I would like to use automation for a post, which would require the follower to provide their email address, but it seems that this is a mandatory requirement. Let me explain:It seems that the user is forced to send me their email address in order to receive something in return.In automations, I would like the email request to the follower not to be mandatory or, in any case, to be optional, even if something is provided in return.Because it seems that the flow is:DM from the followerEmail request to receive the link or tool.Am I missing something?

Dear ManyChat Support Team,I am currently experiencing an issue with the Facebook Ad Comment Auto-Reply feature in ManyChat.Normally, when setting up the auto-reply for a Facebook ad, the system allows me to choose Partner App → ManyChat → select specific flow. However, now the button no longer functions properly — instead of showing the standard ManyChat selection interface, it only displays a JSON code block.This means the auto-reply function cannot be linked to any ManyChat flow, which has disrupted our ad automation process.I have already tried reauthorizing the Facebook page and ManyChat connection, but the issue still persists. Hi, I would like to know the purpose of Skip button in Data collection block for Date&Time. I am new to Manychat and was facing an issue with the Skip button which appears with the Date and Time button.I idea is that the user books an appointment with Date and Time button and after selecting the date and time the user will be asked further details which are in the flow. But when the user selects the Skip button instead of Date and Time, the flow continues. I want the flow to be closed if the user use Skip button. Any suggestions on how to implement this?And also there is no option to remove or hide the Skip button or text. What could be the options?

Hi guys, I have created an automation where a user DMs me "test123". He receives the first text, and when he clicks on the button, which onclicking is ideally triggered to send another message, does not work.I tried multiple times with multiple accounts, but it's not working. Trigger Word: “test123”IG connection type: Instagram LoginAny one else facing the issue of now 

Hey- I currently have IG connected, and am trying to add my FB Business Page. When I go to settings > Channels > Facebook Messenger, my business page pops up right away and it already says “Connected” in gray. But in my home page and everywhere else it only shows 1 channel-- my IG-- and I can’t create automations for the FB Business Page.  I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook. I went into Meta and made sure that my page is in fact a Business page and also put it under a Meta “Business Suite”. In Facebook Settings, I see that ManyChat has permissions… but seemingly no meaningful access within ManyChat.  Any advice?? TYIA.

Hello. We have messenger list we were sending broadcast to on a regular basis (~daily). We were doing it for a long time (year or so). There are ~10k users on the list. Since beginning of October we do it in the same way but the result changed. Broadcast goes to the full list like every 3 days. On the other two days ONLY 50-100 users is being sent. Is there any change of the allowed frequency or something like this? In the settings I see no error logs.

Since a couple of days the buttons are not working on Instagram DMs. If you tap on them the automation does not start. Can you please fix this asap, as we are loosing customers sales due to this. Thanks

Hi,I have setup manychat autmation ‘Auto-DM from Comments’ for a reel and it works perfectly fine. However, the automation doesn’t work at all when the reel is boosted. How to fix this?P.S. I noted that meta creates a different reel ID for the boosted reel and perhaps that’s why manychat is unable to apply automation to it.. but at the same time, in Manychat’s documentation, it is written that it does work for boosted content. 

Hi everyone! 👋I'm running into a strange issue with my automation. In one of my flows, I added a message with just one button as a reply option. But when I test it on Instagram, two extra buttons show up — and those ones doesn’t exist in my flow at all.Here’s what I’ve already tried: Rebuilt the entire flow from scratch (no copy-pasting) Cleared the Instagram conversation and started fresh Double-checked that no other keyword, trigger, or default reply is interfering Made sure there are no other conditions, fallback paths, or user fields affecting the flow Even after all that, the mystery buttons still appears Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas what might be causing it?Thanks in advance for your help! 🙏

I am interested in using a feature that allows automatic DMs to be sent when comments are made on specific content. However, I would like to know if this feature also works with Instagram's sponsored posts. If I run an ad on a specific post and someone clicks on the ad and leaves a comment, will a DM still be sent?

Hi everyone 👋I’m running a ManyChat → n8n → ManyChat automation that used to work perfectly fine until recently.Now, every time I try to send a message through the ManyChat API using n8n’s HTTP Request node, I get this error: 400 - {"status":"error","message":"validation error","details":{"messages":[{"message":"Subscriber does not exist"}]}}At first, I thought it was a permission or token issue — but after debugging, I noticed something strange:👉 The last digit of the subscriber_id sent from n8n is different from the actual subscriber_id shown inside ManyChat.Example: Actual ID in ManyChat: 25021534494149752 ID sent in the API request: 25021534494149750 That one-digit difference causes the ManyChat API to reject the request with “Subscriber does not exist”, even though the user is active and subscribed. How to fix

Hey! Been having this occurrence where I set up a node to create a contact, and when the contact already exists inside our database on manychat, we try to retrieve their ID through a request to find subscriber by custom field, to then send a flow. The thing is, the output on N8N sometimes is “data - success”, with no info regarding the contact. Other times, id the is not found on the immediate previous node, but on some other one a few steps behind, so I’m always having to manually change the parameter so it can get the right info from a different node.But sometimes neither request display the contact’s info.I’m new to N8N, any help would be highly appreciated!  

Buttons are not working on messenger, and havent been for the past 3-4 hours. Buttons still appear, but when a users clicks the button, the automations behind them do not fire. This has gone from working perfectly → not working at all.This is occuring over multiple accounts + for my collegues too on accounts im not linked to. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and its still not working. I submitted a critical ticket 2 hours ago but still havent recieved any word back. The manychat status page doesnt indicate this issue is know.Can this please be flagged and fixed ASAP. It is critially impacting my business

Hello Everyone. I am having issue with google sheet integration. I want to save the information regarding button pressed by a user. For example, If a user selects from any of the three therapist name, I want their name to be exported to my google sheet that I have already integrated. Currently when I execute this, I am not getting the names in the sheet rather some distorted alphabets. Can any body help me in this regard? Thank you in advance.
