Hey there.I am having an issue where the messages sent by ManyChats automation are appearing in my whatsapp for businnes as “Waiting for message” and it is not letting me see the messages. It goes as far as even some automation messages not getting sent at all. I have double and triple checked my Meta for Business account and I don’t see any issues leading me to believe that the issue lies there. May I get some help?    

Recently, I interacted with a ManyChat automation that asked for my name, and after I replied, the bot started talking to me using that name — like a nickname. I’d love to learn how to set up that same feature in my own automation.Do I need to use ManyChat AI for that, or can it be done in ManyChat Pro?If there’s a tutorial or blog post explaining this step by step, please share the link!

The Follow to DM-Automation is correctly installed though nothing is happening. I know it is a beta, but at least give us some context. Does anybody have any advice? Nothing seems to be working.Thank you!

I’m running into a major issue where buttons are not working and I’m also not able to send people through an automation to “fix” the issue.

I registered for the Instagram Summit and received a calendar reminder with the link. However, when I click on the link and enter my email address, it says my email is not found. I have tried all 3 of the email accounts I use for personal or business use just to be sure, but none of them are working. I double checked my card statement, and I was definitely charged for the event. That and receiving the calendar invite with the link let me know that I did indeed register. I’m not sure why it’s not letting me in :( Any suggestions?? 

I’m in the USA but I get the ‘TikTok doesn’t have Manychat for your country yet, but we’ll keep you updated’. Huh? As far as I can see, it is available in the usa. I’m not on a VPN, just to anticipate that question.

My instagram automations are suddenly not working though i am a pro user of manychat.It was working whole day yesterday but since last night, nothing is working.When people are commenting on my reel , they get an opening DM but when they click on “Send me the link”, nothing happens after that.

I would like to use automation for a post, which would require the follower to provide their email address, but it seems that this is a mandatory requirement. Let me explain:It seems that the user is forced to send me their email address in order to receive something in return.In automations, I would like the email request to the follower not to be mandatory or, in any case, to be optional, even if something is provided in return.Because it seems that the flow is:DM from the followerEmail request to receive the link or tool.Am I missing something?

My rules that triggers automations when i add tags to users stopped working 1-2 hours ago Refreshed permissions and everything, its only when tags are applied to contacts. Something is not working properly

Hey everyone,Is anyone else having this issue lately?My flow worked perfectly before:1️⃣ User comments “skills”2️⃣ They get a DM asking to reply “cypher”3️⃣ When they reply “cypher,” the flow should continueNow nothing happens after they reply.If I reply “cypher” myself, the next message appears — but it still says the user isn’t following me (even though they are).I already refreshed permissions 3 times, nothing changes.I’m getting 50+ DMs per hour stuck like this, it’s chaos.Anyone else seeing this bug or found a fix?

I’m in the process of setting up a new Facebook ad, but the automation I configured earlier doesn’t seem to be functioning. Could you please check what might be causing the issue?  

Since a couple of days the buttons are not working on Instagram DMs. If you tap on them the automation does not start. Can you please fix this asap, as we are loosing customers sales due to this. Thanks

Hi, I have this json  {"code":1,"message":"Ok","data":{"winner":false,"play_id":12}}White the response mapping I can read code and message but not winner and play_id.I use $.data.winner as selector for example and only code the the other field that works.If I print the custom field assigned to winner is empty.Could if be a format issue? winner is a boolean and the custom field is string.How can I debug it ?Many thanks.

Okay so I have made a bot for dentist now the issue is it is only getting the data of 1 doctor from google sheet for example if teh category is Cleaning & Scaling there are 4 different doctors, I want people to choose any of them according to their choice but it is only letting me pick 1 doctor which is on the top of the sheet. Picture attached.my idea is to show list of dr with timing & fees according to speciality. Please guide how to get more then 1 Dr’s in manychat from google sheet?Regards,

Hey everyone!I'd love to use the manychat automations for email list growth but I'm concerned about GDPR compliance. When we connected manychat to Active Campaign people got added to the list but they didn’t receive the email for the double opt in which is mandatory in Europe. Does this not work with manychat? What’s the best way to use manychat for email list growth while also staying GDPR compliant.Thank you in advance for the help!!!

when i test this automation from my personal account to see if it works, I never get sent the last message.  Can someone advise if this automation is working by looking at the way I have it set up?

My client made a new post, but the automation for instagram comments to reply comment and dm wasn’t set up for that post yet. He got many comments, but none of them received a comment back or a dm. I’d like to kick off the automation manually for the people who never got their DMs for this post - is there a way to do that?The people who comment from now on will get the DM because the automation is now linked, but the people who commented previously got nothing.I hope there’s a way to manually kick these off retroactively without needing to do any manual work.Would appreciate any help - Thank you!

Hi guys, I have created an automation where a user DMs me "test123". He receives the first text, and when he clicks on the button, which onclicking is ideally triggered to send another message, does not work.I tried multiple times with multiple accounts, but it's not working. Trigger Word: “test123”IG connection type: Instagram LoginAny one else facing the issue of now 

How can I connect manychat to meta ads manager? The option to choose manychat as partner app is now gone. the only option is create template or use a JSON code. I tried to follow the guide in Manychat Instagram Ads triggerBut the information on the guide is obselete, because there is no option to choose partner app. Any info how to find the option?

It has the quick reply and works. When I come to integrate with the facebook ad manager however it does not show manychat under the partner apps.  I'm basically having the same problem highlighted here: https://community.manychat.com/general-q-a-43/partner-apps-not-available-as-option-during-ad-creation-4973?postid=15731#post15731 Any fix?

I changed my brand and I need to change the display name and profile picture of my Whatsapp number. I already changed it on Meta's Business Manager, they approved it and issued a new certificate, but I can't figure out how I update that information inside ManyChat.
