I automated a Comment/Reply/DM for my ebook months ago for all posts.  The Keyword was “VIBE” but it would send replies randomly to people who didn’t comment the keyword.  I ended up having to delete the automation because it began replying back to EVERY SINGLE COMMENT.  The setting was set to “message a keyword” and not “message all” so I’m not sure why that happened.  And even with the deleted automation, my followers are STILL getting replies and DM’s.   I’ve refreshed my permissions, the only thing I can think to do is delete my ManyChat altogether and start over.  But that would delete everything I’ve automated too.   Ugh, please help.  ALSO WHY IS THER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON MANYCHAT!?! I need to talk to a person.  

Hello, I have tried to use the utility message but every message that I put is rejected. From looking on META, it looks like you have to follow a certain format to get accepted but it is not clear, how to get these messages on Manychat. Any help appreciated on what to do. I am trying to reach contacts outside of the 48 hour period. Thanks 

Why does the auto-message to follower feature use a different font and require a button at the bottom? It doesn't look like a natural message, and because it appears automated, the response rates(double tap like) are quite low. I usually send these messages manually myself. It takes a bit more effort, but the response rate is much higher. While this new feature saves some time, it makes the greeting feel less personal and less like it was sent by a real person. Is it possible for us to change these?For example, can we at least have an option to remove the button at the bottom. Otherwise, it looks exactly like an automated system message and comes across as really insincere.

My Instagram account @magno_properties is connected via Instagram OAuth. The bot receives messages but cannot reply - error says channel not available for communication. I need to switch to Meta for Business connection. Please help. 

 I’m facing an issue where the pre-filled message from my WhatsApp ads is not being properly detected by ManyChat.When a user clicks the ad and sends the default pre-filled message, the message is delivered normally to WhatsApp. However: ManyChat does not recognize it as an ad opt-in The Ad ID is not detected The trigger based on Ad ID does not fire The contact appears as unattributed Because of this, I cannot trigger flows based on the ad and have to rely on generic triggers.Has anyone experienced this issue with WhatsApp ad attribution and pre-filled messages not being recognized?

I created a workflow to collect daily user information.However, the user missed answering yesterday’s questions, and we also sent today’s message.The user first submitted answers for today, then later submitted answers for yesterday by selecting the previous options.I want to store these as two separate conversations, but they are being treated as the same one. I’m using an n8n webhook to save the responses to a Google Sheet—what can I do to separate them?I tried a solution where I generate a unique ID via the n8n webhook and store it in a user field, but it gets replaced every time. Is there any variable or method that allows storing a unique ID for each workflow run so it remains distinct?

hello i'm just trying to understand the free account - it says 25 contacts but i've jsut set up an auto dm link from comment. does this mean it will only work for 25 people?

It saids this function is unavailable. How do I fix the issue? 

I receive errors when trying to send out messages using the Manychat Make modules for “Send text” and “Send message”  Could someone shed some light on what they intended for? I am planning to collect leads via Instagram and Telegram and to then send out Texts/Messages via the according channel where the contact came from. However the errors claim there was no prior contact and no message can be sent and also mentions message Tags:[400] Content can’t be sent to the subscriber without a message tag. Subscriber’s last interaction was over 70h ago (more than 24 hours ago)When adding a Tag I receive:[400] Validation error: Message tags

Hi, I want to send a welcome video when someone new follows me. I used to do this manually writing a message and sending the video file directly into their inbox. It would be great to have this automated! But, the setup only seems to allow for sending the link to the video which then opens up in their browser or dropbox. Is there a way to send the video direct into their inbox like when I do it manually?Thank you

I am creating a manychat subscriber using api.Create failed, attempting to FIND existing user. Error: {"status":"error","message":"Validation error","details":{"messages":{"wa_id":{"message":["This WhatsApp ID already exists: 91*********"]},Now the frustrating thing is how do i get the subscriber id of this id so i can update some important fields that i need to communicate with this customer.There is no search by wa_id feature available. And it would make more sense that when this error is thrown you should also give the subscriber id of the contact already in manychat.  

Hello, I’m Brazilian and I speak Portuguese. I’m experiencing a problem with the contact limit. It says I can have up to 1,000 contacts, but it also shows that I already have 1,475 contacts. However, I have already deleted all contacts from the list, and the number still remains the same.What should I do?  

As we know previously, Manychat allow use to broadcast to all our messenger contacts, but after the depreciates of Tags. Does it mean all my 20K+ contacts are basically useless now?

Hi,I need the VAT number of Manychat company for my accountings (not my own VAT on invoice, that I already have).The address of Manychat is not enough and the rules in Denmark requires applying the company VAT from every company we buy from.I can’t find it anywhere and Chat GPT couldn’t help either. It doesn’t seem to be official anywhere, so maybe someone before me has had the same issue and been in contact with the support. I need the VAT ASAP. Does anyone know the VAT for Manychat?

From my understanding, you can only get the JSON code to connect to the FB ads if you select the “user clicks on facebook ad” trigger. However, when I try to activate it, I get an error message like in the first image. But I’m confused because nothing in my initial message has those variables (see 2nd screenshot).
