Hi everyone,I’ve used ManyChat successfully for over a year, but for the past few weeks buttons in the first Facebook Messenger messages randomly don’t work for some users. I’d estimate ~20% of the time — which is huge at scale and causes real brand damage.Sample flow in screenshot.Issue: users click buttons and nothing happens.I’ve done everything Support / AI Bot suggested (permissions refresh, reconnect, automations off/on, Advanced Messaging checks). Still happening.Anyone else seeing this lately?Any working workaround that still allows email capture?— Teiki

I registered to manychat and keep getting this error every time I tried to connect my IG Account. I chose the quick automation “Say hi to new followers” This is the error I usually get after connecting.

Everything worked perfectly until yesterday. Now, users still receive the first message after commenting, but the button they are supposed to click (to confirm and receive the lead magnet) is either: not showing at all or showing but not clickable As a result, users can’t opt in and don’t get the link to my lead magnet anymore. Hey there!I set up an Auto DM on my boosted post that I boosted through the instagram app, it’s a post that is on my feed. The manychat automation worked fine yesterday, even after boosting, but now it is not working at all. I have refreshed permissions, deleted it and re-set it up. Yet, it’s still not working. Help! I’m trying to get class sign ups and it’s time sensitive!

Hi everyone,I'm running into an issue after disconnecting and reconnecting my WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) to Manychat. Here’s what happened: I originally had my WhatsApp number connected to Manychat and everything was working fine.   The WABA was verified and connected to a shared credit line in Meta Business Manager. Recently, I had to delete and reconnect the WhatsApp integration inside Manychat. After doing that, Manychat seems to have created a new WABA instance, and now: I see “Access removed” next to the original credit line in Business Manager. I am building a WhatsApp bot to collect customer information and send two daily reminder messages at 8 AM and 8 PM. The flow works until the reminder stage. I am using Meta templates and have set up rules with tags to trigger the messages. During testing, the evening message came through but the morning message did not. Hi everyone, Facebook just flagged my account for suspected automated behavior and warned about possible restrictions. I’m not sure what triggered this since I’m only using standard flows and broadcasts. In the notification, it says they believe my account is engaging in automated activity and that I should ensure no third-party tools or unauthorized users are accessing it. They also warned that the account could be temporarily restricted or permanently disabled if the issue continues. Has anyone experienced this before? How did you resolve it and prevent it from happening again? Thanks in advance!

Nossa base tinha aproximadamente 11.000 contatos e agora não aparece mais no sistema.Essa exclusão foi acidental e está causando um impacto extremamente grave em nosso negócio.Gostaríamos de saber se existe a possibilidade de restaurar uma base a partir de um backup recente da plataforma. Estou com um prazo apertado e preciso de ajuda urgente. Já conectei o pixel da Meta ao ManyChat, mas não estou recebendo nenhuma resposta. Repeti o processo várias vezes e tenho certeza absoluta de que os IDs correspondem, mas ainda assim não recebo resposta do ManyChat para a Meta. Já adicionei o balão de ação correto e conectei o WhatsApp ao ManyChat corretamente, com a verificação feita pela Meta.

Ao entrar na minha conta do Manychat, consegui conectar no facebook, mas da erro quando tento conectar no Instagram. Parece que o pedido foi enviado, mas não passa dessa parte.

I just set up a free account to see if this will work for me. I was able to add my Instagram account. When I added my Facebook business page it made a whole 2nd account it seems. When I am on the Facebook one I cant seem to send a dm when someone comments a key word like what I can do in Instagram. Is this user error or is it not an option in FB like it is in insta?

I’m currently trying to integrate ManyChat with our Meta account, but it’s showing that the account has already been linked. Unfortunately, we can’t locate which email address it was originally connected to.How can I remove the linked email some how without having access to it and regain access?

I can see that in the Manychat live chat it is able to see the full DM conversations on my IG account which includes the reels that another user directly shared to me.  However, i cant figure out how to trigger an automation when this happens, it only works if someone sends a message with text to my IG account but it doesn’t trigger if they share a reel.  Is this feature possible with Manychat?  

Hola, estoy queriendo hacer una personalización para una conversación iniciada luego de comentario en post o reel, la idea es hacer una encuesta desde many chat y no de forms de google, pero se me complica, llega cortada la conversación o me dispara mal los  mensajes, si alguno me puede ayudar.. 

Hello,I am pretty new and have around 3500 contacts now and it's only connected to my Instagram….but a lot of them are subscribed ‘unknown contacts’. What is the difference with known contacts? Is that spam? I am wondering also how a contact can be ‘unknown’ as the only way to get onto my Manychat contact list is through commenting on my reels or my stories.Hopefully someone can help me with shedding some light on this 🙏 Thank you so much in advance, Kate

Hello ManyChat Community, I’m on the FREE plan and trying to build an Instagram automation. When I create a new flow and add a “Send Message” step, I see the message:“👇 Tap some step to edit”However, clicking the step does not open the sidebar, so I am unable to edit the message or set up Collect Reply / User Fields.I have already tried the following:- Creating a new automation from scratch- Refreshing the browser- Using Chrome- Clearing cacheDespite this, the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before? Are there any workarounds or solutions for free plan users? Thank you for your help!
