Ig and meta says connected to Manychat, but when tried to log in to Manychat it still asking to connect a channel - when I tried to connect meta or even IG it now says accounts are already connected to a Manychat account. I tried to remove access from IG and Meta and went the same process without help.

So I created an automation that sends a DM when someone comments a specific word on my reels or stories. The first message gets triggered correctly and shows a button saying “Yes, I want this.” The person clicks on it successfully, but the second message sequence never gets triggered after that. I’m not sure why this is happening or where the issue is in the automation flow.

I want to add another IG account to my Manychat account… but the error message“Invalid Request: Invalid redirect URI.” appears…How can I add another account?

Hi! I had to disconnect manychat temporarily but now that I’ve connected it again, the chats aren’t synced. I’ve already tried refreshing permissions. Is there any other ways to sync chats?Cheers

Hi all,  Got an issue I need really quickly fixing, I can’t create new automations to reply to comments on IG?  Others with accounts can, I get an error message when making them? Is there any support that can help?  Thanks!

I am currently on the Pro plan, but I have been unable to create or publish an automation for the last two days. Every time I try, I receive the message: “Couldn't create automation. Try again later.”This issue is seriously delaying my work, and since I am paying for the Pro plan, these days are being counted while I am not able to use the service properly. I have a client trying to connect IG via Meta but every time she follows the steps listed here, it gives her an error that says “Invalid Request: Invalid redirect URI”. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Hi all - I just started ManyChat and I believe I did all the features right. I have a feature where I want to send (1) a reply to a person who comments the word “Self-love” on any of my posts, and then immediately send a simply follow up DM. I believe I have everything right. When I comment as another user I get nothing. No reply, no DM. Is this an issue on the Instagram side? I feel like I troubleshooted everything. I’ve already integrated the right social media channel(s). Really would like to get this going. Thanks!    

I have tried incognito, cleared cookies, and refreshed permissions and still doesn’t work, Manychat support is impossible to contact as well. 

I have a lot of simple automations set up where people get a message with recipe details when they comment on a post. Things will be running smooth for days but then suddenly the automation stops working. I now have 50+ comments that I have to manually send to. Does this happen because there are too many comments? I tried refreshing the connection, editing the automation, duplicating it, changing the trigger to all posts - nothing works. This is not the first time this has happened. Once the automation stops working it seems like nothing can fix it for that post.

There should be tutorials on how to start my journey on setting up my Manychat.com account so that it can incorporate my Facebook / Instagram accounts, but I am not familiar with the protocols on this platform. Posteriormente, alrededor de las 10:00 p. m., el sistema volvió a funcionar con normalidad.Sin embargo, hoy 23 de mayo, desde las 11:30 a. m., nuevamente la plataforma presenta fallas: la página carga de manera intermitente y los mensajes no aparecen correctamente.Adjunto una imagen como referencia.¿Alguien podría ayudarme indicando qué es lo que podría estar sucediendo o qué acciones podría realizar para solucionarlo?

Hi guys, I'm running a Comment trigger automation on Instagram where someone comments a keyword on my post and ManyChat sends them an automatic reply.The issue is that my first message is going directly to the recipient's spam folder or message requests, so most people never see it.In the beginning it was fine so the conversion rate was high. And after a few days, I noticed that no one was converting (like 20 people straight) so I decided to create a new account and test it and it was going to the Spam folder..Has anyone experience this? what’s the solution?

I run an agency with more than four clients and am interested in using ManyChat for all of them. Ideally, I would like to manage their social media through my ManyChat account without asking for payment from them, essentially offering this service as a "gift." Is it possible to add all their Instagram and Facebook profiles under my agency's ManyChat account, or do I need to create a separate account for each client and have them pay for it?

Issue Summary: I am attempting to set up the Conversions API (CAPI) for my Instagram automation, but the connection is failing despite my automation templates appearing correctly in Meta Ads Manager.The Problem: Manual Setup: Entering the CAPI token manually in ManyChat results in an "Invalid Credentials" error. Meta Events Manager: In the Dataset settings, the option to "Connect Instagram as a Messaging Data Source" is greyed out. Multiple Datasets: I noticed ManyChat has auto-created new datasets (e.g., "Event Data"), which seem to be conflicting with my original dataset. Troubleshooting Done: Confirmed "Full Control" permissions for my profile on all assets. Verified the IG account is a Business profile with "Allow access to messages" enabled. Regenerated tokens and checked for trailing spaces. Identity is confirmed as the ManyChat template shows up in my Engagement ads. Question: How can I resolve the "Invalid" error to link my existing data, and why is the messaging data
