Hello, My company needs me to have the contact information (name and email) of a vendor so that we can use ManyChat for our large company. Is there anyone that I can place this for, otherwise we can not use the product.

Mi objetivo es poder ver y responder los mensajes tanto desde la app de WhatsApp Business como desde ManyChat.Actualmente, el sistema funciona a medias:✅ Puedo recibir mensajes en ambas plataformas (app y ManyChat).✅ Los flujos de automatización se activan correctamente al recibir un mensaje.🚫 Sin embargo, los mensajes enviados desde ManyChat no se reflejan en la app de WhatsApp Business, ni los ve la persona que inició la conversación. I am getting the notification: The server isn't feeling super-duper error 500 many chat when I press the buy button in the test flow. How do I fix this or is it a ManyChat issue?

I’ve created the automation from the account. Here evrything is connected & verified but when I’m testing from Instagram, commenting in the reel.No reply on my comment & DM is coming.Pls help

My facebook account was disabled therefore I can’t log into many chat any longer. I did make my daughter admin of my page before it was disabled. I created a many chat account under her page and it did recognize my page but won’t let me manage it from her account unless I give her permission from my manychat account which I can’t log into. how do I resolve this?

 Hey everyone! 👋🏼I’m building a flow where I need to make sure the bot was the last one to send a message and that the user hasn’t replied since.Here’s what I’m trying to do: I add a Smart Delay of 30 seconds after sending a message. After that, I want to check if the last user interaction happened more than 30 seconds ago (to confirm they didn’t reply and that it’s safe to continue). Ideally, I would use a condition like: 👉 “Last Interaction on Instagram more than 30 seconds ago” 🚫 The problem: In the condition settings, I can only compare using minutes — the smallest option is 1 minute. So I can’t check for interactions in the 30-second range.🧠 Has anyone found a workaround for this? Any creative way to check interaction time with more granularity? Can this be done with a custom field + API or HTTP request? Or is this a hard platform limitation that requires redesigning the logic? Would really appreciate any ideas or experiences — thank you in advance! 🙌🏼

Hello!I’m experiencing an issue that it seems many other users are experiencing.As can be seen in the screenshot below, I’m trying to select a Scheduled Post on Facebook for an automation. However, the only 2 posts that appear are 2 posts from 6 years ago.When I try to enter the ID of a scheduled post, I get the error “Post Not Found On Facebook” as can be seen in the bottom left of the second screenshot.Is there any solution to this or an ETA on if/when this might be resolved?I have already reset my permissions, so it’s not related to that.Any help is much appreciated!Thanks a million :)AJ  

Hey everyone!Currently run FB/IG accounts for a video game title.On FB we have a Freebie URL with each post that followers can click to be taken in-game to receive free currency. We send this link out via Story posts on IG as URLs and IG Feed copy are not a good mix.I’m planning on testing an automation where if a user comments on specific FB or IG feed posts, we DM them with a Freebie link.I’ve tested this flow and it works quite well.I do have some questions about how flow affects contact limits, especially as this would be something we would use on an ongoing basis.Does a user count as a contact when they are sent the DM or only if they reply to the DM? Do they count as a contact if they don’t reply but simply click the Freebie button in the DM? If a follower is already a contact but then we do a similar automation with a new Freebie code will they count towards my contact limit or will they just be able to interact as usual?I am very new to this so am a little unsure how my idea wo

Hello everyone,I am a newbie in Many chat. Currently I am planning to run the Health Checkup Promotion Campaign on Facebook so that I want the Facebook users to choose Female or Male option. And I want to save this information to my Google Sheet. So which option do I need to choose? Now I choose Multiple Choice but there is only question Please choose your gender only and not showing the Female and Male. How could I solve this problem? And then after this step, I want the Facebook users to choose their interested package. There will be  3 types of packages. so how to do it.. Thank you for your help

I understand that having Facebook contacts is helpful because I can broadcast to those who have opted in. However, can I just delete the contacts from instagram or those who haven't opted in for broadcasts? I dont see their purpose as I cannot contact them and dont care about their tagged data

Make me indica "Error de validación: El suscriptor no está activo", pero en la interfaz de ManyChat, el usuario aparece como "CONTACTO SUSCRIPTO", así que no entiendo cuál es el problema. Hi! I'm trying to create an automation between Make and ManyChat to respond to my messages on Facebook Messenger. I set up a trigger to tag subscribers, but it doesn't fires. Make tells me "Validation error: Subscriber is not active," but in the ManyChat interface, the user appears as "SUBSCRIBED CONTACT," so I don't understand what the problem is.

How do I subscribe profile to Opt In Email Marketing in Klaviyo?  I've tried using the Klaviyo Action, creating webhooks, and nothing is working. Profile in Klaviyo does import and is added to a list but it says "Email Never subscribed". Please help!

The lists being showed in ManyChat do not update to showcase all of my lists within Klaviyo. This has been happening for a few weeks now, does anyone have a solution to this?

Hey!I’m trying to figure out how to make sure contacts coming from ManyChat are marked as “subscribed” in Klaviyo. Right now, they all show up as unsubscribed on my main list, so Klaviyo doesn’t send emails to them.I even tried creating a new list in Klaviyo without double opt-in, but no luck — they’re still coming in unsubscribed.Has anyone figured out how to pass contacts from ManyChat to Klaviyo with proper consent so they’re eligible for email sends?Appreciate any help! 🙏

How do you keep Instagram DMs out of your "requests?"I set up my first automation yesterday, tested it to make sure it was working and then EVERYONE who commented the keyword was NOT sent the link. They were sent to my "message requests." I had to manually “accept” the requests and then the automation still didn’t trigger. Obviously, manually doing everything defeats the purpose of Manychat, so I’m certainly doing something wrong. Ideas?!

If I complete an automation, I could ask someone or some people to test it out (other than myself) the Automation(s).
