I subscribed to the pro subscription (95$) however, I am not able to start a new automation.When I try to initiate a new automation: 1- I received a message that this request is only for pro subscribers. 2- Or if opened Manychat from my laptop, it doesn’t process my request neither post it. Nothing happen when I click the button.  I only want Instagram automation and this why I pay for the subscription. Can anyone help me with this please ?  Is my subscription enough ? As it is named Pro. If not can I have a refund ? And if yes what should I do to make automations again ?

We’re setting up a competition and hope Manychat can help with it - the mechanism is to tag in comments friends / family who might be interested in a business startup related competition. Ideally then, the person tagged on the post would receive a message to get more info.I can’t see this as an automation, and I’m assuming it’s because that particular person hasn’t actually interacted with the post/reel/whatever (so why would they want a DM from us?).If I’m right in that assumption, I guess we’ll have to go with a more catch-all “comment this word to get more info” automation and the person will have to pass on that info to their friend etc who they think might want to know about it, or they can tag their friend who can comment the word if they want to enter.After typing all this out I think I figured it out, but I’m going to post anyway to see what you all say 🤣

Hey guys,I saw the "BotTools Toolbox" in the Manychat app store, which offers some extra tools for chatting.The one I was most interested in was "Split Field", I tested it and it worked.My question is: does anyone use this tool? Is it reliable? Does it work well or are there problems with external calls?If anyone can tell me about this app, it would be a great help.Thanks.

Hi everyone, I could really use your help.I’m running into a frustrating issue with my automation in ManyChat. Sometimes the button I’ve added to a message shows up and works perfectly — and other times, only the message is sent without the button. When that happens, the flow gets stuck and users can’t continue.I haven’t changed anything in the setup between times when it works and times when it doesn’t, so I have no idea what’s causing this inconsistency.This is really hurting my CTR, and I’ve been getting messages from users saying they didn’t receive the guide I promised them.Has anyone else experienced this? Issue:I am unable to connect my Instagram account to ManyChat no matter what I try, and I keep getting the message "Request Sent". All the settings are correct. I was previously connected through the ManyChat app, but after Log Out, I can no longer reconnect.I followed the instructions in Facebook Business Suite, and everything is set up properly. However, every time I try to connect, the "Request Sent" error appears and the connection still doesn't work.Please guide me on what I need to do to resolve this issue

Hi everyone,I need some urgent help regarding a ManyChat account.The current owner of the account is no longer connected to our business, and we want to completely remove their access—including all integrations, settings, and admin rights. Unfortunately, we do not have access to their login and cannot coordinate with them directly.Does anyone know how to: Disconnect all integrations and remove the former owner’s access? Transfer full ownership of the account to a new admin without needing the current owner’s involvement? 2 problems my automation is not adding the tag to contacts (I suspect because of the 2nd issue) I cannot manually add tags to the contacts - they are not active:

Hi everyone, I’m running into an issue with my ManyChat bot where the onboarding flow isn’t triggering when someone first messages my page.Here’s what’s happening: The onboarding flow is set up correctly, but it’s not being triggered when a new user sends a message to my Facebook page. I’ve tested this on different devices and with multiple accounts, but the onboarding flow simply does not activate. Instead, I’m getting a generic message or some unexpected reply that shouldn’t be showing up. What I’ve already tried: Checked the trigger keywords to ensure they are correctly set up. Reviewed the flow settings to confirm that the onboarding flow is the first message after the user interacts. Ensured ManyChat is set as the primary receiver in the Facebook app. Refreshed Facebook permissions and reconnected the Facebook page to ManyChat. Hi everyone,I’ve been dealing with a strange issue for the past few months – people are unable to message my page at all (no message button), and when someone tries to follow me, they get a warning notification like “Be careful who you follow.”I’ve checked everything I could on Facebook and Instagram settings, but nothing helps. Over the past couple weeks responding to messages that come through twilio has stopped and thrown an error however the messages are coming through but I cannot respond. I have disconnected and reconnected and still have the same issues 

I'm having a problem with my workflow, which retrieves up to 5 messages, merges them and sends a single message to N8n.But I've noticed an error: when the user sends a short message like “Hi, how are you?”, but if the user sends a long message with line breaks, it hangs. Here's the error returned by the External Request node:Bad control character in string literal in JSON at position 454 (line 3 column 423).Do you have a solution for formatting all long texts containing line breaks so that the External request node accepts the content?

hi guys ! I will be working with 2 setters for my IG account and need to use Manychats. However we are experiencing some complications. When in the Manychats - how do I find a specific chat? We have it integrated with IG and when i search for a chat by IG handle, i don’t find anything. Im looking in all possible folders. How do I go about this?Also, not all chats show up in ManyChats. For example, we had a trigger live for a reel - we got a decent amount of comments and the automation worked on all of them, however not all of them showed up in the Manychat UI..It seems to me that there could be some kind of integration error? I would be grateful for some feedback here! So i am just looking for an automation process to add to my instagram account that just says “thanks for the comment and follow” or some other response. I don’t want a link to be provided or any thing. I just can’t keep up with all the comments. Thoughts on how to do this?
