i can not find a simple solution to upgrade my trial version, i think iam already in pro because i pay now 15$, very complicated, can someone help me with that

When I try to utilize custom fields in my API requests and larger flows, it creates issues every time. It seems to change the field name behind the scenes in some way (like ‘CUF: 1300040’ for example). I do not know how to program that into my requests and work around it. So, my API requests end up just passing that ‘CUF: 14000404’ data instead of anything else.

When I try to test the whatsapp enabled i get an error message and it says contact manychat support. I have tried a couple days now and the messages don’t go through.

When I program my bot on the manychat app on my phone, for my Instagram account, I want it to send photos to the person it's talking to. When I click on Upload image, nothing happens and I've tried adding the URL of the photo, but that doesn't work either. 

Hi, when I search for a contact (a test ig account I set up and use often for testing automations) in “contact for testing” I cannot find it. Even though the contact is in my manychat contacts and has gone through this flow. Does anyone know why that would happen and how I can find it so I can test this step?

Hey everyone,I created a promo code randomizer that works well—until multiple users click the button at the same time. In that case, the bot sends the same promo code to two different users. Then, in the Google Sheet, it updates the username incorrectly. As a result, when the next person clicks the button, the bot skips a column and sends the following promo code instead.For example, at 11:24, if two users click the "Get Promo" button at the same time, both will receive promo code #4. Then, at 11:25, when another user clicks the button, they’ll receive promo code #6 instead of #5.You can see the issue in the attached screenshot. I've also attached the bot flow for reference.

Hello. I am trying to set up an automation where someone comments “train” on my Instagram post.  When this happens, I want them to get a message asking them if it is ok to send a lead magnet (the next step is to get their email address, but I haven’t gotten that far yet).When someone comments “train”, they get the message, but the button that I have to ask for their ok to move on the the next message where I get their email address is not working (it just reloads the Instagram message page).They are getting stuck in the first step right after the trigger.  Here is a screenshot of how I have the first “send message box” above set up...can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? 

Could anyone help me please? I’ve just been using Manychat to run automations in order to increase engagement on my posts. I know i’m not using it in the right way and I’m here going through the resources to learn how to do it properly. So I was today years old when I found out that it can be used for Facebook automations too! 🥹The problem is that I can’t see Facebook in my Channels. It’s just not there, so I don’t have a clue how to activate it to make it work. Can anyone help me or guide me in the right direction. Thanks, Aileen

The keyword is connected to an automation flow. But when a user types the keyword in a private message, nothing happens—no flow is triggered. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?Is there something I might be missing, such as user status or flow conflicts?Thanks in advance for your help!

I have two automations; A lead magnet delivery, with follow up A questionnaire, triggered by Dm Currently, people are subscribing to the lead magnet, then also subscribing to the questionnaire - but the automations are clashing and sending all messages. I can’t find a condition to “Stop Automation X” that I can place in both automations to stop the other one if the contact enters it. I can see “Unsubscribe From Sequence” Surely this is basic basic basic marketing automation. Don’t tell me I have to tag users entering an automation, then recheck the tag at every single step to pull them out if they have entered the other one? 

Hi,I’ve setup a WhatsApp automation with a keyword trigger using a number provided by ManyChat. The conversation is not triggered at all.All has been verified via Meta and all labels are green as in verified and active.Really stuck on this and not sure what’s missing. We purchased a manychat bot premium subscription but multiple customers are complaining as the bot randomly gives mobile number of people. This affects our company and we dont know how to fix this as we cannot see any prompt telling the bot to do that. Did you experience the same problem? How did you fix this.

Hello,So our client signs up for the $99 inbox subscription that includes unlimited contacts. Which is the only thing they need for now because they average 6k messages a month.I can see a limit on the header, and I’m quite bothered by it. Are we going to be charged $315 when we hit that limit even though we have the inbox subscription that supposed to be unlimited contacts? Thanks in advance.
