Not sure if anyone else is experiencing the same issues - but since 1-2 days ago some steps on my automation flows are not continuing. For example I have a quick reply button, after the user clicked one of the options, a custom field would be set and the next message would be sent. The custom field is being set but the message is not being sent. I manage 3 different pages and the issue is persisting on all of them. My entire sales channel goes through the automation, so this is a critically urgent error. I’ve tried resetting permissions and even removing and reauth manychat but the issues still persist. If anyone else is experiencing similar issues please let me know. If support knows anything about this please let me know as well. Thank you.

Hello, I configured a simple automation here : So far, it works. It's the next step that doesn't work: When the person clicks on the "Envoie moi le lien" button, the "DM with the link" step is not triggered. I refreshed the permissions, checked that everything was in order via the help center, and it is. I'm a little desperate, could you help me?

Hi everyone, after two and a half years of organic growth on Instagram I thought it was time to up my game with manychat, only to get shadowban for using manychar, could anyone help me solve this problem, please? This is quite maddening, I’ve just payed for a service that has jeopardised all my work.Thank you in advanced, greetings from Spain. 

I have 1 Facebook account with 2 business pages for my business. I want to create 2 business Manychat accounts that follow the 2 business pages that I have on Facebook and Instagram. It looks like I have to create 3 Manychat accounts to do this (1 facebook account and 2 business pages)My question is: Can the primary Facebook account be the Free or Essential plan and the other 2 be the Pro plan to prevent me from spending $39 x3 per month? I don't use the Facebook primary account for anything business related - it’s just linked to my 2 business pages.

Hi everyone 👋I’m running into an issue with a new follower welcome automation on Instagram and I’m a bit stuck.Context: Brand new Instagram account Automation is set to LIVE in ManyChat The automation should send a message when someone follows the account I’ve tested it multiple times with different new followers The message never triggers What I’ve already verified / tried:✅ Instagram account is Professional (Creator/Business)✅ Instagram permissions are correctly enabled: Instagram → Settings and activity → Messages and story replies → Message controls → Connected tools “Allow access to messages” is ON ✅ Clicked “Update permissions” in ManyChat (Help section) ✅ Automation shows no yellow dot (no unpublished changes) ✅ Automation status is LIVE ✅ Reconnected Instagram account more than once At this point, everything appears to be set up correctly, but the automation still doesn’t fire when someone follows the account.Has anyone experienced this with new Instagram accounts or

I have my Meta Business account connected with ManyChat and it was running fine up to now. Then I received an email from Meta saying my Meta Bussiness account got restricted because “It looks like this account was created or used with an automation that doesn’t follow our rules.This goes against our Advertising Standards on Account Integrity.”I’m requesting Meta to lift up the restriction, but is there anything should I can do in the future to avoid my account getting restricted again?

I must be missing something. I’ve set up a ManyChat automation about two years ago for a simple comment to dm automation. And that went fine.But now I’m thinking about setting up something that sends new followers a message, it's looking likely that I will need to upgrade to a non-free plan, which is all well and good, BUT:It seems like we are going to be billed based on an allowance of “active contacts,” which from what I understand is anyone who interacts with the profile in any way. This is based on a few answers I’ve seen here and the AI slopbot that runs the help chat, but I’m confused as to WHY this is the case. Why am I being billed based on engagement with my profile? If I was sending automations to all of them, sure, but I’m not. These are literally anyone who sends me a dm, comments on a post, literally anything, and ManyChat seems to see fit to bill my account based on that? In what universe does this make sense? I don’t have automations on all (most, really) of my posts, so

I have read all of the troubleshooting. It IS business page. I have complete control. It allowed me to set up my IG but cannot even find my FB account. On my FB, it says it is connected and active, but on manychat it won’t even find it to exist. HELP!

My meta account has been suspended which was the account that i used to log in into manychat.And now i just cant reconnect my INSTAGRAM on this new manychat account, i alredy:-submitted an ticket (#546637)-sent a video for proof im the instagram ownerand still got NO AWNSER. And this is very urgent, so please can someone help me deal with this or an manychat staff can redirect my ticket for a human?

