Hi, Im building an email campaign and am having trouble using one sequence as a template to make another sequence. Sometimes when I edit one, the original also automatically edits and sometimes I don't have the option to change the “duplicates” name. What is the best why to use one sequence as a template to create another?  

I’ve introduced an AI Step in my flow with the only goal of answering any questions users have. Once my flow reaches the AI Step, it only answers 1-3 questions before ceasing to respond. Is there a common reason for this or a fix? In the in-platform preview, it works perfectly. When live on Instagram or FB Messenger, it stops responding.

I have manychat app on my phone linked already to my Instagram page, I want to upgrade to pro I was told I could only do that from my laptop, Now in linking to my Instagram page is difficult, can't find here the request to link is sent.  

Hello,I am pretty new and have around 3500 contacts now and it's only connected to my Instagram….but a lot of them are subscribed ‘unknown contacts’. What is the difference with known contacts? Is that spam? I am wondering also how a contact can be ‘unknown’ as the only way to get onto my Manychat contact list is through commenting on my reels or my stories.Hopefully someone can help me with shedding some light on this 🙏 Thank you so much in advance, Kate

I have a flow built that connects to my website and a cartlink to the products featured in the live.  I use a keyword trigger to generate a message.  I have a different cartlink every night.  How do I duplicate my flow from night to night where all I have to do is change my keyword and cartlink?  I hope that makes sense.

Good afternoon!Before the New Year, we clarified with you several times (I am attaching screenshots) whether the new Meta policy would affect automations via reels and direct. We were informed that ManyChat is officially approved by Instagram and that we would not face a block unless we used offensive language or other violations of Meta's policies in our broadcasts.However, this week we sent out a broadcast via Instagram and received a 3-day block. As a result, we are unable to communicate with our audience, and our business account is at risk of being blocked. Now, with this block in place, our account is under even higher risk, and we could be blocked again.If broadcasts are not allowed under the new rules, why is this feature still available in ManyChat if it doesn’t comply with the new requirements? I am trying to get a single user’s information to be collected in a single row. I’ve tried both Insert Row and Update Row, and all of my Fields are named appropriately (I believe). Can anyone show me a simple walkthrough? I’m new to using ManyChat, and I likely need to have my hand held through this. Additionally, any idea why the “Worker Experience” column will never show any input data? Is it possible to set up ManyChat to send a DM based on someone's vote in an Instagram story poll, rather than using a keyword comment? I'd like to have specific replies tailored to each poll choice, so if there are three options, I’d like to set up three different responses depending on the selected option. Howdy friends, I’ve encountered a roadblock I’m getting pretty stuck on, and would love your help. My goal is to create a chat where job seekers and employers can create profiles, and then see profiles of the other. (e.g a worker sets up a profile, and then can view profiles that have been set up by employers). So far I am able to populate a spreadsheet with user data, and can call some of that data when requested. However I haven’t been able to create a message with multiple users. To better explain it with an example, below I have some screenshots. What I want to do in this example is send an employer a message that shows all the workers which have submitted a profile. (In my first screenshot) you can see my message setup, (in the second screenshot) you can see the example data I’m trying to extract in from the spreadsheet, and (in the third screenshot) you can see what the message result looks like. Once they submit the form, I want to send them the guide via email and initiate a WhatsApp message sequence in ManyChat.I'm using Zapier to connect Wix Forms → Formatter (to split name) → ManyChat (Create Subscriber). However, I'm getting the following error in Zapier:"Failed to create a subscriber in ManyChat. Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone, email. Please contact support to enable this feature."I have already submitted a ticket to support, but has anyone encountered this issue before? Hi everyone,I'm facing an issue with list buttons not displaying custom user field values correctly. Here’s the problem:I successfully assign a value to a custom user field using the API. When I print the field inside a text message, it displays correctly.However, in list buttons, it only shows the field ID (e.g., {{cuf_12345678}} instead of the actual value) in WhatsApp.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Is there a workaround to make list buttons properly recognize the user field values?Thanks in advance!  

Please give me some Facebook fanpages that have chatbot powered by Manychat AI, ideally in Education sector with the aim to collect leads interested in taking a course and the language used in chat is either Vietnamese or English. I’ve read the introduction of Manychat AI and would like to know how it unfolds in real life example. I will act as a customer of such fan pages and have a chat with it.If you know or do create such fan pages using Manychat AI, I would love to hear your experience on using Manychat AI. For example, is it better to use a whole AI chatbot of another provider (that is powered by either ChatGPT or Gemini or else and get trained on product knowledge to chat like as close to a human as possible) or to utilize Manychat AI to build scripted flow?

I have like 20+ Facebook ad accounts, and in about half of them I can use the event goal sales purchase message. Does anyone know how to get this enabled across all my accounts?Would be great if anyone has any insight into this.
