Hi All,We have a restaurant and use manychat to run an offers campaign with four offers linked to a lead magnet ad on facebook. It’s a great system and works really well…. BUT…. many customers try to redeem the same offer over and over again and can’t remember which one they have already used.We want to set a monthly reminder of which offers each user can still use.I’m not sure how best to do this though, whether or how to use an array, or whether it’s possible with googlesheets and lookups.Each offer has a unique tag so we can track who has redeemed which offer and prevent more than one redemption of the same offer.Help would be appreciated.

How do I correct this? Everytime I make an automation with a specific word trigger, and someone send me a DM or a reply to my story on Instagram, the chatbot answers and send them into a sequence. They have not typed the keyword or comment that I used in the trigger. How do I fix that or turn off automatically answering my DMs?

Trigger is not functioning properly and is not indicating a problem. 

I noticed some of my accounts gets the ?mcp_token parameter added automatically and other don’t I want to know why is that and how can I disable or enable at my will o manually this parameter  I know this is a toke from manychat to track website visitors but I do not understand why some of my accounts have this and others dont Thanks for your help
