I’m seeing the new pricing on the website (“On March 2, 2026, we introduced a new pricing model with additional plans and greater flexibility for managing your subscription.”)  I took a peek at the new pricing model and I like the simplicity of the model (ManyChat pricing has always been confusing to some new clients over the years). But then I got to what is included in the Advanced Plan: Who is the Advanced plan for?The Advanced plan is a good fit for you if:You manage a very high messaging volume across multiple channels You have a larger team handling live conversations You run multichannel campaigns at scale You need 

I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems. 

Can someone please help me to get my free month added?the link didn’t work even though the initial click screen said I would get a month free

Hi! I am trying to use quick replies as a way to force engagement coming from my meta ads for attribution via a tagging and user fields system Basically, I try to force them to select “Get Info,” or “Unsubscribe” to set appropriate attribution in a specific ad entry flow before sending them to whatever general flow they belong in The default reply settings are supposed to be making them click for 5x attempts I also have flows going for various keywords It appears when they enter the flow but send a message that contains one of my keywords, without clicking a default reply, it is taking them out of the flow and as such not giving the the attribution I either want:The tags/user field actions to fire for the ad attribution before sending to the keyword flow Or, the keyword flows not to trigger on this entry message and force the default reply engagement instead (and then have the ke

Hi everyone,⁣⁣I want to share how I solved the “Update Permissions” issue — the one where you can’t log in with your Instagram account and can’t connect the “Say hi to new followers” automation.⁣I also tried the suggested workaround (editing the URL by replacing “IG” with “FB”), but it didn’t work for me.⁣⁣In the end, the only method that actually fixed the problem was this workaround:I added a second Facebook account (from a friend) as a “person” inside my Business Manager.⁣ I assigned my Instagram page as a “resource” to this second Facebook account.⁣ I logged into ManyChat using this secondary Facebook account.⁣ From there, I connected my Instagram page to ManyChat.⁣ This finally allowed me to complete the “Update Permissions” flow, which was impossible to finish from my main account.⁣After that:⁣I activated the Pro Trial

I’m running a Meta Lead Generation ad (using the "Instant Forms and Messenger" hybrid type) where my video script has a soft CTA asking people to "Comment AD" for a free PDF. Because this is a "dark post" created in Ads Manager and not on my profile grid, I’m struggling to get the ManyChat Instagram Comment Trigger to recognize the ad and fire the DM automation.In ManyChat, when I try to use the "Specific Post" trigger, the manual "Enter Post ID" box isn't appearing, and the post doesn't show up in the "Promoted Posts" list. I’ve already set up a Ref URL as a backup on the Lead Form's thank-you page, but I really want the "Comment" trigger to work for the social proof. Has anyone found a reliable way to link a comment automation to this specific "Instant Form" ad type without having to post the ad to the main grid?

I’m currently experiencing an issue with Instagram Messages on the web version.When I add a button to a message (via tools like ManyChat or similar), the message content gets cut off and does not display fully. Some parts of the text are missing, which makes the message unclear or incomplete.However, this issue seems to only happen on the web version. On mobile devices, the message still displays correctly and works as expected.Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? 

I have verified I have a TikTok business account, but ManyChat will still not allow me to connect my TikTok. For reference: I am a new ManyChat user today who already connected Instagram successfully (with a paid ManyChat account).  The ManyChat directions seem outdated? Account settings available for me are “switch to personal account” or “switch to business account”.Thanks for your help! 

How can I rename these widgets? In the automation tab They all have proper names, but here the system uses some default backend naming which I cannot change.It makes it extremely hard to work with contacts like this.

When setting up the automation for Instagram DM and selecting the content block “Card”, I notice that the thumbnail doesn't display instantly in iOS Instagram. The iOS user need to get out of the conversation then going back in to make the thumbnail displayed.When we tested another account, this issue didn't occur.Is there any settings/configurations that I need to tweak to resolve this issue?
