Hi everyone!my client has a request, he needs a gym chatbot. Clients should upload pdf files or images in a telegram- bot with AI, where AI will process them and make recommendations about nutricion and trainings based on this. Is it possible in manychat? if i will use AI step?THank you

When I test automation on instagram, the messages are taking too long to be delivered. What was supposed to take 2-3 seconds is now taking almost a minute. Is this a problem with the server or the internet?Note: I'm not using smart delay.

How can I store event-specific data for a user without overwriting fields for other events? I am unable to automate a DM as a response to a comment. Manychat appears to only want to allow me to reply to a comment, with a comment, which I don’t want. I want to automate into a DM so I can capture an email address and start a further conversation. I have gone through all the troubleshooting and tried to use chatgpt to also help troubleshoot. The only thing I can see, following the walkthrough on the troubleshooting videos for IG, is that on my personal facebook page there is no manychat connected. It’s connected on meta business suite but on the video when you are asked to switch to personal and edit the manychat connection/permissions, there is no manychat. Is the the solve & if so how do I connect it there?Thanks! 

Hi ManyChat community! 👋I’m trying to collect subscribers to my broadcast list through ads.I’m experiencing an issue where my ManyChat flow is not triggering correctly for users who click on my Facebook Messenger ad. Instead, they receive a generic message that I believe is overriding the intended ManyChat flow.Here’s what I’ve done so far:I’ve set up a Facebook Messenger ad and linked it to my ManyChat flow using a the “Message will be sent to customers when they click on your ads” I’ve checked Facebook’s settings, and there are no active auto-responder rules or automations on my page. ManyChat is connected to my Facebook page, and my Welcome Message and Default Reply in ManyChat are turned off. My flow works perfectly when testing the testing it on preview on facebook.Despite these efforts, users are still receiving a generic Facebook message when they click the ad, and my ManyChat flow isn’t starting as

Hi everyone, I just set up 2 adsets in facebooks ads manager. The one for FB messenger automation seems to be working fine when I tested it, but for some reason I am not so sure about the Instagram messenger automation. I tried sending a “preview message” multiple times and it just didn’t work like I wanted it to. Can you tell me by looking at this flow , if someone types in the word “PURPOSE”, they’ll get my website link with my digital course?Here’s the setup in ads manager:

We have recently gone live with Manychat and our shopify ecommerce store.  We are running adset campaigns through facebook and use triplewhale (and facebook ads manager) for conversion tracking.  The TLDR to this post is this: We have seen a large ROAS drop in our facebook adsets, however overall store ROAS is up.  We believe there is a break in conversion attribution with Messenger. One concern that we have is that when a user clicks on a facebook ads, then engages with the Messenger app to get the discount and Clicks on the link to Shop inside the messenger, that when they do checkout from there our systems are not able to see the passthrough of attribution from that type of shopping.Steps:1: user clicks on an add from facebook app (mobile device) and opens up an in-app browsing session to bitsy bug. (allowing our system to track that the user came through)2: they are on our website and then click on the discount code from Many Chats.  This then opens up

I am trying to create a flow on Whatsapp where to allow the user to move forward in the flow, he has to give an ID number or password. I was hoping this could be possible to do by assigning the ID / password to the user (contact) as a custom field, storing the user’s input in a separate field and then using a condition bloc to compare both but it turns out the condition bloc can’t compare fields… Any idea how to make it happen?

I have tried so many different variations of trying to track a conversion event (both button click and page load) in Kajabi using the Manychat pixel and have not had any success logging any events. I am able to log conversion events that occur during my Manychat automation and have a button click to a Kajabi website. I have copied the pixel from Manychat and pasted the pixel into the Settings - Page Scripts - Header Page Scripts. Kajabi advises “This code will be placed in the <head> section of every page. So from my understanding, the pixel should be listening for events. I’ve tried putting the event codes just about everywhere I can think of and have not received a single conversion event sent back to Manychat analytics. I’ve tried in the Checkout Settings “Add custom tracking code to monitor checkout performance” Header tracking code “This code will be placed in the <head> section of every checkout page” and in the Footer tracking code “This code will be placed

Good day people, I need to pause an automation, a pause between 2 actions(send whatsapp message), to wait a contact’s reply before sending second message.To be more specific, 1st message is with 2 buttons, so in case they do not use any, and text instead, so they can receive the second default message as reply. Any idea how I can do it?In general, it is strange that Manychat does not have this pause, in Smart Delay, and instead of choosing time frame, to choose for wait for reply.Many thanks,

Newbie, technology challenged here.   My ManyChat paid Pro will not recognize my business facebook account, only my personal Instagram account. Training on building a bot and this is the first step, so as you can imagine, very frustrating when the fundamental steps as directed don’t work.  Please help.  

Hi guys, I have an integration with manychat API using make.com and in one of my automations, I use make to create a new contact (based on another system) and add the custom fields. Then I use the manychat automation to send messages to the contacts created and some conditions from the custom user fields.  The problem I’m facing now is that I don’t know how to test if the contact created has whatsapp account (when I created a contact using the api I don’t get any error if this contact doesn't have whatsapp enabled). I only know when I try to message this contact and the message is not delivered. Is there a way to test if the contact is ready to get messages so I can create other ways to contact my customers? ThanksDoug 

When I close a chat and then the customer sends a message it doesn't reopen the chat! How to fix this issue? If there's a reason why this is happening so what it could be?

Hello all!I have an AI agency and in february we are bringing 50 of our clients across to Manychat. I thought it would be as simple as them adding me as an admin on the facebook page, then me adding their account to my profile on Manychat. However once I added the accounts, my 1 account with live automations started becoming much slower, some triggers stopped working etc etc. Is there a good way to do this? I want to be able to have access to see all the accounts and automations. I also want to cause as little stress as possible for the client and ideally i dont wnat them to create an account themselves or ask for their FB log-ins, but will resort to the latter if this is the only way forward. I would really appriciate any advise on this. Side note: Is there a good way to track errors etc across so many accounts? Thanks in advance, Farhan
