Please I need urgent help. I have been trying to subscribe with my Card but it keeps saying “my card number is incorrect”But the details are correct and I use it with Google Pay. Also its a verve card and I’m in Nigeria. 

Hi, I've been having this problem with messages and the bot for a few days now. You told me to do it from Facebook but it still doesn't work and these unbearable messages keep appearing. HOW CAN I DEFINITELY GET RID OF THESE TEXTS? 

My bot sends “This is a default reply. please change it by editing the flow "Generic Default Reply" to whoever text me whatever. I tried to change Default relpy in setting but i did not work. PLS help me

Hello Guys,  I would like to know how the pricing works and if its possible to reduce the cost or monthly payments. I'm currently using Manychat just for the automatization by key words, and in the type of job that I have we just talk to a contact once and then we don't necessarily need to have any type of interaction with that contact again. So it doesn't make any sense to me to be accumulating contacts or paying for then after months. It's there any option to me? or I just have to accept that this platform doesn't adjust to my necessities? I felt in love with Manychat so I hope you can help me to find a way to use it properly for my business without overpaying just for contacts.

Segundo o suporte, o algoritmo da Meta restringe automaticamente contas novas e não verificadas de usar a API como medida de segurança, o que causa o bloque

I have two Instagram DM automations in ManyChat that call an n8n webhook. One account “somehow” worked at first. I cloned the n8n workflow for a second account — it didn’t work. After a lot of trial/error I got the second one to work, but now the first one stopped working. I keep refreshing tokens/URLs and sometimes it magically works… most of the time it doesn’t. I’m not fixing a clear bug; I’m just replacing the same actions and praying. It feels unstable.

 Hello everyone,I signed up for the ManyChat Free Trial expecting that no charges would be made until the trial ended and I confirmed my subscription. However, my card was already charged even though I’m still within the trial period and haven’t agreed to continue.Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it? I’ve already reached out to support requesting a refund, but I’d really appreciate hearing if others went through the same situation.Thanks in advance for your insights! 

Hey guys,I have two automations currently and both work fine for all videos except one video - so whenever someone comments the keywords under this specific video the automation does not get triggert. But for all other reels it does - did anyone have this issue yet?I even created a flow only for this reel to see if it helps but it does not help.Anyone can help?Thank you!Lisa :)   

My automation works like this:1. Lead or I start the conversation…..2. Lead ends up booking a slot on my calendarIs there a way to send a reminder for that call more than 24 hours after the last interaction, i ask because i saw that there is some way i guess in Messenger with tag event_update but i just want to be sure how it is for instagramI see that there is a tag called Human_Agent as well, does anybody know if there is a tag that allows this.These messages will just be a reminder for the lead about a meeting that we had scheduled, so nothing scammy 

I have a client who would like to know how much revenue for her business has come from the Manychat automations that I built for her.I know this can be done via the Manychat Pixel and logging money events.But I am unsure how reliable the pixel is - so I am also wondering if this could also be tracked via a Make scenario instead? ie When ‘this purchase’ is made in Shopify, check for “this button click” in Manychat - and if so send a conversion event back to Manychat and log the revenue.Would love any thoughts about which might be easier and more reliable - and possible! Thx

Hello,I have been testing and testing and TESTING my first flow that collects emails through Instagram DM’s. In the flow I set up a tag in the action when they give me their email. The tag assigns them to the insta campaign I used to get them to join me in the DM’s. Anyway, the emails are transferring over into MailChimp just fine, however, the tag does not come with them.Can you suggest any ideas how to fix this? I need these ManyChat emails addresses to be properly tagged in the future so I can send them the correct automated email over in MailChimp. Thanks for your help!!

Hi, Im just wondering if there is anyway to extract the leads that are coming in to my DMS and obtain their social handle, like their instagram username. Would be very helpful. 

Like many others here before me, I can’t complete the initial step of connecting my new Manychat account to a new Instagram account I’ve just created. When I try to log in using my Instagram username, Manychat displays Instagram's browser login web form and I get the error, "Sorry, your password was incorrect. Please double-check your password." I know for a fact that I entered my password correctly because I can log into the IG phone app with that same password.Even if I reset my IG password, I still cannot log in via this web form using the new password.I've also tried logging in with my email address and that doesn't work either.I saw a YouTube video that said you need to set your Instagram account to either a Business or Creator so I set mine to Business and that didn’t fix the problem.What's the trick to connecting ones Manychat account to their Instagram account?

I was just told the Comment Reply can work on Meta Ads Manager if you choose an existing post to run as an ad. Is that true?

Hello! My automation was working when I tested and previewed it, tried it once from another account was also working. Now, it stopped working at all whenever I try to write the keyword. Any clue why is this happening? Thanks 

Dear all. I am new with Manychats and just signed up for the pro version, I need help. I set up a flow successfully to collect emails and when I tested it by providing an email address like a lead, It worked however, I cant find the email or contact on my back end. I can only see them only in the Live chat. Is this normal? Also the contacts that are shown on my dashboard, are they contacts that opted in or what because it’s a bit confusing. I will appreciate anyone’s help

As of today, September 15, my Many Chat triggers are not working for my IG profile. I tried all of the refreshing and other steps but it is still not working. Can an acutal human help me?

Can anyone tell me how to get a human agent to help me?  I used the AI service to start this and it took me down a destructive rabbit hole that I had to figure out myself hhow to undo and I can’t get any actual help.  I am on a trial and if THIS is how we are treated I will NOT be continuing on to a paid version.
