I am an admin on manychat for an instagram account, but I can’t seem to be able to reply to inbox from manychat 

Good morning, I’m just beginning my ManyChat adventure. I’m not techy by any means, so excuse me for asking these questions if they’ve already been answered. First, I’m not sure how to upgrade to Pro ~ I have 13K IG followers, but only 6 Many Chat contacts. So do I sign up for 13K contacts, or a smaller number? Second, ManyChat struggles (or maybe I struggle) with connecting my IG to ManyChat and to my PERSONAL Facebook - they are both Elizabeth Hill, but my IG handle is BetsiHillTravel. Any advice or hints to help a non-techie set all this up correctly?

Very basic question, does manychat work for private accounts - both as a user and for audience? Looked for teh answer here and online and cant seem to find the info on the basic requirements but get a prompt asking me to either have a business or public account for insta.And if its not possible, did you come across another solution that does? Obrigada, thanks!

Hello, I have a high traffic page and I want to use the auto-comment automation but I’m afraid Facebook will block me after a certain amount of comments. Is there any way I can automatically stop/pause the automation after a few comments?

Hello! I’m trying to set up an automation where the first 20 people to comment on the post get one autoreply, and then everyone else afterwards gets a different one. I’m having a hard time figuring it out, can anybody help please? 

A lot of people have tried using our client messenger links: www.messenger.com/t/clientname AND m.me/clientname that we have mentioned in articles and emails, yet the links are inconsistent in opening their Messenger conversation. Often times it just opens just the app, not the conversation. We noticed this primarily on phones. We have a new drop next week and we’d like to drive people to Messenger. Has anyone else ran into this?

Hi Everyone! I’ve noticed the last month or so, none of my messages are being delivered (on both Facebook & Instagram). Does anyone know why this is happening? Or if there is a workaround/update I need to make? Any insight would be appreciated!

Hello everyone, my automations have stopped working. The links don't work, and now no messages, neither the welcome message nor the default reply message, are functioning. I've tried deleting the conversation and restarting, but nothing works. I've refreshed permissions 10 times and disconnected/reconnected the page twice, and nothing changes.

Evening all!  I hope you’re well this evening.   I have noticed recently that when designing flows that have an “Action” where you as the User is notified (if they have a question or with whatever) if they reach that “Action”, you, as the User, are STILL notified (through the Manychat app on the phone) the moment they send a DM that contains your trigger keyword.  How do I turn that off?  Ideally, I would like to not be aware that they are going through my flow *unless* they hit an Action in the flow that I have set up to notify me specifically.  If I could turn this off, it would drastically reduce the consistent, unending notifications that my phone rings off with lol

Hi - I’m wondering how to customize the copy that says “subscribe to our updates” under the photo.  In the first version (with the woman standing by the tree) that’s what it says, but I’ve seen others like this one from ‘herfirst100k’ where it says “Her First 100k DM List” instead.When I go in to edit that section, it tells me that I can’t per Meta’s rules...but clearly it’s being done by other accounts.Is there somewhere else to edit it that I’m not seeing?  Thanks for any help!  

In segment online chat when im opening the DM of my account i can find people when im typing the nickname of the person. all chat are available and your can see by scrolling but cant see anyone by searching graph which is above for typing instagram nickname

Hello! I have a question regarding one of my flows. It was working perfectly, but all of the sudden now the automation stops once I open and manually write on the chat. People can’t use the buttons anymore. How can I fix this? It was working perfectly for 6 months and now it changed from one day to another, and I didn’t change anything. Can you please or someone help me out? Seems also there is a 30 minutes automation stop, but I rather have it on 0, how can I make it possible?

I have been using ManyChat PRO during the 14-day trial and last week, everything regarding automations was working amazingly well, that is until Tuesday when the automated replies began to get completely chopped after the first sentence?Is there a reason why my automated replies are now being shortened to just a few words? Is there anything on my end I need to change to not have this problem happen? Thanks in advance for any help :) 

Hey, im trying to run my first Facebook Ad automation. I have the auto setup, but in Facebook Ads manager, this portion of the how to dent seem to exist and im stumped. Any help is appreciated “ call-to-action button that says ‘Send Message’. This button will open up a conversation with the user in Messenger.In the Partner app section, select the 'Select message flow' option. Then, choose Manychat as the Partner app from the dropdown list. Next, select the specific automation in the Message flow.”

Hi All, I’ve been using Manychat for a couple of months now successfully with dm’s. I’ve just tried to set up comment automation on several reels, the comments are working instantly but the users are not a receiving a notification that i’ve replied to their comment. I’ve tested this from 6 different accounts now all with the same result. If they go back to the video they can see a response, but they are not aware of my reply because Manychat is not sending a comment notification, the direct messaging is also working as normal. Can anyone explain this? The comments are not tagging the user either like a typical comment reply, just replying underneath.

Hi community!I would like to have a smart delay of 3 seconds between two DM on Instagram, to humanize the conversation.But it still doesn’t work because it “must be between 10 and 3600 seconds”… I saw in a program to learn about Manychat that the former could insert a 3 sec delay.Anyone can relate please?Thanks a lotxx 

Hello❤️ please tell me, if I unsubscribe old users from the bot, but later they want to interact with the bot again, do they need to immediately write the start command, and only then the code words that will start the chains?Or is it possible to solve this issue without the start command?thank you 🙏❤️

Hello! Why might the bot not work? does not work today for a specific person, even when I manually start a chain for him personally - further messages are inactive. Everything works for other people. This user follows me on Instagram, I also see him in chat, but the bot doesn’t work with himneither code words nor pressing bot buttons trigger the process
