Hello. We have messenger list we were sending broadcast to on a regular basis (~daily). We were doing it for a long time (year or so). There are ~10k users on the list. Since beginning of October we do it in the same way but the result changed. Broadcast goes to the full list like every 3 days. On the other two days ONLY 50-100 users is being sent. Is there any change of the allowed frequency or something like this? In the settings I see no error logs.

Hi everyone!How can I activate a second flow on WhatsApp and keep the conversation there? I want the first flow to stop, but in my case, the user only receives the first message of the second flow and then it goes back to the first one.Any ideas on how to make the second flow stay active and prevent the first one from taking over again?Thanks in advance! 🙏

Hello,I have a couple of questions.How do I see a visual version of my IG DM automation after the user comments a particular keyword.  I can’t figure that out.Also, on my IG automation has an option for me to re-message the user if they haven’t clicked the first link.  How do I implement that same option on the Facebook DM automation?Thank you so much in advance for you help.

I cannot log in with my Google account that was linked to my Pro subscription.It shows "Access denied" during Google OAuth login. My workspace is inactive but I need to recover access.

Hi all! I noticed yesterday morning that my comment stopped triggering my manychat automations-- on multiple posts so its not just one trigger keyword malfunction. I have sent in a support ticket and I have literally tried everything myself to fix this issue: refreshing permissions, disabling and reenabling… even went as far as completely disconnecting from FB and instagram and reconnecting and then refreshed permissions again and nothing has worked. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or have you recently and found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA

However, instead of sending a generic message, I want to gather details about the specific post the user commented on and forward that information to my chatbot. Hi.I have problem with my account on instagramm.I disconected instagramm with manychat but your bot still sent automatic answer to our customer which mean very big problem and confuse them. I sent you before 2 days in chatbot question and nobody answer me.Is anybody help me with this problem???

I’ve introduced an AI Step in my flow with the only goal of answering any questions users have. Once my flow reaches the AI Step, it only answers 1-3 questions before ceasing to respond. Is there a common reason for this or a fix? In the in-platform preview, it works perfectly. When live on Instagram or FB Messenger, it stops responding.

I am interested in using a feature that allows automatic DMs to be sent when comments are made on specific content. However, I would like to know if this feature also works with Instagram's sponsored posts. If I run an ad on a specific post and someone clicks on the ad and leaves a comment, will a DM still be sent?

Our Messenger flows are not working properly. More specifically, it seems like the contacts are clicking our buttons we have set up in our messages, but the flows aren’t continuing down the path in the flows. Anyone else experiencing this/any troubleshooting steps I can take?

Just enabled Manychats for instagram, but for some user when they comment down the post, the automations message doesn’t trigger. Some account works, some doesn’t. Any idea why guys? note: Already refreshed my instagram permissions 2 times.

I saw the new feature pop up earlier today, but since it wasn’t working, I deleted it and decided to start from scratch. However, it’s no longer showing up on my paid plan account.It’s weird because it’s working just fine on my other accounts. Can you please enable 'Follow to DM' beta feature for my Instagram-connected workspace?

It says:‘You can't log in with this Instagram accountTry using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account.’ But the Instagram account is connected to the Facebook page that is owned by the Facebook profile. I can see the connection in page settings and also in Meta business suite so I don't know why I'm getting this error. It's frustrating. 

I am looking for the steps to perform the following sequence: 1. User comments a keyword on an IG post/reel2. DM gets sent to collect email3. Email is added to a tag in ConvertKit4. Email also added directly to a sequence in ConvertKitThe baseline instructions from ManyChat for Kit integration is somewhat helpful, but never actually describes how to collect the email & get it integrated into my Kit account

Hi, I am trying to set up a first messaage reply after keyword comment on story/post/reel and inside that message I want to have some copy, a button to click as well as set up a 2 hour delay. Is this even possible?I have found that I need to have the first message ask a quick question, then they click a button so the second message fires and then I can have a delay. But my conversion is dropping off fast after that first message. What is the work around here? Thanks!

Hi!We have connected ManyChat to our WhatsApp Business.We have a question:When we reply to a customer via the ManyChat interface, automation is disabled for 30 minutes and the bot stops sending messages - which is absolutely true.However, when we reply directly via the WhatsApp Business app on the phone (without using ManyChat), the bot continues to reply automatically, as if there was no response from the operator.Please clarify:Is it possible to configure the system so that any response from the operator, including those sent via the WhatsApp Business mobile app, also disables automation in ManyChat?This is crucial for correct communication with customers, since sometimes it is more convenient to reply manually over the phone.We would appreciate advice on setting up or recommendations on how to implement such logic.

Does anyone know why URLs and QR codes as a trigger went away. I can see just 4 months ago people were able to use them and this app is useless to me as only a social media tool.  I want to be able to get people on my list at networking events and speaking engagements and I don’t want them to find some random post and leave a comment just to do a quiz I spent time creating.  As we can see with TikTok all social media platforms are not promised to us and if one of them goes down our entire funnel can be broken. It feels like because they can collaborated with Meta they have changed the features to force you to only be on social media tool use them. I want the option to do both. I want to be able to text a link, include it in an email, create a QR code. Not everyone is on FG/IG and certainly not the other platforms. I focus on YouTube and putting a link in the description would be helpful since they don’t have DM options.  This is frustrating!

  I have a working "Follow to DM" automation that sends messages to new  Instagram followers automatically - this works perfectly.  However, I want to trigger these messages via ManyChat API from my own  system instead of the built-in trigger. When I try to send messages via  API, I get an error that the contact is not within the 24-hour messaging  window.  I know there's a specific message tag that allows this (since the  built-in automation works), but I can't find documentation on which tag  to use.  Questions:  1. What message tag should I send with the API request to replicate the     "new follower" trigger behavior?  2. Does the API endpoint need any special parameters to indicate this is     a new follower DM?  3. Are there any limitations when triggering new follower messages via API     vs. the built-in automation?  Current API error: Contact not within 24-hour window
