Hey- I currently have IG connected, and am trying to add my FB Business Page. When I go to settings > Channels > Facebook Messenger, my business page pops up right away and it already says “Connected” in gray. But in my home page and everywhere else it only shows 1 channel-- my IG-- and I can’t create automations for the FB Business Page.  I’ve tried disconnecting and reconnecting Facebook. I went into Meta and made sure that my page is in fact a Business page and also put it under a Meta “Business Suite”. In Facebook Settings, I see that ManyChat has permissions… but seemingly no meaningful access within ManyChat.  Any advice?? TYIA.

Hello, I created a manychat profile for my personal social media accounts and used Facebook as a login method. But I have not been active with this. Now I am working with someone where I created a new instagram account and new manychat profile connected to a gmail login, I have subscribed on this account. The new instagram account is connected to my facebook profile so when I try connecting this new instagram account to the new manychat profile, it automatically redirects me to the first personal manychat profile I created. I tried deleting the personal instagram and Tiktok accounts I had connected so I have no accounts linked but facebook is still linked as a sign in method.How do I delete my original manychat profile so that my facebook is unlinked to any account? When I try clicking the manychat logo top right to take me to settings, it just takes me to the page where I have to select an account to add.  I found this link in related topics b

Invalid Payload JSON” When User Sends a URL (Instagram → Webhook)I’ve run into an issue with my Instagram + ManyChat automation that sends user messages to an external webhook.Everything works perfectly when the user sends normal text messages,  but when the message contains a URL, the automation fails and logs this error:Level: error Description: Invalid payload json Type: External Request Processing Events Here’s the payload I’m sending to my webhook:{ "userId": "{{user_id}}", "first_name": "{{first_name}}", "message": "{{last_input_text}}"}And the error only appears when {{last_input_text}} includes a link (like https://example.com).

There is a feature in the settings> live chat behavior where in any user can just close all assigned conversation. How can i restrict this? and is there a log where i can find who closed all assigned conversation? it disrupts our workflow when someone clicks this.   thanks

Hi community!I am having trouble publishing my automation.All I am looking to do is respond in an appropriate manner to someone in the comments of my content after they have said something simple like, “hi”, “hey”, or “hello”. It keeps asking me to set up one more step even afer I have left my 3 variations of responses in the automation.Any suggestions?Thanks, Laura

Hi everyone,I have an issue with automations.When people comment a keyword on any post or reel, they receive a DM from me asking if they want the free ressource I share.They juste have to click (to confirm) on the button, to receive a second automatic message from me to have the link. But since 2 days, people NEVER receive my 2nd message when they click on the button.Since I've started to use Manychat, never had any problem.I've tried to refresh permissions but it didn't help.My first automatic DM is still working.Any idea ?Thanks !

Hi,I have a critical issue with External Requests.When a user sends an Instagram image, the URL looks like this:https://lookaside.fbsbx.com/ig_messaging_cdn/?asset_id=...This URL is passed in the payload, but the webhook in n8n never triggers. Test webhook calls from ManyChat work fine Text-only messages also work Problem only occurs when the payload contains lookaside.fbsbx.com image URLs Has anyone experienced this before? How can we make sure the webhook is triggered with Instagram image URLs?Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’ve set up an Instagram automation using the Instagram Ads Trigger, and created a campaign through Meta following this tutorial:  The campaign shows a lot of engagement, and my Instagram inbox shows that some users have been served the first message in the flow, after which they tapped the Quick Reply button, but no further messages were sent to them from the flow.   My Manychat inbox shows none of these conversations, which seems strange to me, as I can clearly see the conversation in Instagram. I’ve double checked all the settings, and the preview within Manychat works perfectly. I’ve spent over $200 on this campaign, but can’t show my client any results, which is concerning.  Any suggestions as

I can't send photos to TikTok automation. I can send photos to Instagram automation, but not to TikTok. Please help. Is there a rule here? Is there a data size limit or any other rule?

Hello,Let’s say someone replies to my automation in a feed post or story, can I get the post/story ID that the person replied to?

My Facebook page has a Logo, but that doesn’t pull through to ManyChat So my WhatsApp messages go out without a Logo The facebook account is the person who signs up with manychat, but they won’t be answering the messages, so i add a team member, but the name and logo for that person doesn’t match the name and image for that email account A simple message takes 24 Hours to approve “Hi {Recipients Name}, It's Shane here from Dream Team, you requested more info? But the header says BoostX without a logo, the reply comes from Maree with her profile picture instead of Shane with his logo, i got BoostX, Shane, Maree, Dream Team, All wrong logo’s, names and people! I got a really nice chat bot sending me to admins who don’t reply and i have hundreds of people waiting for a response.  WTF. Why is this so difficult!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just logged into my account and noticed a UI update. Now, I can’t seem to find my teammate’s inbox. I can still assign messages to her, but I can’t into her inbox like I used to, and I don’t have my own inbox. Is this a bug? I sure hope so, because having everything in one inbox between teammates is messy. 

hey there! Ive notice that when someone comment on my post one of the key words they  get the first message, but then when they click the button for the link the bot doesn't send it.  anyone know how to fix this?

This is what I see now. 2 Days ago, I had other things like. Unassinged. Team Members, Etc.. what happened? Everything is now inside Inbox and it makes it horrible to organize and figure out what’s going on.

I tried to send my broadcast to all my Facebook dm but the broadcast was just sent to 15% of them it allows me to send it to the rest if I wait for an hour. any ideas why this is happening and how can I avoid it?

The problem is the Meta. They are changing a lot of things. Call for a support in metabusiness suite, look for a chat icon in menu , and starts from there. Explain the issues with manychat handover protocol, they are migrating for a new kind of Conversation routing - in your business settings you gonna see that Integrations option has this option. this icon 

Buttons are not working on messenger, and havent been for the past 3-4 hours. Buttons still appear, but when a users clicks the button, the automations behind them do not fire. This has gone from working perfectly → not working at all.This is occuring over multiple accounts + for my collegues too on accounts im not linked to. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and its still not working. I submitted a critical ticket 2 hours ago but still havent recieved any word back. The manychat status page doesnt indicate this issue is know.Can this please be flagged and fixed ASAP. It is critially impacting my business

First off, I love this tool, it has transformed how I work. I understand things don’t always work, that’s tech. But what we need you to do, is communicate instead of going silent. As customers, we need to be kept aware of what is happening, even if you don’t fully know yet. Otherwise we waste out own time trying to fix something that is beyond our control. Please communicate openly.Sam

The first message in a flow gets delivered, but then nothing else continues.I’ve already checked all the connections (both from Facebook and ManyChat), rewrote and reactivated the journeys, but nothing has changed.This issue is really hurting my campaigns and I’m losing leads because of it.Please, if any of the ManyChat team members or experienced users can look into this or guide me, I’d be so grateful. Hi, I would like to know the purpose of Skip button in Data collection block for Date&Time. I am new to Manychat and was facing an issue with the Skip button which appears with the Date and Time button.I idea is that the user books an appointment with Date and Time button and after selecting the date and time the user will be asked further details which are in the flow. But when the user selects the Skip button instead of Date and Time, the flow continues. I want the flow to be closed if the user use Skip button. Any suggestions on how to implement this?And also there is no option to remove or hide the Skip button or text. What could be the options?

For some reason, it’s not working when people are clicking send me the link? Is there something wrong with my flow?I tried using the AUTO-DM links when replying to comments and that didn’t work either? Thanks!
