Hello! I have a question regarding Instagram comments. Is it possible to make an instagram comment or at least the post where it came from show up in the conversations tab in Go High Level using Manychat? If so, how can I do that? Thanks!

Hello everyone!As the title states, I’m making a FAQ chatbot with ChatGPT, but for some reason the request wont be trigger/filled sometimes.The idea of this flow is to ask the prospect to make an appointment. A question is done (“Do you want to make an appointment”) then the response it’s send to chatGPT and it classifies the text as Positive/Negative/Null, then the response is used in a condition.The flow: The classification does work, it does give the correct context, but after trying out a few times (from 2 to 4 times) it gives a blank response with no apparent reason and the flow stops. Working process:(translate Q:want to make an appointment? / User:No / ChatGPT: Negative) Fail process: (translate Q:want to make an appointment? / User:No / ChatGPT:  ) Things I’ve tried with no results:Validate the answer, if the answer is null, then come back to the chatGPT request to get a response (the flow stops instead of giving a blank answer, I think it gets in a endless loop and stops) Adde

Hi I have a problem, tagging a person directly in comments doesn't work, it just sends the message I prepared but it doesn't tag the profile, can anyone help me with this ?  I want to set it up to work like this:Could you help me, how ? 

When I try to create the  Instagram automation “user comments on your post or reel” it doesn’t show the latest posts. I have tried refreshing the permissions multiple times but this dosent seem to work. Does anyone have the solution to this problem?

Hi! We have been using Manychat for about a month now and it did not have any problems. Yesterday, there was suddenly an issue where we cannot set up any automations where someone would comment on a specific post with a trigger word and we could send an automated reply and DM. Attached are some screenshots about this issue! If anyone could help that would be amazing, we have already tried contacting support...  

I noticed that I could structure this flow with the user clicking on the buttons in the previous message. But we would like to structure a brief questionnaire to collect user data, and thus send the next message from a text message by the user and not from a button click.

So I'm having a problem. I create automations on my Instagram profile to automatically respond to messages in my feed post, I went to create a new automation today and the error "Instagram request error" appeared and when I looked at the ones that were already active, they are not updating the comment responses . The old active ones are not updating, nor am I able to create a new one. Can anyone help me?

I use manychat for 5 - 6 months. Everything was good, but now since 2 weeks something is wrong. My automations are not working properly. Only 1/10 (in general) are sent properly, rest is unanswered. I didnt change any settings in manychat, I use paid version. I have no clue what to do next. Please help.

EDITI fixed it by deleting my personal account - Hi Everyone,For some reason, the automation responses are going to my personal instagram page, instead of my business account. I built the automation under the business manychat account, so I have no idea how to fix this.My instagram personal page isn’t on creator or professional. My business page is set up correctly as a business.PLEASE HELP! Pics below of my account 

I need to know from what campaign the lead came from. I have leads comming from Meta and from Google. I need to know not only the source of the lead (Meta/Google) but also from which campaign they come from (example: lead came from Campaign 1 - Name XXX). This is crucial for opmization of the campaigns based on results. Does someone know this?  Let me know if it is not clear enough. 

Is it possible to make the reply take a minute of 30 seconds before it´s sent to the user?

Dear ManyChat Support Team, I noticed my subscription renewal date has been changed to April 22, 2024, despite not making the payment yet. Please revert it to the original date.

I’ve tried to delete my contact to keep it clean, but I found something odd. I had 4077 contacts, then I deleted 1074. So the result is supposed to be 3033. But what I got my contact now is still 3460.  What do you think guys?  How transparent does Manychat count your contacts? Because as we know, it’ll affect our charge.

Hello, I have just set up my account and it’s still currently in free trial mode. I send up a DM automation for when people comment a specific word in the comments of my latest reel. I set up the automation with links, but when anyone clicks on the links, they will not load and it appears to be locked. Has anyone else encountered this? Thank you!

Hi! I need to create a communication funnel which connects a Facebook Lead Form (through a Lead Ads Campaign) and, after the Forms is finished, the same lead receives a WhatsApp message to the number which was written.Based on what I´ve searched, it might possible using Facebook, Zapier Pro, paid Twillio and ManyChat Pro, although it´s a litte expensive. Have someone here ever tried to do the something like this and confirm that it´s possible OR have a better idea? Please Help!! 🙏
