Ya tengo la versión pro de manychat, pero no me aparece para pautar la versión pro de anuncios de instagram saben como lo soluciono? ya instale desinstale, verifique permisos y demas, porque este error y necesito prender pauta pronto

I have a funnel set up in my manychat for anyone who comments on my reels with a keyword gets a series of automations sent to them (5 questions to get the conversation going) then at the end I share a link to my website to direct them there. Problem is once people go thru this funnel once, and let’s say comment again on another post in the future I don’t want them to end up getting that exact same set of questions since I already know the answers. I would prefer to only send them the last message which is the link to my website. Is there a way to do this? So essentially they will only get message #8 in my funnel picture below when they comment again and not all the questions? Please help.  

Hey there,I'm quite surprised to see that ManyChat and Agorapulse are not compatible. Especially since Manychat promotes Agorapluse on one of its blogs. On the help page for messaging routing or conversation routing, there are suggestions that you can set another application as a secondary receiver. However, on exploring this forum, it's clear based on many comments and feedback from customer services it's not possible to have two external applications managing messages. And if you do want to, you have to set up some kind of complex integration that passes messages from ManyChat back to the other application, which sounds really cumbersome. Is there anyone who uses Agorapulse and ManyChat successfully? If we have set ManyChat as a primary routing messaging application, all the automations work perfectly and there aren't any issues, but Agorapulse direct messages stop working and you get error messages on that system.If you switch it t

I need an expert to resolve an issue with my ManyChat and Facebook Ads integration. Everything is connected—dataset to ManyChat, conversion tracking with ID & API key for Facebook Ads, and a custom action tag set to fire events when someone engages on messenger.However, the events aren't firing. I'm running LEAD objective ads using Facebook's default template, where ManyChat takes over after users answer initial questions and triggers a flow based on comments.This worked before my page got suspended. Since reinstating it, I refreshed permissions and settings, but it's still not working. I need help to fix this so conversions track properly in Facebook Ads. 

I accidentally disconnected my Facebook page (let's call it "manychat page") in ManyChat, replaced it with another, and then quickly reconnected it. I ensured my Data Source is set to "Messenger" and followed the tutorial. Now, Facebook ads aren’t tracking conversions, despite the pixel being connected and Page Permissions refreshed.

Hello to the whole community!I had a problem with the connections in Manychat, so I reset everything and refreshed the connections.Everything looks fine, however, I can't configure the Instagram receiver, Manychat isn't displayed, yet it's present and activated in connected apps and professional integrations.Also, before I had “Manychat-IG” and also “Manychat app Instagram”.As the Manychat app is indeed connected and active, it no longer appears.Does anyone have a solution or a clue ? 

Hello!I’m building a flow for my audience to talk with chatGPT but I only want them to be able to ask 2 questions per 24 hours. Up to this point the flow is set up, my issue is that I can only set up date/time and not only time. My goal is for when the user tries to ask a question that 24 hour window I can reply within that timeframe. Is someone able to help me with this?

Hi, I'm having an issue with a client where the automations are not working.In the triggers, they can't select any content, which means that ManyChat isn't able to detect their Instagram content.We've tried a lot of things:- Connecting the Instagram account to Facebook- Refreshing permissions- Triggering through private messages, but that didn't work eitherWe also tried with a different Instagram account, and ManyChat was able to recognize the content, so the automations worked perfectly.I have no idea where the problem could be coming from, so I asked them to contact customer support.If you've seen this with any of your clients, feel free to share your solutions.Thank youSylvain 

I already posted a video last night for an email type giveaway. I created the automation where they comment a word and I send them the link to enter their email to their DM. the email link stopped working for about an hour last night due to the number of responses and I’d like to send a follow up DM to everyone who has commented with the link again in case they had trouble. is it possible to add this to my flow that’s already been published and the follow up will be sent to everyone and not just new entries? thanks!

HOW DO I GET RID OF THE BOOK NOW BUTTON INSIDE OF FACEBOOK MESSENGER ON MOBILE? JUST SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT AND IT WILLNOT GO AWAY. ALL MY PRE-BUILT SELECTIONS ARE NOT SHOWING UP ONLY BOOK NOW. Hi!I have a question regarding my contacts, of which I now have over 14,000. I use Manychat to send messages and collect email leads.Someone comments under a reel, they get a message with an invitation and then they are redirected to the mailing list + IG and FB channels.Previously, we also obtained consent to send messages outside the 24-hour window, but each subsequent message reached only 50%, and that percentage decreased over time.Is there any point in keeping all these contacts to whom I can't send messages anyway, and as a result, paying for a much higher subscription?thank you

Hello guys! I’m using a Reel comment to DM automation feature of Manychat. I use this funnel to redirect my leads to WhatsApp and continue with the conversation.I’ve noticed lately that people who are using iOS are not redirected to WhatsApp.Since the link is opened in instagram’s browser, it asks the users to download the app instead.Any idea how do we go about handling this issue? This is causing lot of drop-offs for me :(

Can you have multiple flows linked to one live?I.e. tell them different words to comment and based on what they comment they’ll get sent through a different automation? From my experience it was only firing once with the first word

I’m having trouble linking my account. When I try to do so, I get the following error: "The following restrictions have been applied to the selected business portfolio, so you will not be able to create another WhatsApp Business account: You can only create a limited number of WhatsApp Business accounts before business verification and WhatsApp account checks have been completed. You will be able to create more accounts once your verification is complete." I have already informed Meta. How can I resolve this?

Hi everyone, has anyone else faced this issue? Due to an unauthorized payment for my Manychat subscription, my WhatsApp stopped working, and I didn't receive any notification. I wasn’t informed about the payment problem, nor was I notified that my WhatsApp had been disconnected. The only email I got was from Stripe, letting me know about the payment issue, but I missed it because it was Sunday. As a result, my WhatsApp was disconnected for four days (from Sunday to Wednesday), and I didn’t receive a single alert from Manychat regarding this. I find this situation really frustrating. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?
