I tried setting up Follow to DM automation in ManyChat.I followed all the steps in the AI help bot.It didn’t work even once.Now when I go back to the automation, I see this message:“This feature isn’t available for your Instagram account. Follow to DM isn’t available for your Instagram account. This feature is currently in beta. Access is controlled by Meta and can vary by account.”At this point I’m not sure what to do next.Has anyone: Run into this beforee? Got access later (and how)? Switched to a different DM trigger that actually works? Appreciate any help🙏

Hey everyone!I’m running into a weird issue with my automations. I’ve set “Delete Contact” as the final step (both as the next step and as an additional action) in all my flows, but it seems like the contacts aren’t actually getting deleted. It’s so annoying having to go in and delete them manually every time. 😫 Has anyone else run into this or know what I might be missing?Any tips or workarounds would be super appreciated! Hello,None of my automation is working. I have made sure I have all correct permissions, I reset permissions. The support chat sucks and I can’t open a ticket. This is so frustrating. What do I need to do to get this working?

Hi everyone,Quick question about Instagram comment-to-DM automations.When someone comments, ManyChat tries to send a DM, but for some users the message fails because they don’t accept DMs from non-followers.Is there any way in ManyChat to: detect if a user can receive DMs, or prevent sending DMs to accounts with closed DMs? If not, what’s the best practice to avoid delivery issues and spam signals?Thanks!

Hey everyone! Need help with Opt-in automation in Telegram. Attached screenshot how it looks right now. Can't understand what is the issue with my automation. It works in Preview mode, but not in live. The issue is that when I start the bot, it doesn't respond. Tried on different devices, no difference. Thanks if someone can say what's the issue.

Currently my funnel asks for name first and then email, how do I change that?Also, how do I do step #4, where I give them the freebie even if they don’t want to share their email? We have an account with ManyChat through our Instagram and we would like to also have it connected to our Facebook messenger. Our Facebook and Instagram are connected through Meta. We are just posting on our Instagram, which then auto posts on our Facebook, but we want the auto dms we set up to also to send to our Facebook users as well. Is there a way to do this, without having to pay for an additional account? Also, why can’t I find a way to talk to a customer service rep. on ManyChats when we are paying for this service??? 

Hi there, Ive set up Many chats native “When someone new follows you” automation however it does not seem to be working. “runs” are appearing but no CTR, sends or clicks. Is there anything that may be preventing this flow from functioning?Thankyou.Luke.

I have been trying for days to get someone to contact me! I need to enter a online call with a human being so that I can feel comfortable with dealing with manychat! 

I have every thing set up all other automations work fine. But it will not connect “Follow to DM” and comes up with the message “ it isn’t available for your Instagram account. This feature is currently in beta.”I checked other conversations and Raquel C (Manychat Community Manager) said 2-mths ago that…  “this feature is now available for all users”. Hola, estoy creando un nuevo bot y he notado que, además de agregar a los agentes de chat en vivo, también tengo que activar la opción Puesto de chat en vivo.Actualmente pago 15 USD por 500 contactos y solo me permite asignar el puesto de chat en vivo a 3 personas, incluyéndome a mí como propietario. Al intentar asignar un cuarto usuario con puesto de chat en vivo, me solicita un pago adicional de 99 USD, que sumado a mis 15 USD actuales da un total de 114 USD.Mi pregunta es: si pago esos 99 USD, ¿obtendría 3 lugares adicionales de puesto de chat en vivo?, es decir, ¿mi límite aumentaría a 6 puestos?Tengo un bot que hice a 4 años y puedo meter a los agentes de chat en vivo que quisiera y pueden contestar todos en el chat en vivo significa que esta nueva restricción es reciente?

I’ve made an automation for a client using her account. When I comment on her post from my own account, it works perfectly.But when I use a different Instagram account, nothing works. That means her clients don’t get their info.We’ve already reconnected Instagram a few times. We’re paying for a Pro account.I still don’t know what’s causing this, and I need help.

Hi all,I’ve noticed an issue with the ManyChat mobile app: when a customer sends an image with text (caption/message), the app only shows the image. The text doesn’t appear unless I check the conversation on desktop.It’s pretty inconvenient when replying on the go, and it feels like something that should be a quick fix.Is this a known issue? And is there a fix planned, or any workaround in the meantime?Thanks!

 I'm trying to find a template to create a new automation in Many Chat, but I don't see the template to redirect customers to your website.  Has it been replaced with another template? 

Olá, tenho uma automação com Whatsapp business que está configurada certa, tanto no Many Chat, quanto no Meta Business. O cliente envia uma mensagem no Whatsapp com uma palavra de disparo, o fluxo é disparado no Many Chat (eu consigo ver as mensagens automáticas indo no Chat Ao Vivo, mas o cliente não recebe mensagens em seu Whatsapp.Alguma ideia do que pode estar acontecendo?

I want to connect Facebook Messenger with Manychat, but there seems to be a problem with the connection.If I go to the settings and click on “messenger - connect”, I see the correct page to connect (I also have the necessary permissions), but I cant connect it, I can only send a connection request for the page to another page admin. Why is that?I also tried to reconnect the facebook page with manychat but as soon as I go to the connect-window for facebook messenger, the button says “request send” and “ Your request is pending XXXXXXX`s approval. They can easily access it in their Email inbox or under the account`s Settings → Team Members.”.The request however was never send or received by the account in question, but I cant pull the request back or resend it.

Hi, I am curious if other people are having this error. When I try to assign a tag manually on manychat I get get an error saying “user_id cannot be blank”Adding tags using API still works for some reason.I would like to hear more from you guys

The pricing page says Pro is $15, but when I click “Become pro”, I’m led to my dashboard with only a “Renew subscription” link at the top. When I click that, there is a $25 item in my cart called Marketing Automation with no mention of the Pro plan on the page. So did you change the Pro plan to this new thing and increase the price?

I can’t get a real response from support beyond a generic message, and it’s starting to feel pretty concerning given how much our systems rely on this.This is the only reply I’ve received:“Thank you for reaching out. HelloI want to have a work flow like belowWhen user comments→ They get a DM asking to follow if they aren’tfollowing the instagram page→ It only allows to send the link if the user follows→ user follows→ link sent. Like belowIt should look like this.Basically I don’t wanna share link without user following me. Is there a way to do this without Pro subscription? 

Hello, I am getting an error in my Messenger settings: 'No Valid Ad Accounts Shared'.​I have already clicked 'Refresh Permissions' multiple times, but the error persists. I have full control over the Ad account in the same Business Portfolio as my Facebook page 'NVTours - Your Travel Agent'.​Could you please help me fix this so I can create marketing campaigns and send messages on Messenger? I am very new to all this, so please be patient with me. I go live three nights a week and do a project. I have a flow built that connects to my website and a cartlink to the products featured in the live.  I use a keyword trigger to generate a message.  I have a different cartlink every night.  How do I duplicate my flow from night to night where all I have to do is change my keyword and cartlink?  I hope that makes sense.
