My Instagram is connected to an old free ManyChat account. I upgraded to a paid account and need the Instagram disconnected from the old account so I can connect it to my new one. 

I have my automation set up to respond to DMs on IG with a short thank you and link to my website, whenever you opt for the website link via DM this message appears “This site’s security certificate is not trusted”, why is this happening and how do I solve this problem please advise?!?

Hello Everyone, We currently run ads and we wanted to include also the marketing messages but this error keeps popping up . The Ad is already running but still an error is shown and it didn’t recognize my ad account even if its running.  

This campaign is not working at all. Any help to get it activated

Cuando tocan sobre las opciones del botón los mensajes que despliega que envían 2 veces el mismo mensaje.3. Cuando adjunto videos a la conversación no se envían.  Agradezco profundamente si alguien me puede ayudar a revisar si tengo algo mal configurado por favor. 

Hi everyone, I need urgent help.Yesterday I paid for the ManyChat Pro subscription ($17 USD) and the payment was processed successfully. However, today my account is showing the Free plan instead of Pro, and my automations are no longer working.This is affecting my business and I need to get it fixed as soon as possible. I’ve already had bad experiences with support in the past and they have never really solved my issues, so I’m hoping someone from the community or the ManyChat team can help.Has anyone experienced this before? How can I restore my Pro subscription and get my automations working again?Thank you.

Hi, I need to export contact list, not the responses in the inbox that are connected to the google sheet, I mean I have for example 4500 contacts in  my list, how can I export them to .csv file or something similar?

hey im trying to connect my instagram account but when i get to the final step it says that the account is already connected to another facebook account, and is asking me to request access. once i send the request i cant find where the request is going to so im just doing circles trying to find where its landed and have had no luck. any ideas as to what i could do?

Hi,I am trying to connect my Instagram Business account (@wellness_with_raman).Meta authorization completes successfully and all permissions are granted. Instagram, Facebook Page, and Business Portfolio are correctly connected.After completing the authorization flow, ManyChat redirects me back to the "Connect Instagram" page instead of creating a channel.Earlier I also received an "Invalid Redirect URI" error during the authorization process.Can you check whether my Instagram account is already attached to another workspace or whether there is a stale connection preventing channel creation?

Hi everyone,I’m trying to set up an Facebook Ads Trigger in Manychat for a Meta campaign that sends people directly to Facebook DM.The goal is simple: when someone clicks the ad, the Manychat flow should start automatically. I do not want to use a keyword trigger.My setup:Trigger: User clicks an Facebook  Ad First block: Facebook Send Message First message contains text + Quick Replies No First Name variable No buttons, only Quick Replies No delay No image/media No automatic next step before the Quick Replies The Quick Replies are connected to the next messages Flow has been recreated from scratch I also tested with a very simple first message like: “Hallo?” + one Quick ReplyBut I keep getting this error:“Add at least one Quick Reply to the first message to set up Instagram Ads”I already deleted and recreated the first message block and the trigger, but the issue remains.Does anyone know why Manychat is not recognizing the Quick Replies in the first message? Is there a specific setting

Hi,I created Comment to DM automation in Manychat but  I cannot choose it in Meta partner apps. I can only see flows  users clicks an instagram ad.I have no idea how to fix this. Can  you help me?

I have been using manychat for IG reels and they are working out great! The same reels are posted to my linked facebook account. How can I extend the IG automation to FB? I am not seeing Facebook option in my manychat settings;  Thank you!

I would like to clearly summarise what happened from the beginning so this situation can be reviewed and resolved correctly.On 24.12.2025, I purchased and paid for the Manychat Pro subscription in the amount of $348.00. My intention was to continue using this plan without interruption.After this, I noticed an additional charge of $98.00 on my account that I did not authorize or intend to purchase.I immediately contacted support to report this billing error and specifically requested that:1.My paid Pro subscription remain active2.The unauthorized $98.00 charge be canceled and refundedDespite this clear request, my Pro subscription was fully canceled by your team as part of the refund process. This action was not requested by me and directly disrupted my business operations, as I rely on Pro features for active automation and client communication.As a result, I am now being told that I must repurchase the Pro plan in order to continue using the service. I have a Facebook messenger automation that starts with a comment to post. The first message sends, but once they hit the first quick reply to subscribe it shows some odd string of letters/numbers. I have connected my instagram business account to manychat as well as messenger but messenger works only that instagram doesnt. When i check on many chat it says at the bottom that automation is triggered but i tried all possible troubleshooting i can find but it is still not working. I am using the free version and this is the 1st time i encountered it. Help.

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone from the ManyChat team or the community can help because I'm stuck after reconnecting Instagram.Here's what happened: I wanted to enable the new "Say Hi to New Followers" feature. ManyChat asked me to update Instagram permissions. During the authorization process, Instagram returned: "Invalid Redirect URL". I found a community post describing the same issue and used the workaround of changing login_options[0]=IG to login_options[0]=FB in the Meta authorization URL. After doing that, I was able to complete the Meta Business authorization successfully. The good news: The "Say Hi to New Followers" feature became available. Instagram is connected. ManyChat appears in Meta Business connected apps. Instagram messaging permissions are granted. Instagram comments permissions are granted. The bad news:After reconnecting, ALL Instagram automation triggers stopped working.Current behavior: Comment Automations do not trigger. DM Keyword Automations

Hi,The automation in ManyChat that automatically replies to comments in the comments section and sends a private message isn't working; it ran exactly three times and then stopped. The automation for sending welcome messages to new followers also worked a few times and then stopped. I reconnected my Instagram account to ManyChat to refresh the connection, but nothing helped.

Hi,I have a new account and signed up through a 50% off link on their site. It took me to through the process of setting up and when it came to the plans it just showed regular pricing. And I was trying to find a support link for presale question before signed up, but they seem to make it hard to find any way to reach them. Any insight or way to reach out to them? Thanks, David

Si no le envio a los leads seguimientos en las primeras 24 horas ya los perdi? los templates ya no se pueden enviar  por broad cast en USA. Pierdo los leads a no ser sacarlosy darle seguimiento email marketing o manualmente. 

Hello! I have the default reply enabled. It sends the automated message every time someone sends me a DM. Is it supposed to be like that?  How do I make it so if it is the first time messaging they get the automated reply, but no more after that? So just one automated reply per contact. TY
