it says “You cannot use Variables (like First Name, Gender, Bot fields, etc) in JSON GT Opt-In due to platform limitations” how to solve this issue..tq.

I started using ManyChat last week, and it has been wonderful up until the past couple of days. Yesterday and today my automations don’t seem to be working quite right. My automation will be sent when someone comments on a post/reel. The DM seems to be sent just fine, but the public comment replies aren’t working anymore. Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a fix?

I've been trying to send a message with 2 buttons and their actions, but it only sends the message with a single button, and in the Block Dynamic (Documentation) it shows that it can be replicated, but I've been getting this error only when I duplicate, if I leave only one button it will work. Hi, We are not receiving WhatsApp messages through WhatsApp Automation. Need help what to do & recover message which I was not able to receive.

Some Instagram automations weren’t working while others were. After some testing, I think I’ve nailed down where the problem is with this automation:Quick response shows a 10% CTR, but the message after it has been sent 0 times. Therefore, I believe the problem lies in the bot interacting with the messaging system in general.Other additional details of the situation:Comment trigger automations work perfectly fine, if the Bot is set to reply to a comment. Comment trigger automations will work partially if the Bot is set to reply to a comment and then send a message on its own: the reply will go through but the message won’t. (As per the image.) I have a manychat workflow , where when people comments, a DM is sent to respective accounts. Now the issue is whoever send any message to us in DM, it says ‘we reply typically in one day’. I want to remove that.

Hi, i created a small demo where the chatgpt response is stored in userfield (type text). We're having a little issue where our automation flow sends duplicate messages whenever a user’s message includes the word "healer." We want the automation to trigger just once per interaction even if the keyword shows up multiple times in their message.Can you help us adjust the settings so it only sends once? Hey there,I have been using Manychat on trial for the past 2 weeks alone and it hasn’t really been a problem up until yesterday when I added another team member as an admin and he started texting other people from the platform, We got a message that we have a restriction and it keeps logging us out. Is Manychat the reason and if yes - how can we fix that? 

Using AI Module he reply wrongly when users ask about today questions because AI do not consider the correct timezone of business. Example: User asked what day is today and it replied a wrong day. so anything related to date and time will reply wrongly like: What special you have today?I tried to add in prompt Business timezone but didnt work.

Hey everyone 👋I’m facing an issue with Data Collection in a WhatsApp Flow and would love your help 🙏I have a flow where I ask the user to enter their car number using a Data Collection block.Below that, I also show buttons like “Close ticket” or “Talk to an agent.”The problem is:When the user clicks a button (e.g. “Close ticket”), the flow continues as expected, but Manychat still waits for the user to enter the car number – even though they already chose a different path.How can I completely end the Data Collection when a button is clicked, so it doesn’t wait for input anymore?Any help would be appreciated 🙌Screenshot attached for clarity 📸  

Hi Guys,I'm encountering an issue when sending an API request from ManyChat. My JSON structure is as follows:{  "email": "{{email}}",  "lead_name": "{{cuf_12637843}}",  "book_title": "{{cuf_12637849}}",  "book_price": "{{cuf_12637847}}",  "book_notes": "{{cuf_12637844}}",  "items_rlated": "{{cuf_12637845}}"}  if i am removing the last line   "items_rlated": "{{cuf_12637845}}" it’s working great! but i dont know what is the issue in cuf_12637845 that i can’t save this jsonif i am replcing “cuf_12637845” with “testing” its working, so i guess it’s something related to the field (its a custom text field)  ERROR I GOT:Invalid payload json Invalid JSONBad control character in string literal in JSON at position 185 (line 7 column 38)

Hi Community,In developing a monitoring system for our flows we encountered that it is not possible to find Google Sheet files in our team directory. We can encounter peronal files, or personal files of team member shared with me. I was wondering if you encountered this too or know if this is expected behavior? Could also be that we have blocking policies in Google. Will check that out too, just wondering if you had any experience.Cheers Twan

On Manychat Flow, I am building a flow that makes an HTTP API Call and stores the response into a field. Now, I want to send the response from the API as an Instagram Message, but I don’t have an option to link this step after the Action step.