I logged into my account yesterday and it has been reverted to the free plan, all connections gone. Last successful payment was 14 July.I have raised a ticket to no avail - nothing heard back.Chatbot next to useless.I just want to chat/speak with a human.

When I try to turn on a trigger it gives me the following error:I made sure to mark the message as a private reply, so I’m not sure what the issue is: 

It hardly ever works; regarding the DM-on-comment automation, out of every 10 comments, only 2 get the automatic reply plus the DM—the other 8 get nothing, as if they didn't exist.The DM automation that triggers when someone follows me isn't working either; not a single message has been sent in two days.I'm starting to wonder what the point of paying for this is.I contacted support, and the only thing they managed to do was run a random test using a fake comment—and they got lucky because it actually worked in that instance. We are experiencing an issue with a ManyChat Messenger QR Code / Ref URL trigger on Android.On iOS, everything works correctly: the user scans the QR code, Messenger opens, and the correct automation starts.On Android, the QR code is read correctly and Messenger opens the Facebook Page conversation, but the automation does not start.The strange part is that the exact same m.me URL works if we:1. Copy the URL generated by the QR code.2. Paste it manually into Chrome.3. Open it from Chrome.In that case, Messenger opens and the ManyChat automation starts correctly.We have already tested:- The QR code with and without a logo.- Different QR reader applications.- Opening the QR directly with the Android camera.- Refreshing Facebook permissions in ManyChat.- Confirming that the automation and trigger are published.- Using an intermediate web page with a button that links to the same m.me URL.The intermediate button also opens Messenger, but the automation still does not start. Does anyone know why URLs and QR codes as a trigger went away. I can see just 4 months ago people were able to use them and this app is useless to me as only a social media tool.  I want to be able to get people on my list at networking events and speaking engagements and I don’t want them to find some random post and leave a comment just to do a quiz I spent time creating.  As we can see with TikTok all social media platforms are not promised to us and if one of them goes down our entire funnel can be broken. It feels like because they can collaborated with Meta they have changed the features to force you to only be on social media tool use them. I want the option to do both. I want to be able to text a link, include it in an email, create a QR code. Not everyone is on FG/IG and certainly not the other platforms. I focus on YouTube and putting a link in the description would be helpful since they don’t have DM options.  This is frustrating!

Hi, I had a friend use two different FB accounts and two different IG accounts. The triggers all showed up immediately, but the Smart Delay messages didn't show up at all. We tried two different tests: Test 1- Click on the link to the landing page in the trigger message but don't fill anything out. After 30 minutes there still wasn't any Smart Delay message. Test 2- Do not click on the link to the landing page in the trigger message and just wait. After 30 minutes there still wasn't any Smart Delay message. Is it possible that there is something wrong with the timing code in the Smart Delay message?

Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone can help me figure out why the Auto-DM New Followers feature isn't working.I enabled the feature that's supposed to automatically send a DM whenever someone follows my account, but it doesn't seem to be sending anything. I've double checked that it's turned on, but new followers aren't receiving the message.Has anyone experienced this before or know if there's another setting I need to enable? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi everyone,I have two questions about using ManyChat with influencers. We work with multiple influencers who want to use Instagram automations through ManyChat. What is the best setup? Can we invite them under our existing ManyChat account/workspace, or does each influencer need their own ManyChat account connected to their own Instagram profile? Does it make any difference whether: • The influencer adds us as a Partner post •We add the influencer as a Partner post? Are there any differences in manychat on who initiates the partnership?Thanks in advance!

Has anyone experienced this? For some people, when they click the follow button, it doesn’t register, they click it over and over again and it doesn’t move to the next step. It’s not everyone, but it’s troubling!  

Manychat was just updated to where I can’t send out more than 1 link! All of my links sent cannot be clicked? I have sent out over 200+ messages and people are very frustrated because they can’t open them! How do I get the old manychat back? I am going to have to delete my account if I can’t get this fixed!! Please help!!!
