Tengo una automatización de comentarios en mis publicaciones de IG.He creado una campaña en el Ads Manager para promocionar una de esas publicaciones, pero tengo dudas de si la automatización funcionará.He leído el post donde se anuncia que las automatizaciones ya funcionan con publicaciones promocionadas, pero no sé si la promoción debe ser a través del botón boost en la app o también funcionará con campañas del Ads Manager.

Olá. Estou com um problema com o envio das mensagens rápidas. Estou usando uma automação importada de um produtor e editei conforme a necessidade. A questão é que quando fui fazer o teste de automação enviando uma mensagem para a minha conta do Instagram, ele bugava nas respostas rápidas.O que acontece é que a primeira mensagem com resposta rápida é enviada, mas as próximas não, e no lugar delas vai uma mensagem escrita: “Automation powered by Manychat”. Depois fui tentar novamente e aí a automação “resetou” e ficou na versão do produtor, sendo que a edição que fiz está salva na Manychat. O que fazer? Já li e reli os comentários com problemas parecidos e não consigo solucionar o problema. Me ajudem, por favor.

I’m trying to figure out if there’s any way to obtain a WhatsApp user’s geolocation using Manychat.At the moment, the only user-related data I can access is the last input message, so even if the user sends their location via WhatsApp, I’m not able to capture or process it as structured data.I also considered an alternative approach where the user manually sends their exact address, and then consuming an external geolocation API (Google Maps, Mapbox, etc.) to resolve coordinates. However, before going that route, I wanted to ask: Does Manychat provide any native way to capture WhatsApp location data? Is there any workaround, integration, or custom development approach that could make this possible? Any insights, experiences, or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🙌

Is there a way to keep track of the Post ID that someone commented on with IG or FB?  I am always wondering what posts are actually getting the most people involved but I don’t have the data point to do so!

I noticed that there are times when the Get Updates button to subscribe to a Messenger list does not trigger or show up even though it’s part of my flow.Is this a bug or is there a limit for Get Updates button to only show once (for example) in every 24 hours for a contact?

Ha exatos 20 dias atras eu vendia no organico por dia entre 2 mil a 5 mil. durante esse mes minhas automacoes pararam de ser entregues ou bugam trazendo o faturamento diario no organico para 200 reais maximo. O que esta ocorrendo? Por que o suporte me diz que esta tudo normal mas de fato nao está? Como faço para que as minhas automacoes de comentario no post, na dm e no stories voltem a funcionar como antes?

I have a question about how ManyChat counts contacts.I receive a large number of replies to my Instagram stories, but most of them are not sales-related and do not trigger any automation. However, ManyChat is still counting these people as new contacts.My question is:Does ManyChat count every person I interact with manually as a contact, even if no automation is triggered, or are contacts only counted when ManyChat sends an automated message or interacts automatically?I want to understand whether contacts are counted based on any interaction, or only when an automation is actually executed.

Hello! All incoming Instagram contacts are displayed as “Unknown Contact” in ManyChat, even after reconnecting Instagram very recently. The bot receives messages and shows the status as “Subscribed”, but the Instagram User ID is not passed, so every user remains “Unknown Contact”. Every new DM from Instagram appears as Unknown Contact. No username, no profile picture, no IG user data. Conditions “Follows your account” always return false. The issue persists even when testing from different Instagram accounts (non-admin accounts). Instagram was connected to ManyChat today, but the problem continues.
