Hi,I have setup manychat autmation ‘Auto-DM from Comments’ for a reel and it works perfectly fine. However, the automation doesn’t work at all when the reel is boosted. How to fix this?P.S. I noted that meta creates a different reel ID for the boosted reel and perhaps that’s why manychat is unable to apply automation to it.. but at the same time, in Manychat’s documentation, it is written that it does work for boosted content. 

Hi everyone! 👋I'm running into a strange issue with my automation. In one of my flows, I added a message with just one button as a reply option. But when I test it on Instagram, two extra buttons show up — and those ones doesn’t exist in my flow at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Rebuilt the entire flow from scratch (no copy-pasting) Cleared the Instagram conversation and started fresh Double-checked that no other keyword, trigger, or default reply is interfering Made sure there are no other conditions, fallback paths, or user fields affecting the flow Even after all that, the mystery buttons still appears Has anyone experienced something similar? Hey! Been having this occurrence where I set up a node to create a contact, and when the contact already exists inside our database on manychat, we try to retrieve their ID through a request to find subscriber by custom field, to then send a flow. The thing is, the output on N8N sometimes is “data - success”, with no info regarding the contact. Other times, id the is not found on the immediate previous node, but on some other one a few steps behind, so I’m always having to manually change the parameter so it can get the right info from a different node.But sometimes neither request display the contact’s info.I’m new to N8N, any help would be highly appreciated!  

Hello Everyone. I am having issue with google sheet integration. I want to save the information regarding button pressed by a user. For example, If a user selects from any of the three therapist name, I want their name to be exported to my google sheet that I have already integrated. I’ve divided my data collection into two parts: Part 1: When a user shows interest, I insert their info (name, phone, tag, etc.) as a new row in Google Sheets. Part 2: Later in the conversation, if the same user confirms interest and books a meeting, I collect their meeting date and time. Now, instead of adding a new row again, I want to update the same row from Part 1 with the meeting date and time. So basically — I want to update the user’s existing row (where their data was first inserted) instead of creating a new one.Can someone please guide me on how to update the same row in Google Sheets
