The Follow to DM-Automation is correctly installed though nothing is happening. I know it is a beta, but at least give us some context. Does anybody have any advice? Nothing seems to be working.Thank you!

I’m running into a major issue where buttons are not working and I’m also not able to send people through an automation to “fix” the issue.

I registered for the Instagram Summit and received a calendar reminder with the link. However, when I click on the link and enter my email address, it says my email is not found. I have tried all 3 of the email accounts I use for personal or business use just to be sure, but none of them are working. I double checked my card statement, and I was definitely charged for the event. That and receiving the calendar invite with the link let me know that I did indeed register. I’m not sure why it’s not letting me in :( Any suggestions?? 

I’m in the USA but I get the ‘TikTok doesn’t have Manychat for your country yet, but we’ll keep you updated’. Huh? As far as I can see, it is available in the usa. I’m not on a VPN, just to anticipate that question.

My instagram automations are suddenly not working though i am a pro user of manychat.It was working whole day yesterday but since last night, nothing is working.When people are commenting on my reel , they get an opening DM but when they click on “Send me the link”, nothing happens after that.

I would like to use automation for a post, which would require the follower to provide their email address, but it seems that this is a mandatory requirement. Let me explain:It seems that the user is forced to send me their email address in order to receive something in return.In automations, I would like the email request to the follower not to be mandatory or, in any case, to be optional, even if something is provided in return.Because it seems that the flow is:DM from the followerEmail request to receive the link or tool.Am I missing something?

My rules that triggers automations when i add tags to users stopped working 1-2 hours ago Refreshed permissions and everything, its only when tags are applied to contacts. Something is not working properly

Hello,I’m having a persistent issue reconnecting my Facebook and Instagram accounts to my ManyChat workspace, and I’d like to ask for your assistance.Here’s the situation in detail: I have one main Facebook account that manages two Facebook Pages. Each Page is connected to its own Instagram account. Previously, all of these profiles were successfully connected to ManyChat — everything worked perfectly. ManyChat was responding to new user messages and automations via AI functions without any problems. However, a few days ago, when I tried to run an ad campaign and connect a partner app to my Facebook Ads, ManyChat didn’t appear in the list of available partner integrations. I thought it might be an authorization issue, so I decided to reconnect everything as I did before.Today, I followed all the standard steps, but it didn’t help.According to the troubleshooting instructions from ManyChat, I also tried the following: Completely disconnecting and reconnecting ManyChat to Facebook.

Since a couple of days the buttons are not working on Instagram DMs. If you tap on them the automation does not start. Can you please fix this asap, as we are loosing customers sales due to this. Thanks

Hi, I have this json  {"code":1,"message":"Ok","data":{"winner":false,"play_id":12}}White the response mapping I can read code and message but not winner and play_id.I use $.data.winner as selector for example and only code the the other field that works.If I print the custom field assigned to winner is empty.Could if be a format issue? winner is a boolean and the custom field is string.How can I debug it ?Many thanks.

Hi everyone!How can I activate a second flow on WhatsApp and keep the conversation there? I want the first flow to stop, but in my case, the user only receives the first message of the second flow and then it goes back to the first one.Any ideas on how to make the second flow stay active and prevent the first one from taking over again?Thanks in advance! 🙏

Dear ManyChat Support Team,I am currently experiencing an issue with the Facebook Ad Comment Auto-Reply feature in ManyChat.Normally, when setting up the auto-reply for a Facebook ad, the system allows me to choose Partner App → ManyChat → select specific flow. However, now the button no longer functions properly — instead of showing the standard ManyChat selection interface, it only displays a JSON code block.This means the auto-reply function cannot be linked to any ManyChat flow, which has disrupted our ad automation process.I have already tried reauthorizing the Facebook page and ManyChat connection, but the issue still persists. I’ve been using ManyChat for years and this is the first time I haven't been able to select the dropdown under PartnerApps in Ads Manager to select ManyChat.  I have refreshed the permissions.  Also, disconnected the permissions and reset them.  The drop down to choose ManyChat as the Partner App is greyed out.  Please help.

Okay so I have made a bot for dentist now the issue is it is only getting the data of 1 doctor from google sheet for example if teh category is Cleaning & Scaling there are 4 different doctors, I want people to choose any of them according to their choice but it is only letting me pick 1 doctor which is on the top of the sheet. Picture attached.my idea is to show list of dr with timing & fees according to speciality. Please guide how to get more then 1 Dr’s in manychat from google sheet?Regards,

Hey everyone!I'd love to use the manychat automations for email list growth but I'm concerned about GDPR compliance. When we connected manychat to Active Campaign people got added to the list but they didn’t receive the email for the double opt in which is mandatory in Europe. Does this not work with manychat? What’s the best way to use manychat for email list growth while also staying GDPR compliant.Thank you in advance for the help!!!

when i test this automation from my personal account to see if it works, I never get sent the last message.  Can someone advise if this automation is working by looking at the way I have it set up?
