Hi, I have created 5 checklist that i have posted with different post, now people are commenting on all the reels at one time, so how can i let the clients know that they need to comments once and they will receive all the guides later, usally if they comment many time, the bots messes up.

I have a problem: I’m using Coexistence mode, and when a human sends a message through WhatsApp Business, ManyChat receives it and forwards it to my AI Agent as if it were the client’s last message.I analyzed the reception of 2 JSONs in n8n: when a human sends through WhatsApp Business when a customer sends a message normally Both JSONs are identical; there’s no field I can use to identify that it was a human replying. How can I work around this?I’m sending “Full Contact Data” to n8n via HTTP request, but I haven’t found a way to differentiate the JSON when it’s a human responding.I’m saying this because my client doesn’t want to stop using WhatsApp Business in favor of ManyChat — he prefers to keep the conversation in the official WhatsApp app. But whenever a human responds via WhatsApp, ManyChat triggers an automation and the AI replies immediately afterward. 😅

I want to connect Facebook Messenger with Manychat, but there seems to be a problem with the connection.If I go to the settings and click on “messenger - connect”, I see the correct page to connect (I also have the necessary permissions), but I cant connect it, I can only send a connection request for the page to another page admin. Why is that?I also tried to reconnect the facebook page with manychat but as soon as I go to the connect-window for facebook messenger, the button says “request send” and “ Your request is pending XXXXXXX`s approval. They can easily access it in their Email inbox or under the account`s Settings → Team Members.”.The request however was never send or received by the account in question, but I cant pull the request back or resend it.

Problem description:I connected my WhatsApp Business account to ManyChat.After disconnecting the account from ManyChat, I can no longer use WhatsApp: I cannot access either the Business or the standard version. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and verifying via SMS/phone call. Every time I try to log in, I get the message: “WhatsApp is currently unavailable. Please try again in 1 hour.” Question:What should I do to reactivate my WhatsApp account and be able to use it normally (even without ManyChat)?

It is set up and says live, but all the DM’s coming in from the ads are not from the prompt, suggesting that nobody is seeing it.Screenshots below show the current setup. How to make this work properly? Says “live”Says “enabled”

I have a question, how do I set the visit profile button in dm to open my page on Instagram.When i link my page url to a button it opens it in browser not Instagram appbut I've seen pages that in dm. they have button visit profile in direct message that opens their page in Instagram app

After spending about 5 hours solid I still cannot use Manychat. I have tried logging in with business meta etc etc but nothing happens. I have several pages, and several instagram accounts. I just want to use manychat on ONE instagram account. Is there anyone who can help me out here? I am going crazy...

Hi I get a lot of Meta spam bots fishing for my account info. Right now with many chat I have to right click and type out delete individually for every single one. Is there plans to have a multi select and delete feature added? Because I am typing ‘delete’ 5+ times a day right now for messages instagram auto ignores on their end.

My bot sends “This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply" to whoever text me whatever. I tried to change Default relpy in setting but i did not work. PLS help me

Hello Guys,  I would like to know how the pricing works and if its possible to reduce the cost or monthly payments. I'm currently using Manychat just for the automatization by key words, and in the type of job that I have we just talk to a contact once and then we don't necessarily need to have any type of interaction with that contact again. So it doesn't make any sense to me to be accumulating contacts or paying for then after months. It's there any option to me? or I just have to accept that this platform doesn't adjust to my necessities? I felt in love with Manychat so I hope you can help me to find a way to use it properly for my business without overpaying just for contacts.

O motivo é que a Página do Facebook está vinculada a ele tem menos de 90 dias de criação . Segundo o suporte, o algoritmo da Meta restringe automaticamente contas novas e não verificadas de usar a API como medida de segurança, o que causa o bloqueio do app no ​​celular, mesmo selecionando o modo de coexistência. I have two Instagram DM automations in ManyChat that call an n8n webhook. One account “somehow” worked at first. I cloned the n8n workflow for a second account — it didn’t work. After a lot of trial/error I got the second one to work, but now the first one stopped working. I keep refreshing tokens/URLs and sometimes it magically works… most of the time it doesn’t. I’m not fixing a clear bug; I’m just replacing the same actions and praying. It feels unstable.

 Hello everyone,I signed up for the ManyChat Free Trial expecting that no charges would be made until the trial ended and I confirmed my subscription. However, my card was already charged even though I’m still within the trial period and haven’t agreed to continue.Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it?
