My instagram automation is not working in android phones, and I don't know what I can do to solve this. I know that Instagram web hook is not working well, but if someone know what to do to solve this, issue will be thankful! Button is not appearing for some reason Other button is creating (with an random text) In the workflow, starts a part, like in an random time even if this part of the flow was gone People dont receive my message, appears like a clear message 

Hey everyone 👋I’ve been trying to connect my Instagram account @ghadaodehcoach to ManyChat for weeks and keep getting the “Request Sent” message (screenshot attached).Here’s what I’ve already done:✅ Verified that my Instagram and Facebook Page are both under the same Meta Business Manager (Ghada Odeh | Health & Wellness Coach)✅ I have full admin access to both✅ Removed and re-added ManyChat under Facebook Business Integrations✅ Tried reconnecting through “Connect with Meta Business Suite”✅ Logged in with the correct Facebook profile (the one that owns the Page + Business Manager)Everything looks perfect in Meta, but ManyChat still says “Request Sent” and won’t connect.From what I’ve read, this usually means ManyChat still has a “ghost” link to my Instagram business ID in an old workspace. Could someone from the team please help man

This is honestly the most disappointing thing about ManyChat. I specifically purchased it to be able to manage chats better, and realizing this limitation is really frustrating. I know other platforms like Crisp offer this feature, but they charge around $299, and ManyChat is already around $99 just to access labels.But only five labels? Come on… we have so many leads we need to organize, and five labels just isn’t realistic. It really doesn’t feel serious for a platform at this level….Please add more,.  

I’m running a WhatsApp automation with ManyChat + n8n. Everything works fine when the client sends a message — it goes to n8n, automation replies, no problem.The issue:When I, as the human agent, reply manually to the client in the chat from my Phone Whatsapp, ManyChat still sends the client’s last message again through the webhook to n8n.Im looking for a way to block all the automatization (for a X time) once I send a message from my phone or Whatsapp Web 

I keep getting a [400] Channel is disabled for the Send message Manychat node. Help please! I have checked all the other posts and could not get an answer to this.I have whatsapp funds I am on the Pro plan I know whatsapp account works because I tested it in the Live Chat with my own Whatsapp account Subscriber node works because I see the contact is createdMake.com flow and where it get stuck at Here is what the node looks like:  

I need to figure out how to deactivate auto-replies within Instagram for verified accounts. I feel like it makes people not want to reach back out to me.

Boa Noite, não estou conseguindo configurar o Manychat ao Instagram , já entrei em contato com a Meta e eles disseram que não há nada por lá que impeça que eu consiga fazer a conexão, que era para ver com a plataforma do Manychat. Como posso resolver? Tem algum local que me ajudem , por favor? Grata.  

I have done it all and have submitted 2 tickets now with no response or resolution. EVERYTHING is correct on my side it is the old API and it is on Manychat side but I can’t get any help so I’m paying for this service but can't use it! How do you go about getting a real person to help you with issues? I’m at a loss….and for context I have a CRM that has no issues with connecting and integrating, both are in my integrations but one works and the other doesn’t. It’s Manychat! Any and all suggestions to get this resolved would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone!I just created my first automation and immediately ran into a problem. The automation and the trigger work correctly, and the user receives a calendar entry as a download, which is generated in the background via a link/URL using “AddsCal”.However, after clicking the link, the in-app browser opens but the download does not start — the page remains white (see screenshot).If I open the page in the external browser via the three dots in the top right corner, the calendar entry loads successfully.Has anyone tried something similar or experienced the same issue? Configurei uma automação simples de menu para o meu Instagram, porém ela não está executando. Ela não aparece quando o cliente abre o direct para enviar mensagem e nem após o envio. Já atualizei as permissões, mas mesmo assim continua sem funcionar.

Hey there - I was trying to set up an automation for a Facebook I created asking people to comment a specific word to receive a reply to their comment and message from the page. When I launched it, nothing was working.Am I wrong to think this is possible to do? Does it not like that it originated as a dark ad and not a social post first? Is the way around this posting to the page? Any way to create a dark post just so I can tie the two together?

Hi everyone,I’m noticing something odd with the Instagram "Say hi to new followers" Flow and I’m wondering if this is expected or if it can be improved.Whenever a new follower gets the Welcome Message and clicks the link inside the flow, Instagram shows a long white “redirecting” page with the ManyChat domain before the actual URL opens.This delay feels unnecessary, because normal redirects on the web don’t show a visible intermediate page like this.Is there a reason this Flow forces this visible redirect layer, and can it be disabled or optimized?A direct, clean redirect would dramatically improve the user experience.Thanks!  

Is it possible to connect the same WhatsApp Business number to more than one account?

Hi, My Manychats account keeps coming up with the error ‘to connect to your instagram you must link your facebook’My instagram is linked to my facebook, but for some reason it is not letting me connect many chats to it. It allows me to connect manychats to facebook though – super confusing…I’ve spoken to the Bot, but it is useless. I believe it could be the fact that the last Social Media team has connect to many chats in the past, but never actually used it. So its may be already linked to a manychats account.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Harry

I logged into my business Instagram page just fine via MC and can see all my posts etc, even after refreshing permissions it sees my accounts in Meta, but none of my live automations go through, I’ve tried different DM automations and ‘comment’ ones as well. I’ve tried following step by step looking inside of Meta / Facebook settings but it seems like a lot of the instructions are out dated or I’m having trouble finding the right areas inside of Meta as to how to link ManyChat to the page properly, I think that may be the issue. Any help would be much appreciated here.

Fiz uma automação básica que após um usuário entrar em uma tag X a automação espera por 5 horas e dispara uma mensagem.Ela funcionou perfeitamente para o meu usuário de teste mas os demais usuários que comentaram naturalmente não receberam o restante da automação mesmo entrando na parte de espera inteligente.Já aconteceu isso com alguém?Veja que tem 7 pessoas dentro do atraso inteligente, 2 esperando a aprovação, 5 aprovados. Desses 5 aprovados somente uma pessoa (meu usuário de teste) que recebeu o restante da automação, sendo que pelo menos mais 1 usuário deveria ter recebido essa primeira mensagem já que ela estava qualificada - a mensagem dela foi há 18 horas atrás.
