Every day or so I get a message that our TikTok account is disconnected and needs to be refreshed. Is this a normal issue? It is stopping us from making our chat flow work. None of our other accounts(FB or IG) are having this issue. (Yes we have a business account and it appears to work fine when it is refreshed and connected.) 

I have started a new follower automation and everything says active but it’s not been working. Anything I’m missing on this one?

My “say hi to new followers” automation was working great for about a week, a few thousand sends with a good CTR. But suddenly it dropped to zero sends and I have gotten about 2000 followers with no messages sent. I tried deleting and re-creating the automation but still won’t send messages. Credentials look good and I have made no recent changes to my account.

Is it possible to use Manychat to auto-dm from keyword comments on a reel? We do this for Instagram and wanted to start using it for TikTok, but it doesn’t seem to be an option when trying to set up the automation trigger. If anyone could help, that would be great! 

When I signed up to Manychat a few days ago, it was automatically messaging my new followers but it stopped for the past couple days. What’s going on? I’ve paid for the pro version and everything

Like if you have this same issue ‘cause this is extremely frustrating and I’ve seen too many posts regarding this.Other automations are working. I’ve tried refreshing permissions and tried contacting support. They have not been helpful at all. I followed support’s recommendation to the T and it still it isn’t working. And now support is just ghosting me..Terrible customer service.Anyone have any actual solutions?

When I had my free trial it worked fine, but now that I am a Pro user it isn’t working anymore. Please advise on how to fix this. I tried the delay and then removing the delay and still no luck.  

I have set this up a couple of times and each time nothing happens. It is set up for all posts and a trigger word, with an automatic sending of data to mailerlite, I am testing it and nothing happens, no instant reply to comment or message in the DM. If the post with the keyword is already live will it not work with a new automation? So you have to create the automation and then the post?

Has something changed? Red Box message: “Set Delay duration of less than 24 hours for delivering the next messages”, these delays are 23 hours and under. It won’t let me update my automation, only thing that works is if I put it to minutes, which doesn’t work how I need.

Is there a way to keep track of the Post ID that someone commented on with IG or FB?  I am always wondering what posts are actually getting the most people involved but I don’t have the data point to do so!

I noticed that there are times when the Get Updates button to subscribe to a Messenger list does not trigger or show up even though it’s part of my flow.Is this a bug or is there a limit for Get Updates button to only show once (for example) in every 24 hours for a contact? 

 I have created the Many chat account, but it doesnt seem to be linking to my Instagram page. I have created 2 automations but they are not showing on my Instagram page. Can someone help please thanks

Hey we try to connect existing Whatsapp Business app account to Manychat by “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence”.We added the number on Meta business and it’s ok. but when we choose here “Connect your WhatsApp Business App with Coexistence” and than select the number from the dropdown there is an error “your whatsapp business account is currently limited. choose a different account or fix the issues” and also there is a button “send an error report to Manychat”please help us, we already try even with a new number but no luck

Hello there!I’m experiencing an issue with my Instagram keyword-based automations.For several weeks now, my automations triggered by comment keywords are not working anymore, or only very rarely.Users comment the correct keyword under my posts, but the automation often does not trigger at all and no DM is sent.This happens across multiple posts and flows, even though everything is correctly set up and used to work before.I don’t understand why this is happening and would like to know: Is this a known issue or limitation? I have a question about how ManyChat counts contacts.I receive a large number of replies to my Instagram stories, but most of them are not sales-related and do not trigger any automation. However, ManyChat is still counting these people as new contacts.My question is:Does ManyChat count every person I interact with manually as a contact, even if no automation is triggered, or are contacts only counted when ManyChat sends an automated message or interacts automatically?I want to understand whether contacts are counted based on any interaction, or only when an automation is actually executed.

Hey everyone.I’m running into an issue where within my automation, I’m trying to send two external request to my GoHighLevel account, and no matter what I do, the second one will not fire.I have tried moving it, putting it behind a time delay, even switching to a second request URL with a separate webhook URL from GoHighLevel.No luck at all.Does anyone have any idea what might be going on or what the solution might be?Thanks in advance!Justyn
