I'd like to create a chatbot, which - after some free chat - offers a subscription for a flat monthly fee to continue the discussion.As far as I know, you cannot sell digital goods on Messenger directly in the chat, so I have to take the potential client to my landing page and after they made the (Stripe) payment, they should be able to continue with that chat in Messenger. If they do not pay, they have to wait a certain amount of time.Is it possible? If yes, do you have any idea or suggestions? Thanks.

IF I LOGOFF AN ACCOUNT IN THIS USER, THEN LOGIN THE SAME ACCOUNT IN ANOTHER ONE, ALL MY AUTOMATIONS THAT I DID IN THIS PREVIOUS USER WILL DESAPEAR?

My auto reply was working and I made sure to change up the replies to comments. I have a lot of viral posts currently and perhaps thats why instagram flagged the auto reply somehow? my auto dms are still working.

Anyone else having issues with the Next Post on Instagram feature in Manychat? When I try to turn on the trigger it says there Instagram Request Error. I tried both from the My Automations tab and directly in the flow. 

Can anyone advise the best way to connect Manychat to Klaviyo?I don’t really want to use the native MC connection as I understand it’s not working properly, reading other threads in here.The client uses Make.But there only seems to be options for Create Profile or Update Profile, two separate options, within the Klaviyo connection to add them to a list.If I Create Profile, I get an error if the email already exists within Klaviyo - and if I use Update Profile, I get an error if the subscriber is new and they don’t already exist.Can anyone shed any light for me? I have recently decided to use facebook for work purposes and I realised the chatbot is still active. It doesn’t come in my automation list with messenger. Can someone advise me on what to doThanks  

I have a CRM and want to send an automation, when a new contact in the crm is created. In manychat there is no starting trigger for to intialize a trigger to start flow. How i can start the automation flow when any lead comes into our crm?Thank you!

I notice when I set up dm automation for comments on the next post they won’t send dm. Even after confirmation it works I have no way to mass or auto dm all the people that requested links in the comments.

This is not working, I cannot see the preview. Am I doing something wrong ? 

Is it possible to schedule Messenger broadcast via some external tool/interface that will allow us to automate or do scheduling in bulk? Manual interface is not very effective

Since June 13, 2025, we’ve experienced a significant influx of unmessagable accounts. Users clicking the “Send Message” CTA in our Meta ads are 100% unmessageable, likely due to Instagram’s privacy settings routing messages to “Message Requests” or blocking them for non-followers. This is affecting multiple meta ad campaigns (e.g., Ad 1: 27/27 unmessageable, Ad 2: 38/43 unmessageable).Post-troubleshooting, 40 recent ad clicks still resulted in unmessageable users. In weeks prior, we were getting a mix of accounts we can message and accounts that we could not. Currently they are all 100% unmessageable. This discrepancy is evident in our data: Meta Ads Manager shows fewer messaging conversations from June 13–16 than recent weeks and suggesting the flow isn’t triggering correctly for ad clicks. Steps Taken: Verified Instagram is a Business account with “Allow access to messages” enabled (

When I use the Trigger Zap Action, the field for Event Type does not automatically pop up and there is no other way to edit/add the event type. Any ideas to fix this??

I’m having trouble logging into my Manychat account via Facebook. When I try to log in, I get the following error message:“profile — Access denied 1345805206394159”I have already taken the following steps: • Removed Manychat from my Facebook app settings. • Reinstalled the Manychat app and cleared cache. • Made sure I granted all permissions during login. • Confirmed that I have the Admin role on the Facebook Page I’m trying to connect.Despite all this, I’m still receiving the access denied error. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hey everyone,we’re struggling a little with our Instagram & ManyChat integration – and really hoping someone here can help or share a similar experience.We switched our Instagram account to Private a while ago, but only for a few days, like 3-4 Days. We immediately switched the account back to Public, and it’s currently in Creator mode. Ever since then, none of our ManyChat flows have triggered anymore – not a single one.Here’s everything we’ve already tried: Refreshed Instagram Permissions inside ManyChat Removed the Instagram account completely from ManyChat and reconnected it Reconnected the Instagram Channel in ManyChat multiple times Reauthorized Business Integrations in Facebook (removed and added ManyChat again) Built new test flows from scratch with, tried different triggers (Comment, DM, etc.) in both Simple and Advanced mode Deleted and rebuilt

hi guys. i ve been losing my hours trying to understand why manychat is giving me the error above when creating a simple automation with chatgpt. when i access openai platform to check the usage (on both my accounts) they are 0/5$ and 0/18$ with zero tasks and zero requests. i understood i need paid plans or to add credit for this process to use, but there are also a couple of free tries, right? i didn’t use anything and still get that error. anyone help? thanks!
