I’ve seen loads of documents going through all the troubleshooting for this.My instagram is a creator account under 500k, so it is eligible.As for FB, I have my main personal profile and an added profile from my main which is the profile I will sync posting with for my insta. Manychat seemed to want a business page rather than a profile so I created one under my personal FB profile (wouldn’t let me on the other one) and have now linked my insta to that business page but I’d really rather somehow link it to the business profile rather than a page as I don’t want my personal fb friends being able to find and follow my business account as I like to keep the 2 worlds separate and I know fb pushes things out far too wide for my liking.But even with this fb page linked it still won’t come up as an option for instagram.  I considered just creating another fb to log into Manychat with but every time I try to log in with FB it only lets me log in with the on

Hi everyone 👋I’m building a WhatsApp flow and need a List Message where each option shows only a title (no per-row description).In WhatsApp itself I’ve seen lists that look like my second screenshot (title-only rows with radio dots) — exactly what I want.Issue:In ManyChat’s WhatsApp List component, the UI seems to require a Description for each row (see first screenshot). If I leave Description empty, it won’t let me save. That forces extra text I don’t want.What I’ve tried: Keeping Header empty and Body super short (works). Rows with Title only — UI blocks save due to missing Description. Workarounds like zero-width space / non-breaking space in Description: sometimes saves, but feels hacky and inconsistent.

Os leads que estão inscritos na notificação não estão recebendo mensagens via broadcasting fora da janela de 24 horas.Isso começou ontem, 02/10, envio um broadcasting por dia para os leads que estão ativo no notificação, nunca deu problema.E isso não está acontecendo só com um tópico da uma notificação, todas as notificações criadas e com leads ativos não estão recebendo broadcasting fora da janela de 24 horas, tornando a notificação inútil.Também está acontecendo em outros manychat que tenho, mesmo que seja de outro perfil do facebook.No facebook não recebi nenhum aviso e na parte de status tanto da conta e da página está sem nenhuma restrição ativa.Alguém mais está passando pelo mesmo problema? Alguém sabe como resolve?

PLEASE HELP!  I’m working on a Google Sheet integration with ManyChat where I want to collect a user input in ManyChat, compare it with a particular lookup column in the sheet, and return a value from another column in the sheet if the input IS EXACTLY SAME, OR ALMOST CLOSE to any value in the lookup column. The ‘exactly same’ part works smoothly but I also want it to check for the closest results (to cater to typing errors or incomplete inputs) as the input and lookup data is supposed to be a multiple words input. Now for the sake of my life, I can’t figure out a way to check for similar values and return the closest one - I’ve tried the integration via zapier with its filters and formatter, but even though the logic looks correct, it still only works for the ‘exactly same’ input. I even tried it within Google sheets by using accurate formulas to insert the input in a cell and then compare it with the lookup column (all within the sheet) but that still doesn’t

The data collection block for receiving files and images and saving the link to a custom field has stopped working.No matter what image or file sent by the user on whatsapp, our manychat bot does not show it. The problem started about 2-3 hours ago. We do no longer see images sent by users and it has broken our flow. Anyone facing this too?

How are you guys?Well, I think I did it right, but..I set up the same flow as this one in order to establish an IF FOLLOWING CONDITION, where the “free content” will be sent only if the user is following the account. The thing is that once running it identified some users as non-followers when they were followers actually. So, am I doing something wrong? Could be a bug?Thanks

I want to disable the ManyChat AI Assistant, but I don’t want to turn off AI completely because I use it inside my flows as specific instruction blocks.What I do want is to stop the Global AI from replying out of context and confusing customers — it’s ruining my automation by pulling users out of the flow. I only want AI responses when there’s an AI block inside my automation.I’ve also configured it so that after each response, it should show the menu options again, but when the Global AI takes over, it ignores the flow and breaks the sequence, costing me a lot of sales.Could you please tell me how to disable it? I tried turning off the AI package, and while it stopped responding in the wrong way, I also couldn’t update my automations because it seems that package is required for using AI blocks too.I really need y

