I CAN’T delete or change new bot. Before it is easy, but i’m not finding delete button now

When I try to connect our FB account to MC it says it is already connected but it isn’t. When I go to FB in settings, it tells me to connect to an account but then it shows that the account is connected and I can’t do anything. I did notice that we seem to have a FREE and PRO account with MC - is that normal? The FREE account is connected to FB. So is that why I can’t connect the PRO account? How do I resolve this?

Hey everyone,I use ManyChat to deliver a free training video whenever someone opts in through my Meta ads.To keep my bill low, I log in every Friday and delete the previous week’s contacts. I don’t need to keep them in ManyChat since I handle all messaging through Instagram and Go High Level.It only takes a minute but I’d love to automate this so I don’t have to think about it.Has anyone set up an automation to automatically delete contacts every couple of days to keep costs down?Would appreciate any insight!

I use ManyChat with webhook to n8n Ai Agent. After a user enters their phone number on Instagram during a data collection step, the automation sends the response twice. ManyChat interprets the Instagram phone number recognition as an “Unsupported message type” and resends the last message.This behavior is unwanted. I understand it happens because the data collection step doesn’t receive the expected input type (Text) and tries to retry. However, I’d like to prevent ManyChat from repeating the last message in this case. How can I stop this from happening?  

Manychat was connected and working with my Instagram creator account.  I switched it briefly to a business account, but switched it back. Refreshed manychat’s permissions, but now can’t get manychat to recognize the account and connect to it. I need to automate something asap. Can anyone help troubleshoot. I just made a new post on my main feed to test it but manychat still isn’t seeing it. When I look at the permissions on Manychat it still says the IG is a “ Business Portfolio” which it’s no longer . How to change that? Or maybe that’s not the issue on why manychat isn’t connecting and picking up new posts? I’m stumped. Thank you.

I used the Facebook Ads Trigger for my advertising here. And it’s restricted me to use send message with button as the first step.But sometime customer didn’t click on the button I set but directly type the reply. And the problem is that sometimes they type short question without detail like “I’m interested” or “How much?”But our admin don’t see which ads they came from and the first message box I set up also not show on Manychat too.We will know which product they are interested in only when we go to look at Meta inbox. Trying to add a 4th option in the “List Message” option in the automations. Not sure if it’s a setting or if 3 is the cap. 

 In the previous funnel, there was a code word "WHAT" that stopped working, although it worked at the beginning. They thought it was too short.They made a new funnel with the word "LESSON", it worked and at some point it stopped working. it was working perfectly when someone commented on that particular post. Manychat Automation sent links in their DMs. Currently, it is not sending,Why is this happening? 

Hi all, I’m new to Many Chat and set up a ad click automation on a low budget ad while trying to learn everything. Since going live yesterday I’ve had 30 clicks but no automations go through. It’s linked on Meta Ads Manager and on the Manychat side, and the automation is live so I’m a bit lost as to what’s going wrong. I signed up for a trial with my credit card and can't even access my correct Facebook account. I also have a different email address now, not my old email that ManyChat assumes my Facebook account is associated with, so it sends the 6 digit code to my old email address that I don't have access to, which makes it impossible to do anything on ManyChat, including cancel my trial since I can't use ManyChat because the modal with the 6 digit code (that it’s sending to my old email) is in the way. I need ManyChat to either associate my ManyChat account with my correct Facebook account and associate my ManyChat account with my newer email, or cancel my trial before I get charged because I'm not able to access anything in your site to cancel it myself.This is urgent as I don't want to be charged and I'll have to inconveniently cancel and re-order my credit card if they don't get my access fixed soon, and I'll definitely be choosing a competitor if this doesn't get fixed.

I made an automation with keyword, the first part works, but when the prospect gets the “Hey it’s Christian, thannks for requesting the xyz, just click Send It link below and I’ll get it over to you” - the Send It link does not activate the next message, it refreshes the page. I’ve tested it myself and had other test it. 

Is this community the only help option ManyChat gives? I just signed up, thanks

I can’t figure out how to get my account set up correctly. My social profiles are not connected as I am unable to use manychat features. Yet when I go to sign up, manychat sees my instagram, for instance, then says it’s connecting. Then a blue button comes up that says “switch account.” What does “switch account” mean? When I click it, it just redoes the sign up loop I just went through. There is apparently no customer service department at manychat. I’ve tried contacting them on three separate occasions and have heard nothing back. The AI help bot is worse than useless—a complete waste of time. I can’t seem to find anyone else who has this problem. Apparently everyone else easily connected their social profiles with zero problems? Everyone loves manychat but I can’t even sign up. I started using ManyChat last week, and it has been wonderful up until the past couple of days. Yesterday and today my automations don’t seem to be working quite right. My automation will be sent when someone comments on a post/reel. The DM seems to be sent just fine, but the public comment replies aren’t working anymore. Has anyone run into this issue? Is there a fix? 

I set up an automation where, when someone commented a specific word on my post, they’d get a DM. It worked the first time I used it, but even though it’s still live, it doesn’t work anymore. What should I do?

Hi everyone,I could really use your help with something:In the “common automatic reply” settings, I added a link that is supposed to take the user directly to our restaurant’s page inside the Wolt app. Unfortunately, when someone clicks it, it opens our page in their mobile browser instead of opening the Wolt app itself.The link works correctly on other platforms, so I’m not sure what might be causing this behavior.Does anyone have an idea why this happens or how it can be fixed?Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

New to many chat literally just tried to make an account and connect- I did everything followed all steps and went back to many chat and it’s just stuck on the connect page, I click connect with meta and it just takes me to my Facebook page, I click connect with instagram and it just takes me to my Instagram page? How do I connect ??
