Hey, I deleted a funnel and the manychat automation linked to it. I have new automations using the same trigger word GUIDE, someone just commented on an old post, and the word GUIDE triggered the old deleted message, but then obviously the link to them to a deleted page. How can they receive a message that has been deleted? And how do i get the trigger word to only send the new guide?

We have been using Manychat with Instagram for a few months now to send links via DM after users comment on posts/reels/stories.All automations have suddenly stopped working.I've seen other people on the Manychat forums with the same issue, but no solutions!I've tried all troubleshooting recommendations on their documentation pages and internal help tool, to no avail.Anyone ever solved this issue here? Any tips?We are at our wits' end and losing leads despite being paying customers! Also no response from support on our ticket yet...

OLD ACCOUNT MANYCHAT: I've reached my limit of on my free plan. Can't use contacts because of 24h rulesCan't add more than 1k, unless I pay a plan I don't need on this account... What if I delete contacts? Do I have other new 1k contacts "space" available? Thanks

My Manychat is connected to WhatsApp api number, and Facebook, but when I am running the engagement app, the destination to message. Yet unable to connect partner app. It is showing the JSON method, which is not available in Manychat.

I’d like to manually add an email system field to a contact and I cannot find a place to do it. Support articles say this can be done in contacts by clicking on the user, but I’m not seeing the option to add system fields at all. I can add custom fields, but the automation I’m trying to trigger requires the email system field to be filled out. Here’s a screenshot to show you what I see in the contact with nowhere to edit the system fields or add one for email.  Thank you!

Ive setup a whatsapp business account as instructed through meta. However, when i download the app on my phone, when i request a verification code, i keep getting ‘whatsapp is temporarily unavailable try again in 1 hour’ chatgpt suggests that i delete the business account in meta what to do?

Hello I am working on a very simple workflow, just testing how userFields work.I made a new User Field, named it userInput.. I then set this userInput to the {Last Text Input} But when I do a request It comes up EMPTY… I tested this: instead of putting userInput i just put in “Test”, this works.. but userInput does not save the last message and comes up Blank, why is this?

As you can see, instead of showing the new value of the variable, it just displays the name of the variable itself. I don't know why this is happening or how to fix it.Thanks.

It seems we have a previously linked ManyChat account to our Facebook Page that we no longer have access to. Due to this the Facebook Ads Manager is not recognizing the new ManyChat account despite the ManyChat account being logged in & the ads trigger being active and running.How can we fix this?

What steps exactly need to be taken to forward a chat with Manychat via WhatsApp directly to WhatsApp and continue it there via direct chat? Does the same number have to be set up on a smartphone using WhatsApp Business? Is this even possible with the same number (MANYCHAT & WhatsApp on a smartphone with the same mobile number???)
