Until today, I had my reels automatically crossposted from Instagram to Facebook. This function takes over the caption 1:1. On Instagram, I have no problem if I ask viewers to comment with the Manychat trigger (e.g. “ebook”) in the caption.Now, however, three of these cross-posted reels have been flagged as engagement baiting on Facebook. Since I cannot change the caption due to the crosspost, I had to delete the reels because Facebook sent me a notification saying that my reels and page will no longer be recommended in the future if I do nothing. How can I place manychat triggers in my Facebook captions so that these posts and my page continue to be recommended?Or is this only possible if the trigger is mentioned in the video or as text?I would like to create a comment automation for our Facebook Reels and before I upload the posts individually, I would like to be sure that they comply with the guidelines.

Hello! I've previously created automations for instant replies in direct messages whenever someone comments on my reels. Initially, it worked a four times, and now, as I attempt to introduce a fifth automation, I encounter an issue. Attempting to activate a trigger, I find the toggle in the left corner turned off, accompanied by a message stating, "You cannot activate the widget on the Free plan. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited access." My trigger doesn't utilize any advanced features; it's straightforward (comment “XXX” to receive the XXX link in a direct message). I was under the impression that the free plan supports up to 1000 users, but only a few people have interacted with my message on Instagram so far.I appreciate any assistance you can offer!   

Hi, I just signed up on the free account.  I’ve made an automation and when I clicked Go Live it said I had to upgrade to a Pro Trial.  I want to test it out on the free account first. Pricing says free accounts go up to 1000 contacts without inputing a credit card.  Why is it only giving me an option for 14 day free trial after I put in billing info?

I have followed the troubleshooting guide, granted all permissions, refreshed Manychats permissions, etc. Nothing seems to work at the moment (for the comment detection/trigger), any personalized help?

Hey -- I have a ManyChat automation set up to collect emails when IG subscribers comment a word. I’ve installed a ManyApp integration with the API that should add IG subs’ emails to my ESP (MailerLite).But it’s unclear what group they’re being added to, and they need to be added to a particular group to trigger the delivery of my lead magnet. How can I ensure they’re being added to a particular group? Thanks!

How do you cancel an automatic DM on Instagram? I’m not very good at using manychat. I’ve tried a few times and it’s just still very confusing to me. About five months ago I created an automatic DM that went to peoples inbox after they commented on an Instagram post. And now suddenly that same link is being sent to anyone who comments on any of my posts now. I don’t even know how to go back in and find where I created the original so I can shut it down. Can someone give me some help? 

Hey! I have people commenting all my pics with trigger words, which will generate a comment reply to DM. As I want to use it across all posts, is there an option somehow to add a limit how many comment replies Manychat can send to the same account in let’s say one day/hour? Manychat is super useful but without a limit it looks very spammy. Could you please help what’s the best way how to work around this without disabling the feature from all the posts and setting them up manually with different trigger words?

Does anyone know how to fix this annoying UI problem?I cant change the info on the window because the UI don’t adjust to the size of the content. I tried to zoom in and zoom out. No solution.I’m using Google Chrome. Should I change the browser?  

I have my Instagram Stories Replies trigger set to “All Stories” and “Reply Contains Any Words or Reaction.” However, when users reply to multiple stories in a row, the automation triggers multiple times! For instance, let’s say my reply message was “Hello! Do you want my newsletter?”. When a user reacted to five of my stories in a row, ManyChat sent the message “Hello! Do you want my newsletter?” FIVE TIMES in a row! 😳 The user didn’t even have time to open the messages, and I’d already repeated the same thing five times :/ Any way to fix?? Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello,Is there a feature that I’m not aware of, that let’s me set up direct and/or smart links in automations?More specifically, when I add automations (for Instagram and Telegram so far) and include either internal or external links (such as adding instagram links in either instagram or telegram automations), I face 2 issues:the link first opens a popup to verify if I’m sure that I want to open the link (and even there, it shows a link related to Manychat) when I verify to open the link, it opens it in the browser instead of the app (even when the link is internal, such as an instagram link inside an instagram automation)this doesn’t feel good and lowers the conversion. So, the questions will be:can I toggle any option to make those links open without the verification popup? can I show my custom link instead of Manychat’s version? (such as our custom subdomain be used as the url shortener)

Until now, I did it with a very basic automation. a user replys to my reel and gets a message with a link to a sales page. Hi everyone,I created an automation in instagram which triggers with commenting on my post. It is working properly and easily detect people’s comments as the trigger  but when I boost the post (Instagram advertising) it does not work. It can detect any normal comments but not the comments derived from the ads. This issue has started about two weeks ago. Before that the same automations were working ok for the ads too. I reckon if the instagram made changes how it shows the ads to users! For example I saw my business account advert with my private account randomly and it was showing my reel as a story with no commenting option. Anyone knows how can I fix my automations? 

I can’t find any ways of how I can integrate Make with mc, I’ve searched it in the actions tab and the integration tab also but I couldn’t find any option. In the youtube videos, I see that people are connecting from the actions tab but I can’t find it there lol. Can anyone please help me on how I can set up Make with MC. Hello community,I’ve encountered a problem with my ManyChat automation and would appreciate any guidance on how to fix it.In the attached screenshots, you can see a button that is appearing, which should not be part of the flow. Initially, two other buttons were showing up, which also weren't supposed to be there. When clicked, these buttons lead to a flow that doesn’t even exist.I’ve already tried resetting the automation and updating permissions, but the issue persists.Has anyone experienced something similar or have any advice on how to resolve this?Thanks in advance for your help!Attaching screenshots for reference.Best regards,  

I have successfully created an automation flow for WhatsApp chat and now I would like to replicate this exact same automation for Instagram. However, when I attempt to copy and paste the automation (using Shift + C), it doesn’t seem to paste into the Instagram flow builder.Can anyone help on this?
