Hello everyone!I'm going through a very annoying issue. When the user interacts with the flow I created on Manychat, triggering any kind of action, at certain moments in the flow, some buttons appear duplicated.Buttons from the beginning of the flow are showing up along with buttons from the middle or the end of the flow.It's funny because when the user leaves the conversation and comes back, the duplicated buttons disappear.Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I can't take it anymore, I don't know if it's a bug with Instagram or with Manychat itself, because the flow built in Manychat is perfectly correct.Can someone help me?

I would like to know if I can set up the automation to send a DM when someone comments on a reel where I am listed as a collaborator. Thanks

Hello, I want to start an automation for any message written to me via Instagram direct message. But the automation should only be triggered once for each user. How can I create the condition for this trigger? Because we want to enable further communication with our followers on DM, we don’t want the automated answer every time they write something. Only once, first when they contact us. How can I solve the loop problem.

Hi!My automation was working for about 2 weeks, then it didn’t work anymore.Here are the messages I got : “ This is a weekly overview of Facebook Messages that were blocked because more than 24 hours passed after subscribed contact's last interaction with your bot via Messenger.”And for every message, it’s a “no content type” blocking.Problem is, I can’t fix the “no content type” blocking because I don’t have the automation checker.They also talk about “Facebook tags”. Where can I find them ?Many many thanks !!

Hi! So I am running this automation where I am sending mutiple links to an audience. In manychat, the links are clickable but in IG they are not. How can I fix this? Is there something I am missing? Thanks!  

Hi everyone!I’m trying to connect my WhatsApp Flow in ManyChat to my Meta ads. The idea is that whenever someone clicks on the ad, it directly starts a conversation on WhatsApp and triggers the sequence. However, when I select WhatsApp as the ad destination, I receive a notification indicating that it only works with a WhatsApp Business account.I saw a video which explained that we need to use traffic campaigns and add a website.But even when I follow this video and use a link shortener, I get a notice from meta saying that I can´t use a WhatsApp link and should choose WhatsApp as the ad destination.  

I created a custom app with a trigger, this app sends local context fields like a url of an order. I would like to send a Whatsapp HSM with this information, but, when I am creating a message template there, I can’t see my app context fields variables, and so, I can’t register the message template with the real variables.

Hello everyone, how's it going? I’m facing some issues with my Manychat flow. I’m using make.com to generate responses with Artificial Intelligence. The responses are being generated normally and are sent to Manychat via make.com's API block “Set a Custom Field”.The problem is the following: the response reaches Manychat in about 5-10 seconds through this CUF, but after arriving, the message is not immediately sent to the user. Actually, the timing is variable. Sometimes, as soon as the CUF is updated, the response is sent right away, but other times it takes over 2 minutes for the response (WHICH HAS ALREADY REACHED MANYCHAT) to actually be sent to the user.I’m using Instagram.(ps: theres no smart delay or anything)

I have many automations set up with prompt words - people comment on my Insta posts and get a replay with a link. Is there a way to set up a general automation which will be sent after the original automation? So say someone comments, gets a message with a link that automation is done and then another one will start?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to set up the following flow, reminding non-clicking users with a follow-up message:  However, if I use “Reply in DM”, I can’t add another “next step” after the reply, as shown in this screenshot.If I set this first step after the trigger up as “Send message” I can’t save the flow since it wants me to set this step as “Reply in DM”. Is there any trick I don’t see? Hello everyone.I have a query that i have seen its written “1000 accounts or 500” accounts for DM.For 15 USD plan, if i asked them to comment something to my reel and only 500 people will get DM? Please clarify what do you mean by accounts and only 500 people will get DM after they comment something on my reel?Thank You

They cited automation violations, but I hadn’t run any chat sequences yet.Has anyone faced a similar issue, or can you provide advice on how to resolve this and stay compliant with Meta’s guidelines? Hey everyone, I’ve set up up a many chat flow and as you can see in point 1 I have a condition block then a follow up message. But what’s happening is when the customer goes down the funnel to point 2 and 3 it still keeps triggering the follow up even if they message / interact with me.  I’ve tried a smart delay, refreshing permissions and tried the “last interaction” “last seen” and “messaging window segment” conditions with no luck.  Has anyone solved this problem before. any help will be really appreciated :)  Thanks, Carrie x

New Manychat Pro user here. I’m trying to set up an IG DM automation that sends the user to my website, using the  “Add Button - Open Website” option. The problem is that Manychat is using a redirect from my.manychat.com and then to my website, which causes my website to malfunction.Going to my website directly by typing the URL into the address bar does not cause any problems.If you test it out yourself, you’ll see it go to my.manychat.com first before it goes to your link.Is it possible to skip the redirect and go straight to my link instead?

How can I allow a client to write only from a specific point in time? I would like to force them to select a few tiles at the beginning and allow them to write freely only from a specific moment. Today there are tiles flying, but the client can still write as much as he wants, ignoring them.

As GIF is a type of image itself, we can send GIF using the Whatsapp Cloud API for Image. As if I use image tag and pass the gif url to it, I am not able to recieve it.Can anyone help me with this issue, how can I be able to send gif files using url through manychat flows.

Looking for recommendations for best practices for 2 things:How do you like to select your keywords? How do you make them easy enough to comment, while unique enough not to accidentally happen? How do you share the keyword (specifically in IG)If I say “Comment below with KEYWORD” I think IG will flag that and I won’t get as much traction. What are more unique ways to say that?

In messages it is authorized, I have already deleted the contacts and uploaded them again, I changed the message, it only says hello, it is never delivered 

My scheduled Reel posted last night. This morning, I noticed that the automation I set up on it had not been used. When I checked it, I realized that ManyChats is not “seeing” it as posted. This is preventing me from using the “next reel/post” as a trigger option for my upcoming reel (for this afternoon). I’ve tried refreshing permissions on ManyChats, refreshing permissions (completely) on Facebook, and making sure the messaging settings on Instagram are correct. Nothing works.
