Hi everyone! I need some help with a sudden issue.I’ve always been able to upload PDF files (and other file types) to my WhatsApp automations on ManyChat but today, I’m getting this error message:“File type not allowed. You can upload: aac, mpeg, mp3, ogg, mp4, 3gpp, gif.”I’ve already tried switching browsers, computers, and even internet networks, but the problem persists.It seems like something changed from yesterday to today. Has anyone else experienced this?Could it be a temporary bug or a recent update?

We're attempting to use a Custom User Field (e.g. User_Question) in a webhook body using the + Add a Field feature within the "Edit Request" screen. However, when the variable is inserted, it does not auto-wrap with double quotes or curly braces ({{ }}), which causes the JSON to become invalid. Even when manually adding the correct format ("{{User_Question}}"), the system either strips the quotes/brackets or continues showing Invalid JSON. We've followed all official instructions, but the variable remains unrecognized and the request fails to trigger the webhook correctly.Help as the manychat Helpdesk are asleep at the wheel 

Hi all, I’d like to build an AI assistant chatbot using ChatGPT that can save the messengers inputs to certain custom fields. I tried the AI Step and was pretty underwhelmed by it. I saw the documentation for connecting ChatGPT, but from reading through the forums, it looks like the Assistants API can work with some workaround. If anyone is able to share some guidance, I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

When trying to connect an existing Whatsapp API number I successfully go through the Meta pop-up. After accepting the connection the following error message pops-up. I don't really understant what I have to do and I'm afraid of loosing the good reputation that this number already has.The support team tells me I have to disconnect the number from my Whastsapp Business Manager, but doesn’t make any sense, all the numbers I’ve connected appeared there.

This is a screenshot of my automation, I am using a FREE Version, and I am trying to figure out why my automation is not working. It says Live, but when I try to test it using a different account, the trigger is not working, the flow is not working. I am using more than 10 images.. The activate  14-day free trial always pops out. If I use a PRO Feature,I dont see it on Pricing plan. Is the ACTION a PRO Feature? Pls help… 3 keywords are active. Refresh permissions, multiple times I tried. 

Hello guys! For some reason my flows on Instagram (specifically for posts) are being triggered only once. If you’ve already triggered it using the keyword and you try do that again, it won’t work. It didn’t use to be like this and I’m not sure what changed.Anyone got any light to shine on this? Thank you!

Hey, I’ve got an automation set up like this: User comments on Instagram post Message sent to user User clicks button + receives new message with link User clicks link After link click, + 5 minute wait – then, a message is sentThe problem I’m running into is if the user goes back to click the link again, the message after the 5 minute wait is triggered again. I just had a user receive the samme message 8 times… How do I make this message run only once?

I’ve encountered a situation where I have three different IG Automations set up. When a user triggers more than one Automation at once, only the first Automation is activated. Even if they continue to leave other Automation keywords in the comments afterward, those do not get triggered. I’m not sure what is causing this issue.

I am currently trying to sign up for the free trial of the Pro version of ManyChat. During the registration process, I entered my credit card information, but unfortunately, the card was not accepted. I tried several different cards, all of which are valid and have sufficient funds, but received the same error each time. Since this is only for the free trial period, I am unsure why the payment method is being declined. Hi everyone,Whenever I use Webhooks by Zapier to send a POST request to an external API (like ManyChat’s), if something fails, Zapier always shows the same message:❌ Failed to create a request in Webhooks by ZapierThe app returned “Validation error”.This is extremely generic, and it’s the same message no matter what the actual issue is. But when I test the same request in Postman, I get a helpful error body from the API — for example, it might say something like “Missing phone number” or “Invalid field format,” which lets me fix the issue immediately.My questions are: Is there any way in Zapier to see the full API response, especially the message body? As of last night, ManyChat began sending Automated Messages to all new followers. I never wrote these messages and I cannot find them in any of my Automations or Segments. What has triggered this and how do I turn it off?

Hiiii there, some of my products are sold out, so I would absolutely love it if I could set up an automation whereCustomers can comment/reply to story/DM/... with a keyword → answers some questions in DM → get a tag for that specific product. I set that up, that is ready to go. I would like this to run for about a month to collect leads while my production runs. I want to set up a simple automation with the trigger being “user comments on Instagram reel or post”. Then, I’d like the response to be 2 gallery cards with buttons underneath. I’ve been working on this for hours and can’t figure out how to get that trigger to work in the Flow Builder where the gallery cards are. I’ve searched and searched for the answer and can’t find it.
