Example attached.I want people to pick an option from the list so the automation doesnt die.I can do this successfully by looping them back to the question using data collection or conditions with tags when they give an invalid response using the “next step” feature. However the “next step” runs in the background even after i get a valid response and will still loop them back to the question.How can i disable the next step if i get my response? 

I recently saw a video of someone who mentioned Manychat was available for TikTok in the USA (they are based in the USA). When I try to connect, I get either a “something went wrong” message (on the iOS app) or the “not available in your country” message on the desktop. Is it only available to a select few? :) How can I be on that list?

Basically, I want to replicate the sequence below01:07:18Though when I set the second node in the sequence, Send Message, I’m not able to select Send within 24 hour option as I get the error Mark this message as a "Private Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post, reel comment, a follow action or share to story reply.Thus, if I set it to Send as Private Reply, the socket Next Step becomes unavailable. As understand, a user in IG has to reply first to your initial message if one wants to send him follow-ups, additional info, etc.Generally, I need to CTA first and only then I’ll be able to send a message with Send within 24-hour window and additional socket Next Step?I

I have some how created to separate manychat accounts 1 for facbook and one for instagram. when i try to delete 1 of them it says if i remove it i wont be able to use it again with manychat. is there a way to merge them? i dont want to loose my page or what can i do. i dont need to pay for two separate accounts i dont think 

I am having such a hard time connecting my ManyChat to my Instagram. I’m doing it all on my phone, since my laptop is having issues, and maybe that’s the problem? But every time I try to connect to Instagram, it says it’s already linked. I’ll hit “continue with Instagram” then to “ManyChats wants to use manychat.com to sign in. Allow?” so then I hit “continue” then it pulls up another connect to _____ account. Allow” and then it pulls up with “we noticed this Instagram account is already connected to manychat” and I can’t figure out how to get it to work. Anybody know what to do? This is a problem I’ve been dealing with for WEEKS and I haven’t found anything that will help me- not google, not the ManyChat help page.

Hello Manychaters,I need help setting up the "Instagram Comment Automation" (Auto-DM) for specific ads created directly in Meta Ads Manager.The problem: These are Dark Posts, so they do not appear on my main Instagram profile feed. Consequently, I cannot find them in the "Select Publication" list in ManyChat triggers.My constraint: I cannot use the "Any Post" trigger because I am promoting multiple different offers simultaneously (Summer Camps, Weekend Tours, etc.), and I need to send a different specific flow for each ad.The question: Is there a way to connect a specific Flow to a specific Ad Post ID manually? Or is the only solution to use "Any Post" combined with unique keywords for each ad creative?Thanks for your help!

I’ve tried several ways to connect with ChatGPT, but even when I follow the tutorials step by step, I always get the same problem: the field appears empty and I get a CUF response. I’m desperate at this point.This is the flow I want to create: Someone comments on a specific post. If someone comments, I want to check if they follow me. If they don’t follow me, I want to send them a DM asking them to follow me. If they already follow me, then I want to send a different message with a question and wait for their reply. On Meta Business The status is “connected” but on manychat is “pending” for the Whatsapp.What could be?

I'm testing automations for automatic responses on Instagram. It happens to me that the first test with the same user (the one who asks) to do the test works correctly, but if I want to test the automation with the same test user the automation does not work, if it does if I ask with another new user, but the second question doesn't work.Does the automation work only once per user or do I need to configure something else?Note: at the moment I am using the free version, and then if the product works for me, I will move on to the paid version.thank you

I have been working in marketing for several years and would like to start my own business helping small businesses automate their tools, including Instagram. Is it possible to have a kind of professional account so that I can access several client accounts that they themselves could also access, but without having to share login details?The aim would be to support them in using Manychat, creating sequences and automations for them, but allowing them to retain control over these in the future. Is this feasible? I am signing up my clients for manychat and of course wanting to get referral commission. If I create an account for them and connect their pages and help them with sign -up process this counts as a referral assuming I use my affiliate link? Also, I would use my socials to connect their page and ad account as I am doing a DFY managed service, would this affect how it shows up as a referral or do they need to connect from their social profile initialy. Thanks!Austin

Hello!This sounds silly, but I can’t get connected to ManyChat.For almost a year now, I keep trying to play with the connection, and it says I have an account and it’s connected to my IG, however it says ‘Virtual Assistant already connected to Virtual Assistant.Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Virtual Assistant.’….except I am the owner.I have spent a significant amount of time searching for somewhere i have to approve this, and including in Meta, and cannot find anything.I really want to be using ManyChat, but I truly can’t figure out how to work around this issue.Please help.

Im trying to create the new automation to autodm new followers and it asks me to update my permissions. The it takes me to this page but it allways throw an error.  The error says > You can't log in with this Instagram account.
