Hello,Please, I want to connect MannyChats to my Google ads.I believe this will help improve the quality of leads i get from my campaign because the UI in MannyChat is great!Any Idea or step-by-step process on how I can do this? Thank you. 

The Quick Reply issue was resolved last night. However, the moment I reconnected my Instagram account, I immediately received a 7-day messaging restriction. This is unbelievable. My bot didn’t even send a single message to anyone, yet I was banned right away.I can’t be the only one experiencing this. I’ve been using my ManyChat bot for months without any issues, and I haven’t made any changes at all. The only thing I did was reconnect my account to ManyChat and refresh the permissions.Who can help me with this? I got a 7-day messaging ban, and there’s no way to report this problem to any Instagram official. I already waited 3 days for the Quick Reply issue to be fixed, and now I’ll be out of work for another 7 days.

I’m new to Many Chat and have a question… is it possible to integrate a facebook/meta conversion pixel within the chat for a user fulfilling a specific action - eg. downloading an ebook?My goal is to drive users to chat, and then optimise towards an action in the chat without taking them to a separate website to fulfil the action.Many thanks

I see this message when I send links to people with Manychat who comment on my posts in instagram. I’m assuming it happens for all redirect links that are sent on all platforms with a free account. I’m wondering if this goes away with a paid account as I want it to be more seamless for my followers.

Hi I want to sell products on live chat and to do so I linked my stripe account to see the Catalog button under payments section in the settings, but whatever i did the catalog button is not showing! I changed the stripe account and linked another one but still the same issue appears! and also i disconnected stripe and connected paypal but even though the catalog button is not showing! what to do? i sent to the support but they never reply although im a PRO member on Manychat

Hi everyone,I'm experiencing some issues with an automation I've set up in ManyChat, and I'm hoping for some guidance.Here's the scenario: I've created an automation that sends a message when someone comments a specific keyword. If the user clicks on a "quick reply," they are directed to another automation. However, I've noticed that the "quick reply" option doesn't show up for some users. To address this, I've set up a "Follow up if contact hasn’t engaged" action to wait for 10 seconds before following up. Unfortunately, this only works sporadically.Additionally, I've enabled the "retry if reply isn't a quick reply" option twice. Manychat allows me to change my automation flow basis on this condition (Whether the user is a follower or not). Recently while speaking to a fellow Instagram business owner, I got to know there is no official Instagram API to check if the user is a follower of your channel or not and there is a high chance Manychat is scraping our IG account to check for follower status. With this question, I want to clearly ask if Manychat is scraping our account to check for follower status? If not, pls provide with Instagram official documentation through which this is made possible on Manychat.  Nothing can be more harmful to me other than getting my IG blocked, hence this is imp for me to

 I’m trying to send a message through WhatsApp — the account is connected, and everything looks fine in the Meta panel.I was using it normally about 30 minutes ago, but when I tried to reply to a customer just now, this error started appearing.I’ve already updated the permissions in the panel, restarted everything, and tried every possible fix, but the error still persists.  Estou tentando enviar mensagem pelo whatsapp, a conta está conectada, whatsapp tudo ok no painel do metaestava usando a 30 minutos atrás normalmente, fui responder um cliente agora começou esse erro.Já atualizei as permissões no painel, reiniciei, fiz tudo o possível e o erro continua.

None of my Comment automations are working on any of my accounts. DM automations are fine, only comment automations aren’t working… Is ManyChat aware of a problem?

Did anyone have a problem with cancelling ManyChat Pro subscriptions? I definitely canceled mine well before the next billing date only to find out that the subscription was still active. I was charged the bill accordingly even when I DEFINITELY cancelled well before the next billing date of May 23, 2024. What the hell, ManyChat? Your Pro product had its bugs and hiccups even for $45, your support replies take forever, and you can’t even process a subscription cancellation request correctly? I got dusted by my boss because of you!

My automation, which has been running fine for weeks, has just sent people a message (facebook only) suggesting they have been subscribed. This isn’t even my message and have no clue where it has come from.I checked the automation messaging and have attached it. It should send them a free guide. How do i stop this if it isn’t even my message / wording?^^^ This is not my message???^^^ it should have sent this. This automation is fine on Instagram but this was the first time it had been requested on Facebook

Hello,I’m using ManyChat with my Facebook Ads (CTA “Send Message”). Until recently, everything worked fine: when someone clicked the ad’s CTA, my Messenger flow started automatically.But now, it doesn’t work anymore: The “User clicks a Facebook Ad” trigger is properly configured. The flow is set to Live. In Ads Manager, I selected Partner App = ManyChat and the correct message flow. I even tried creating a new flow and reconnecting ManyChat to my page, but no success. Has anyone faced this issue before? Is there a specific step needed to make sure ManyChat takes over after the ad click?Thanks a lot for your help 🙏

Hi everyone,I’d like to check if others here are experiencing the same issue with Messenger Lists.In my case (and for some others I’ve spoken with), when a subscriber clicks the “Notify Me” / “Updates erhalten” button inside a Messenger List flow, the flow doesn’t continue afterwards. It just gets stuck.We stopped using OTNs a long time ago because of similar problems, and since then we’ve switched entirely to Messenger Lists. But now this exact problem is happening there too.ManyChat Support mentioned OTNs in their reply, but I’ve clarified that this issue is specifically with Messenger Lists. They said they will escalate, but before we push further, I’d like to know:👉 Are you also seeing this happen with your Messenger List setups?👉 Or is it working normally on your end?If more of us can confirm the same issue, it will help show the scope of the bug and hopefully speed up Meta’s investigation.Thanks in advance

Excuse me, I would like to ask. I use manychat as a third party to send automatic dm. But I am having trouble linking a manychat account that uses my Facebook account and Facebook page to his Instagram account, even though I have linked the Instagram account to his Facebook page. They mentioned the API message problem "Instagram Business API: Your Instagram account is ineligible for using Instagram Business Messaging API." , I don't know the solution now. Please help me solve this, I really need it mate🙏 

Since the Meta team has decided to pause allowlisting for Instagram Broadcast and the beta is closed. Are there any alternative automations styles for broadcasting in Instagram or atleast informing mass followers? 

This must be pretty basic but I cannot find an answer. What is the difference between a visitor and a subscriber?   Thanks!

Greetings,I’m new to manychat & i’ve been thrilled with my first automation! The thing is unfortunately  i can’t interpret the numbers. Actual number of trigger (Comments) on my Instagram is way higher than number of contacts and in the contact list there is visitor and subscribed, what is the difference between them? did he subscribe to my IG Account (became a follower?) or he simply clicked the link i sent using manychat?Is the term “Active contact” Represent number of contacts receive my message? The Automation is simple, reply to each comment with a message that include a  certain link. Thanks in advance.
