Has anyone run into the issue of seeming to be stuck in the basic builder? I am pretty new to many chat but used to see the full Flow Builder. The chatbot keeps telling me to toggle or hit the 3 dots, but there is no toggle and the three dots only allow me to delete? I am trying to add actions to my flow but am hitting a wall. Any help would be appreciated!

Is there a launch date for when ManyChat for TikTok will be launched in the EU? It feels like we’ve been hearing “coming soon” for months now 😊 I really hope it’s actually happening soon, because sending every single link manually on TikTok takes so much time. I’d love to automate this part, it would make things so much easier!

Hello, As can be seen above, I have a Messenger Automation live that has “0” Runs. Users are commenting the correct Keywords and are receiving the auto-reply comment but are not receiving the DM in Messenger. This has happened for several of my previous Automations with the same set up. This has only started happening in the last few weeks. Prior to this, the same set up was working fine. Any idea what might be causing this issue? Some things that may be useful to know: I refreshed permissions for FB after this went live but it didn’t have an effect. Instagram Automations of the same type are working fine without issue. I do delete my all my contacts on a regular basis.After refreshing my permissions I now have the below error message pop up but sure if relevant. I tried to address this following the instructions but was unable to do so. “Your Facebook Conversions API (CAPI) integration has been disconnected. To keep your data flowing, please reconnect it manually.”Thanks a million :)A

why the button doesn't work? when the contact clicked the button it doesn't work as usual, it's happened to another contact

Specifically I would find it very useful to greet them by first name. Anyone experiencing the same problem or have a solution for it?

Hello. We have messenger list we were sending broadcast to on a regular basis (~daily). We were doing it for a long time (year or so). There are ~10k users on the list. Since beginning of October we do it in the same way but the result changed. Broadcast goes to the full list like every 3 days. On the other two days ONLY 50-100 users is being sent. Is there any change of the allowed frequency or something like this? In the settings I see no error logs.

So, since a few weeks I have issues with my broadcasts. There are enough funds in my account, but broadcasts I schedule for like next week don’t get approved on time to be send out by Manychat.Because of this, we missed a lot of business during a last online event. Anyone who knows how to deal with this?Normally my messages always got approved within a few hours, now they never get approved and also not disapproved.

Hi,I have a pro account and automations to comments on my posts haven’t been working for the last couple of weeks. I’ve refreshed permissions several times and seen no improvement. Automations to story replies seem to be working though.

I hate that the first initial message comes with a button, it gives away that this is not a natural conversation. I want the customer to respond naturally, not hit a button is there anyway to get rid of that button?

I’m unable to reconnect my Instagram Business Account (@bencorde) to ManyChat because the Meta authorization page only shows the Instagram login, not the Facebook login required for the new API.Every time I click “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers,” it sends me to Meta’s “Authorization Request” screen → I log in with Instagram → and get this message:“You can’t log in with this Instagram account. Try using a Facebook account that you know is connected with this Instagram account.”I’ve tried everything — clearing cache, different browsers, devices, removing/re-adding ManyChat in Business Integrations, confirming admin access, and linking my Page + IG correctly.The issue persists because my account is still connected via the old Instagram OAuth API, which Meta deprecated in 2024.ManyChat chatbot confirmed the old API connection (ticket #399766) and said the issue needs manual migration to the Unified Instagram Onboarding Flow — but I haven’t received a response.

Hi everyone!How can I activate a second flow on WhatsApp and keep the conversation there? I want the first flow to stop, but in my case, the user only receives the first message of the second flow and then it goes back to the first one.Any ideas on how to make the second flow stay active and prevent the first one from taking over again?Thanks in advance! 🙏

The goal is to create new subscribers and update their information, such as phone number and email address, using the API. I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems.

Hello,I have a couple of questions.How do I see a visual version of my IG DM automation after the user comments a particular keyword.  I can’t figure that out.Also, on my IG automation has an option for me to re-message the user if they haven’t clicked the first link.  How do I implement that same option on the Facebook DM automation?Thank you so much in advance for you help.

I cannot log in with my Google account that was linked to my Pro subscription.It shows "Access denied" during Google OAuth login. My workspace is inactive but I need to recover access.

Tudo bem com vocês? Eu gostaria de receber um orçamento do Plano Elite do Manychat para implementar em um de nossos clientes aqui da agência, pois precisamos de 8 ‘live chat agents’, o que o plano Pro não permite pois é limitado a 3.Já enviei uma solicitação através da página inicial de contratação e recebi a resposta, por e-mail, nesse sentido, em resumo: “Você provavelmente não precisa desse plano.” Alguém saberia me dizer algum outro contato do Manychat que posso conseguir um orçamento personalizado?  Desde já agradeço grandemente!

Anyone else feels like the AI Steps in ManyChat are pretty much useless?I’ve been testing them with Arabic, and they make tons of mistakes — sometimes no response at all, sometimes completely wrong answers, even with well-crafted prompts.Has anyone actually managed to get good results with them?Especially for non-English languages?Curious to hear real experiences before I give up on it 😅
