“state”:true}What happened? Brand new (mostly) to ManyChat. Tried to connect client’s Facebook via Messenger. Clicked the WRONG profile, and imported the wrong business. Now my free contact limit has been maxed and there’s no way to fix that?That feels like something ManyChat should be able to help with. Very frustrating.

Where is the automation “When someone new follows you” I don’t see it 

I can only log in via Facebook, and suddenly I’m getting an “Access Denied (profile)” error when trying to sign in, so I’m completely locked out.I already checked with Meta and my account/permissions are fine, so it doesn’t seem to be coming from Facebook.This happened out of nowhere — I’ve been using Manychat for over 2 years, paying monthly, and never had this issue before. No warning, no explanation, nothing.I’m honestly worried because I have no access to my account and don’t even know what happened, and I’m still being billed.Has anyone experienced this or knows what could be causing it?Thanks 🙏

Salut, je rencontre un souci depuis quelques temps.J’ai une automatisation attachée au canal WhatsApp mais depuis que je l’ai mise en ligne, peu importe le nombre d’essai que j’essaie de faire, celle-ci ne fonctionne pas. Mais dans le chat en direct de Manychat, l’automatisation a bien été lancée mais celle-ci n’apparait pas sur WhatsApp 

Manychat was just updated to where I can’t send out more than 1 link! All of my links sent cannot be clicked? I have sent out over 200+ messages and people are very frustrated because they can’t open them! How do I get the old manychat back? I am going to have to delete my account if I can’t get this fixed!! Please help!!! 

Has anyone experienced this? For some people, when they click the follow button, it doesn’t register, they click it over and over again and it doesn’t move to the next step. It’s not everyone, but it’s troubling!  

I’m facing a small issue while using the Data Collection node in ManyChat and would really appreciate some guidance.I’ve selected the System Field: Phone to collect user phone numbers. However, I noticed that it is accepting numbers with as few as 7 digits, whereas I specifically want to restrict inputs to exactly 10 digits (valid Indian phone numbers).I had a couple of questions regarding this: Is there a way to enforce a fixed length (10 digits) for phone numbers in the Data Collection node? What exactly does the “Field Number” option represent in this context? Does it allow any control over validation or input constraints? If length restriction isn’t directly supported, what’s the best workaround to ensure that any input not matching a 10-digit format is treated as invalid? Would love to know how ot