I’m trying to set up an automated DM based on a comment on a post. Seems like this should be straightforward, but it doesn’t seem to work. I started this using the Auto-DM links from comments card on the homepage. I’ve set the automation to reply to a comment whenever someone comments Love. Then, it should send them an opening DM, ask for their email, and send them a link to a PDF. When I comment Love on the post though I don’t get a reply on the comment. I do get the opening DM, but when I click the send me the link button it seems to refresh the page, but doesn’t follow-up with the subsequent message that asks for my email address. I’ve tested setting this up on a number of different posts and also having it work on all posts or reels and I get the same issue. I’ve also gone through steps the AI chatbot gave me to ensure that permissions are set up correctly and refreshed permissions. I’d appreciate any help folks can offer. Hi everyone,I’m experiencing an issue with the Gallery block in ManyChat on Instagram DM. In the flow preview inside ManyChat, everything looks correct: I can see two cards side by side in the gallery. However, when I test it on my own phone (Instagram DM), only the first card is visible. The second card never appears, and there is no swipe option. What I’ve already tried: Made sure both cards are inside the same Gallery block. Each card has a title, subtitle, image, and at least one button. Reduced the text length in titles and descriptions to avoid character limits. Used images with the recommended size (square 1080×1080). Tested with different links (shorter links as well). Refreshed permissions between Instagram and Man

Help me solve this issue. After successfully signing up for ManyChat through a browser on my phone, I linked my Instagram account, created a command, and tested it successfully. Then, I logged in from another browser on my laptop and connected it with a Google (Gmail) account. I was able to access both my Facebook and Instagram accounts (with permissions granted to ManyChat). However, I can’t get past the “permission sent” screen on the laptop browser, and now on my phone I get this message when I try to log into Instagram through ManyChat (the same account I tested before, which was working). I need help understanding what is happening that’s preventing me from continuing to use ManyChat for Instagram automation.

As title says our account got banned for nothing, when prompted to login or connect with facebook business portofolio, it asked for website and there it said you can add any social media url if you don’t have website, and we added our Instagram url. Now after 2 hours from creating whatsapp it got banned for violation. Check Screenshots below:

How do I make the lead receive a notification when I send a message on instagram?I noticed that many leads leave a comment but don’t read my message — maybe they don’t even get a notification about it. How can I fix this and make sure that people who don’t follow me receive the automated messages in their main Instagram inbox?

Hello ManyChat Team, I hope you’re doing well. I recently subscribed to the Pro plan ($15/month), but I noticed that my latest invoice was over $60. I understand that the price may vary based on the number of contacts, but I would like some clarification on how this is calculated. Which contacts are counted in the billing? Is it based on followers, clicks, or the number of automation messages sent? How exactly is the cost determined as contacts increase?  Also, I have another question regarding automations. According to the plan description, automations should work on Facebook and TikTok, in addition to Instagram. However, in my case, the automation only seems to function on Instagram. The official ManyChat article only includes one screenshot, which just shows an icon in the text area.I would like to see the following steps: How to find and select a specific template. What the template looks like when selected (including the attachment in header, variables, and buttons, if possible). How to customize the template (e.g., adding attachments and filling in variable values). How the sent template appears in the chat. Thank you in advance for your help!

I want to use Manychat for auto-replying to comments, but without sending a DM to the commenters. The auto-reply should be based on a preset reference.

I’ve been having recurring issues with message templates not getting approved whenever I use the "First Name" variable (especially when it’s the first word in the message). When I submit it for approval, an error message appears — but it doesn’t specify what the actual issue is.Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know if it’s a bug in Manychat or a restriction from Meta? I couldn’t find any information about it.

Could you please explain why the WhatsApp Templates Flows feature is not yet available for use?

I’ve set up a “comment to DM” automation in Manychat. A follower commented under my post, but I found out the comment has slight difference from the keyword trigger I set, so the comment and DM wasn’t sent to him automatically. I then mortified the keyword in Manychat, since the comment has already been posted under my post, can I re-trigger the automatically, and send back my comment and DM to that follower? Or must I manually send the info to him?

Is there a way with manychat where you can setup an autoDM bot that DMs every new follower on Tiktok?
