Hey guys,I have two automations currently and both work fine for all videos except one video - so whenever someone comments the keywords under this specific video the automation does not get triggert. But for all other reels it does - did anyone have this issue yet?I even created a flow only for this reel to see if it helps but it does not help.Anyone can help?Thank you!Lisa :)   

My automation works like this:1. Lead or I start the conversation…..2. Lead ends up booking a slot on my calendarIs there a way to send a reminder for that call more than 24 hours after the last interaction, i ask because i saw that there is some way i guess in Messenger with tag event_update but i just want to be sure how it is for instagramI see that there is a tag called Human_Agent as well, does anybody know if there is a tag that allows this.These messages will just be a reminder for the lead about a meeting that we had scheduled, so nothing scammy 

I have a client who would like to know how much revenue for her business has come from the Manychat automations that I built for her.I know this can be done via the Manychat Pixel and logging money events.But I am unsure how reliable the pixel is - so I am also wondering if this could also be tracked via a Make scenario instead? ie When ‘this purchase’ is made in Shopify, check for “this button click” in Manychat - and if so send a conversion event back to Manychat and log the revenue.Would love any thoughts about which might be easier and more reliable - and possible! Thx

Hello,I have been testing and testing and TESTING my first flow that collects emails through Instagram DM’s. In the flow I set up a tag in the action when they give me their email. The tag assigns them to the insta campaign I used to get them to join me in the DM’s. Anyway, the emails are transferring over into MailChimp just fine, however, the tag does not come with them.Can you suggest any ideas how to fix this? I need these ManyChat emails addresses to be properly tagged in the future so I can send them the correct automated email over in MailChimp. Thanks for your help!!

Hey, I’m new to Manychat and Make.When someone sends us a DM on Instagram, I only get the contact_id and first name, but I need the username or scope ID to use later in Clay for data enrichment.Does anyone know how to fetch the username or scope ID directly from Manychat when a user messages us?

My DM automation is not triggering with one keyword on free account. Here is a screenshot of the automation, I am not sure why. Any ideas?

Has anyone noticed IG hiding comments - it’s only being hidden on carousel posts (vs reels). It’s not affecting the ManyChat trigger, but curious why this might be the case...

Pipeline: ManyChat (Instagram) → External Request (JSON) → n8n (self-hosted v1.105.4) → OpenAI (4o-mini, Assistants API) → Respond to Webhook (JSON) → (ManyChat) Response Mapping → Send Message {ai_response}.Logs/records in Supabase.Conversation memory design (how we keep context) We use the OpenAI Assistants API with persistent threads per Instagram subscriber. On the first message we create a thread and store the mapping in Supabase: subscriber_id → thread_id. On the next messages we reuse the same thread (read thread_id from Supabase), append the user’s text, create a run, then poll run status in n8n (Check Run Status → If Completed? → Wait 3s & Retry). Hi, Im just wondering if there is anyway to extract the leads that are coming in to my DMS and obtain their social handle, like their instagram username. Would be very helpful. 

Like many others here before me, I can’t complete the initial step of connecting my new Manychat account to a new Instagram account I’ve just created. When I try to log in using my Instagram username, Manychat displays Instagram's browser login web form and I get the error, "Sorry, your password was incorrect. Please double-check your password." I know for a fact that I entered my password correctly because I can log into the IG phone app with that same password.Even if I reset my IG password, I still cannot log in via this web form using the new password.I've also tried logging in with my email address and that doesn't work either.I saw a YouTube video that said you need to set your Instagram account to either a Business or Creator so I set mine to Business and that didn’t fix the problem.What's the trick to connecting ones Manychat account to their Instagram account?

I was just told the Comment Reply can work on Meta Ads Manager if you choose an existing post to run as an ad. Is that true?

Hello! My automation was working when I tested and previewed it, tried it once from another account was also working. Now, it stopped working at all whenever I try to write the keyword. Any clue why is this happening? Thanks 

Update: I am currently in touch with ManyChat’s helpdesk to see if they could fix this issue. Currently they are trying to gather more information and example to investigate. Dear all. I am new with Manychats and just signed up for the pro version, I need help. I set up a flow successfully to collect emails and when I tested it by providing an email address like a lead, It worked however, I cant find the email or contact on my back end. I can only see them only in the Live chat. Is this normal? Also the contacts that are shown on my dashboard, are they contacts that opted in or what because it’s a bit confusing. I will appreciate anyone’s help

As of today, September 15, my Many Chat triggers are not working for my IG profile. I tried all of the refreshing and other steps but it is still not working. Can an acutal human help me?

Hi there,my problem is that my Instagram automations are not being triggered, even though the page is connected.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: I reconnected my Instagram account to ManyChat. I checked the permissions and made sure all required access was granted. I duplicated the automation and restarted it to test if this solved the problem. I generated a new automation  I do not have any restrictions on Instagram - already checked that  Despite these steps, the automations still do not work. I already have a Support-Ticket, but no answer to my mails. Could someone please help me resolve this issue, since we started a launch and need the automations?Thank you for your support!Anne

Can anyone tell me how to get a human agent to help me?  I used the AI service to start this and it took me down a destructive rabbit hole that I had to figure out myself hhow to undo and I can’t get any actual help.  I am on a trial and if THIS is how we are treated I will NOT be continuing on to a paid version.

I’m having an issue with the Manychat coexistence mode with WhatsApp Business. It’s my first time connecting, everything seemed fine, but when testing incoming messages, I’ve sended messages from 4 different numbers: only 2 of them reach both Manychat and WhatsApp Business, while the other 2 only arrive on WhatsApp, not on Manychat. Does anyone know what could be happening?With these numbers, even if I start the conversation from Manychat, I can send messages and the number receives them, but no reply shows up in Manychat. I have no idea what’s causing this, I already deleted and reconnected the integration twice.SummaryManychat + WhatsApp in Coexistence ModeTest results: 2 numbers OK (Sending and Receiving via Manychat). 2 other numbers: I can send through Manychat, but cannot receive messages in Manychat from them.

Hi everyone,I'm currently using an automation in Manychat that's connected to all Instagram posts (not specific ones).I'm trying to find a way to identify which specific post generated a lead.Is there any method to either: Dynamically retrieve the Instagram Post ID or some unique identifier inside the automation flow triggered by a comment or DM? Or add a custom identifier (like a post number or slug) to the URL or UTM parameters, in a way that it’s passed into the flow and can be stored in a Custom User Field? The goal is to track which post each lead came from, even when using the same automation across multiple posts.Thanks in advance!
