I’ve had the recurring broadcast opt-in set up since it was released and it did work fine. Now in the past several weeks it doesn’t work. When someone clicks “get updates” nothing happens. I’ve contacted support but they haven’t fixed it. Something about being overloaded. Please can someone help? This is crucial for my business. Thanks!

I would like two buttons visible just for me, one with yes written and one with no written. I want to create an evergreen automation to send people the link to my YouTube channel when I post a video, but it seems like users can only get an automation once. Workaround: Would they be able to get the same automation if I change the keyword for the evergreen automation each week? Or does it not work?

A client has two manychat accounts.  each is about 3k subs.  They want to merge the accounts so they have one main account.   Is this posssible?

Can someone help me, it is driving me crazy! I can set up the automations without any problem but now when I press ‘Publish’  my automation is ‘disabled’ and the automation is not working. They worked perfectly before, I changed nothing and refreshed connection several times? Is there a setting that changed? What can I do?Thanks for your help

Hey,I have an automation to a free guide which is set up and working. I added a check in the next day to see if they have accessed that guide and offer them something else, but it isn’t showing a next step connecting line from this text box?

i mean.. i can see in a susbcriber all the whatsapp messages sent.. and the messenger messages sent… but.. how can i see all de emails sent and received?? is it possible??cause all i see is a note… “email sent” but thats it… i need to see the conversation within the email

Hello, We had a consulting company create automations for our church using ManyChat about three years ago.  The company, unfortunately, raised the rates to a point, we couldn’t continue with their support.I would like to see what automations are live and then turn off everything.  I will then begin to turn things on as I learn they do and how they function.I can see where the automations were created.  I see things in messenger that I don’t want.  For example, some folks just say hello to us or join us for an online service, then they end up with every service going to their messenger inbox.  If they didn’t ask for that, that is spam.   How do I see what automations are currently live?  

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue where several of my contacts are displayed as "Unknown Contact" in my ManyChat account, even though they are marked as "Subscribed" and new in my contact list. Additionally, my flow stops unexpectedly after users click a button, even though the flow should continue. This occurs despite the fact that my integrations and settings have been checked and appear to be correctly configured.You can see in the image that people don’t receive the last message. Also they don’t receive the next message in the sequence. Also they are not saved as new contacts. Despite these efforts, I am still seeing multiple entries as "Unknown Contact," and my flow stops at the button click, preventing further engagement. Hello I have hypothetical question. If someone will comment the same word 2 times let say someone comments ,,Amen,, in my reel let's say and then he reply to my story or write another amen in my other reel will he get as many automatic messages from me as much he sends this word? If yes can i change it so the person will only get 1 this message or just limit a time space between these messages?
