Hi everyone 👋I’m running a WhatsApp automation with ManyChat + n8n. Everything works fine when the client sends a message — it goes to n8n, automation replies, no problem.👉 But here’s the issue:When I, as the human agent, reply manually to the client in the chat from my Phone Whatsapp, ManyChat still sends the client’s last message again through the webhook to n8n. This makes the automation think the client just sent that message again. Result → Automation replies to the old message → creating a loop and confusion. What I’ve noticed: The webhook payload shows the timestamp of the client’s last message (not my agent reply). So ManyChat is basically re-sending the last subscriber input whenever I send something. Question:👉 How can I prevent ManyChat from re-triggering the webhook when the message source is me (agent) instead of the subscriber (client)? Is there a way to filter only subscriber messages in the Flow or webhook trigger? Or a setting to pause automation when an agent

My Instagram account is already connected to a ManyChat workspace that I no longer have access to. I am the owner of the Instagram account and the paid ManyChat subscription. The system shows ‘Request Sent’ but there is no request to approve. Please help me locate the workspace that owns my Instagram channel and restore my access or merge the workspaces. It says “my name/account is already connected to my name/acct.Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Holly Ambrozi.” It’s a loop I can’t get out of and I have not found a way for Manychat to provide any type of assistance other that creating a post on this forum.

Hi Manychat team,My IG comment automation stop working. I tried reconnecting and refreshing and I am losing followers at this point. Could you assist me in getting the comment automation back up ASAP? This is causing horrible stress. Thanks. 

Hey team - I’m new to manychat. I only want to use it for automations (sending a new follower a message). I’m not interested in the inbox features. I thought my profile limit would be linked to the number of hits I get on the automation but it seems it’s all messages into IG, even bots. Am I missing something? Is there a way to only pay for profiles when the automation fires? Thanks

When you create a phone number box on instagram automation by default is set to create a +1 code (US) does anyone knows how to change that? or how can i manually change the phone number of contacts

Hey manychat team.I bought Manychat so i can specifically run followers ads and DM people who follow me.I’m currently spending a lot of money on with advertising meta and was wondering if anyone can help. I feel that the button makes the first message looking like a bot sent message. So I preferably would like to send the very first message to a new follower without the button. However Manychat apparently forces me to set the first message block to “send as private reply” and that means that I can’t add any further blocks after that first text message and I can’t connect them to the first. Is there any way I could ask in a first follow to  DM message “how are you” (needs to be set to private message) and then when the user replies to add a second message “glad to hear”)? Any help would be so appreciated! 

Can someone help me please. I noticed that my automation stopped working since i upgraded to pro. My keywords are not triggering any response so im back to manually responding to comments. I haverefreshed permissions and reconnected as well still no luck

Me he dado cuenta que se ha desvinculado de Manychat la api de conversiones y no me deja logearme ni con token ni añadiendo la cuenta de META… por lo que no puedo conectar mis campañas con los flujos de Manychat, ¿alguien tiene el mismo problema? ¿cómo puedo solucionarlo?Gracias!

Hi! I’ve been using Manychat for 2 weeks now and suddenly new automations are not working. I tried refreshing Instagram connection, but new automations still don’t work. All the previous ones do, however I am not able to create any new that is working. All seems fine in Manychat console but when I comment a keyword, no message is delievered. I double-checked keyword spelling and it should work on every post and reel. Any ideas what is the problem here?

Hi all,  When I ‘m testing an Automation with a Messenger List in Android, the Messenger List does not show; instead only the text above it shows. When I ‘m testing the same Automation on a desktop (Windows) everything works as expected and both the Messenger List and the text above it show. In the image below, when tested on Android, only the “Welcome to our list” shows when I test the Automation and the Messenger List disappears. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?  Thanks 

Problem description:I connected my WhatsApp Business account to ManyChat.After disconnecting the account from ManyChat, I can no longer use WhatsApp: I cannot access either the Business or the standard version. I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and verifying via SMS/phone call. Every time I try to log in, I get the message: “WhatsApp is currently unavailable. Please try again in 1 hour.” Question:What should I do to reactivate my WhatsApp account and be able to use it normally (even without ManyChat)?

Hey!  I am connected to Meta and am currently linked correctly to my insta account, but I am struggling to get my ads running with an Engagement ad. I created the automation it is it live, but I for some reason I’m getting an error message on Meta. Thanks! 

Is there a way to have voice note for data collection? The reason I ask is because I want to be able to use the action on reply and the if contact has not responded options.Thanks

I’ve been using Manychat since last 3 months everything was smooth, but now I’m trying to renew my subscription since last 2 days nothing is happening, I’m not getting OTP tried using multiple cards nothing is happening, it’s really really important for me to fix this asap, pls anyone help me out.  I have raised a ticket but still I’m so stressed 

I understand recurring notifications were being phased out, and this finally hit my pages yesterday. I was under the impression that when these were phased out id be able to use ‘marketing messages’ as a replacement means of contacting inquirers outside the 24 hour window. Now i can no longer send recurring notifications, but i also dont have access to ‘marketing messages’, so i have no way of contacting users outside the 24 hr window. Does anyone have any further information about why i cannot do this?

Ive a long time trying to change profile name but only email is possible to change. the name is from a people that was not on the team a long time ago, but name still there.
