Hello ManyChat Community,I am trying to trigger a specific block in my Telegram automation flow (tg_welcome) via Make (Integromat). I can get the flow ID and send the flow to a subscriber using the API, but I cannot find the ID of individual blocks within the flow.The problem is that when I open the flow in ManyChat, the block ID is not visible in the address bar or anywhere else in the interface. Because of this, I cannot send a request from Make that targets a specific block — I only know the flow ID.Could someone please advise how to find the ID of a specific block in a Telegram automation flow so that I can trigger it via the API/Make?Thank you in advance for your help!

When people comment the key word on my reels on Instagram, which is 'teach', they get a DM with the links to my products. 2 problems:1 - Instagram hides ALL the key word comments on my reels, they literally just disappear 2 - no one opens my DMs anymore, so I am wondering if they even receive them?Manychat has said the issue is not with them and the automation is working correctly. Please help😪

My engagement on instagram recently shifted to India because they keep engaging with my reels. This is a problem because my automation keeps auto replying to their comments. All my business is in North America so I need to keep my engagement there. Is there a way to make it so that the automation doesn’t auto reply to anyone in India?

Hello all, I’m trying to sync my Shopify store to FB Messenger so that I can create flows in Many chat that allow customers to browse categories and products and then lead to the shopify site to copmplete the transaction.   I undertand there is not a native integration.  From my research i found that shop sync: https://www.shop-sync.com/documentation is a tool that can be the bridge between Shopify and the many chat flow.  Can you advise if this is a viable soluiton, or can anyone recommend anything else to acheive this?  thanks so much  

I am an Admin for my church’s social media and I was given access through Facebook Meta via my own personal account. I do not have the login info for the business account but it is directly connected to my personal one but when I try and connect to manychat, it only links my personal messenger. Is there a way to swap it to the other account?

I am trying to use Manychat for work, we often schedule a month’s worth of Instagram posts at a time, is there any way to apply Manychat to say the third post to be posted or can I only apply it to the ‘next’ post and existing posts?

Hello everybody!Ive got an AI automation connected to my IG acc with the sole intent of promoting my exclusive Fanvue page (im running an ai model/influencer).However as of the moment ive gotta manually assign the ai chatbot to interact with the IG DM/contact it does not happen automatically. Some chats are ending before the 24-hour window, which should be the time we can communicate with the customer.The bot sent the automation, had a 3-hour smart delay, and automatically closed the conversation because it realized there was no interaction.After the smart delay, it should have applied a previously scheduled recovery flow (for some customers, it applied it normally).But for most, it didn't apply the recovery flow after 3 hours and automatically closed the conversation, making it impossible for me to communicate with the customer without paying again for sending the message.Did I configure something wrong, or is this an application error?

Hoping someone can offer some insite or steer me in the right direction. I recently became meta verified and about 3 days ago, Instagram had this major glitch where it would not let me in. I was stuck in a loop where it would say it sent me a code via sms to login, but never would. It finally just started working again, but my many chat/insta connection is majorly broken. The many chat app says it’s connected, but wouldn’t load any posts for automation. When I tried to refresh permissions or connect through browser, nothing happened. It would open Instagram on my main feed, but not actually refresh. I contacted Meta support, they ended up having me remove manychat completely from Instagram and trying to reconnect. After doing that and trying to re-add the channel, manychat now says  profile not found/doesnt exist with a little blurb about the link being broken.” Once I reported this to them, they are saying “not on us, contact manychat.”  Sooooo…. Here I am, asking for anyone to ple

Hi everyone,I'm trying to better understand how ManyChat counts contacts and how to manage my contact limit more effectively. I have a few questions: 1. How exactly are contacts counted? I deleted all my contacts and disabled all my flows, but I'm still seeing new contacts being added to my count whenever someone messages me on Facebook. Is this expected behavior? Does ManyChat automatically count anyone who sends a DM, even without active automations? 2. Contact cleanup automation: Is there a way to set up automatic rules or filters that periodically remove contacts who haven't engaged in X days? Or do I need to manually delete inactive contacts regularly? I'm trying to stay on the free plan while keeping my list clean and engaged, so any tips or clarification would be really helpful!Thanks in advance!

Hi, community. We’re having a weird problem: we have a keyword trigger for IG comments, “loyalty,” and it’s set for all comments on all posts. It’s working “sometimes,” but it’s also not firing for some people.I have not yet been able to spot a pattern here. This is an automation that’s been running smoothly for a few weeks at least. It successfully ran for the most recent comment, and it worked for me when I tested with my test account.I don’t see any common characteristic of the people it’s not working for. Some are triggering for the first time, others have been through this automation before on other posts.We have had 17 comments that should have triggered IG messenger responses over the past week. 12 have worked, 5 have not. And as I said, there is no obvious pattern.Appreciate any guidance. For this platform to be a part of our SM marketing, we need to know it’s working reliably!Thanks…Chris

Yesterday, I had an issue with WhatsApp integration it was working and i got banned from Meta, but solved that through ticket with Meta directly. See thread:But today after Meta removed my ban, I linked my WhatsApp to ManyChat again and I can use whatsapp through Live chat but automations are not working. I have this banner displaying on my account of ManyChat. How can I fix this?

Hey everyone, long time MC user and looking for some feedback for our development of a physical product solution / integration with Shopify and Manychat.We rely on MC heavily and love its simplicity, but the ecommerce side of things (and not having it) is taking it’s toll. Instead of leaving, we’re building for it! One important thing I forgot to mention in the video is after serving the physical products, we can hop right back into another MC flow. Question is, is this viable? Would anyone use it? Appreciate it ahead of time!
