On the dashboard, some of my automations are not showing LIVE but when I go in them, it says they are???

When I paste the link directly into the inbox, it works, but not through ManyChat's automation.

 Hello!We want to use Manychat for sending mailing via Instagram DM, and we’d like to understand how we can check how many people are currently included in our Instagram mailing list?   Will the broadcast be delivered to everyone at the same time, or will there be a delay or throttling in message delivery?Could sending a large-scale broadcast all at once trigger any risk of being blocked by Instagram? Is there anything we should be aware of to avoid this?Thank you for the answer!Best regards!

Message automations not working, despite connecting the accounts, allowing permissions, removing any age and country restrictions.I have followed all steps in multiple videos and automations still not working. 

Hi all, im wondering if theres a setting ive got clicked that i shouldnt have. Whenever i do a broadcast it says sent 600+ but read is showing 0% and delivered is showing 0% Im getting responses, so it cant be 0% im just wondeting if ive not enabled it or something?

In the “Automatically ask for a follow to build your audience” feature, is it possiblee to change the text on the button from “following” to something else?I didnt seee an option to do that and would love to know! Thanks

I hope you are all doing well. I’m working on integrating ManyChat with our Facebook Lead Ads. Facebook’s lead ads can automatically open Messenger and pass along the form data, and I’d like ManyChat to send an instant reply as soon as Messenger opens.Additionally, we market to English, Spanish, and Portuguese speakers, so I need the bot to detect a user’s language and send the appropriate response in one of those three languages.Could you let me know if this setup is possible, and—if so—what steps we should take to configure it?Thank you for your help!

Hi,after a sequence , where users don't buy and the 24h windows is ended, is it possibile to send/automate a msg template (paid of course) for retarget him?I'd like to insert the retargeting msg template at the end of this sequence can I also IE send a small amount of msg template? or do I need thousands? PLS NOTE:never used msg template, yet. Thanks in advance!

Hi Manychat Support Team,I'm experiencing an issue with the broadcast feature. Although I set up the message with an image included, when the broadcast is sent out, the image does not appear. Only the text is delivered to recipients, and the image is completely missing.I've double-checked the setup and even attached a screenshot for reference (see below), but the problem persists.Could you please help me resolve this issue? Hi All, I’ve created lots of automatons in the past but adding a new one today (Ive created new and copied a previous one, I know it’s probably not the best way but has always worked before) and neither are generating replies in the comments or DM’s. I’ve had a few comments of the key word which aren’t even showing in the many chat data for the automation.  Any ideas?  

Hello Dear CommunityDo someone can help me with advice? I have set simple workflow for wpp. But it doesn’t work at all, i have 2 triggers just keywords and wpp link, non of them are working(May be somebody knows what is the problem?  

Im added to a clients account as an editor. The client is showing me screenshots that his instagram account is connected but on my side it shows no instagram account is connected and there are no recent messages in the inbox. Could this be because im an editor and need to be changed to admin? Or maybe he didnt add me to the right account? Any help is greatly appreciated. ThanksP.s this is a pro plan

I’m trying to set up tailored auto-replies per ad using ManyChat’s Facebook Comments Growth Tool.But when I go to select a “Promoted Post,” it only shows my organic Facebook posts, not the actual ad posts I created in Ads Manager.Even when I try to enter the Ad ID manually, it doesn’t recognize it.My goal is to have different auto-replies for each ad (based on product, price, etc.), but using “All Posts” sends the same message across all ads — which I want to avoid.➡️ Is there any workaround to target specific ad posts from Ads Manager in ManyChat?

Hi,  I have been using ManyChat for a while now and its really an important partner to have. It makes my life easy. However, I am unable to renew the subscription for continuously 3 days. Tried with 4 different card details but system isn't just ready to accept any! The payments were on auto pay and it was smooth for past 4 months. Suddenly there seems to be some trouble. Can anyone help? Now all the automations have stopped running.. ruining my rest of the day and adds to my anxiety of replying to everyone under DMs and comments! phew.. please help! Many chat team please solve this for me :)
