Hello!This sounds silly, but I can’t get connected to ManyChat.For almost a year now, I keep trying to play with the connection, and it says I have an account and it’s connected to my IG, however it says ‘Virtual Assistant already connected to Virtual Assistant.Switch Instagram to continue with another account or request access from the owner of Virtual Assistant.’….except I am the owner.I have spent a significant amount of time searching for somewhere i have to approve this, and including in Meta, and cannot find anything.I really want to be using ManyChat, but I truly can’t figure out how to work around this issue.Please help.

Hi! Im trying to create the new automation to autodm new followers and it asks me to update my permissions. The it takes me to this page but it allways throw an error.  The error says > You can't log in with this Instagram account. Try using a Facebook account that you know is connected to this Instagram account.

Hi everyone, I’m facing a serious issue with my Instagram account and I’d love some help or insights from the community. Whenever someone tries to follow me, a pop-up appears saying “Beware of potential scams” and shows my account creation date with a confirmation button. My account is old, active, and I post regularly. It’s verified on Meta with my ID — so this warning makes my account look suspicious even though my activity is 100% authentic. Since it started, my daily follower count dropped from 100+ per day to barely 10 😩 I’ve already contacted Instagram support. They told me to reinstall the app, but that didn’t fix anything. The only thing I can think of is that I use Manychat (a Meta partner) to send automated messages when people comment on my posts asking for free resources. Boa tarde pessoal, estou com problema no envio de broadcast para DM List, sempre enviei normal para quem se cadastrou.Depois que atualizei as permissões do Instagram para aparecer o gatilho de quem seguiu o perfil, o broadcast parou de ser enviado, simplesmente fica iniciando eternamente até que uma hora para e termina, sem ter feito nenhum envio, como aparece na foto abaixo. alguém sabe qual o problema? e como faço para resolver? 

já tentei varias vezes e fala que o número do cartão cadastrado está incorreo, sendo que não está.

My Instagram Business account is connected to ManyChat and I can see new contacts appear in my Audience list when they send me a DM — but no automation replies are sent at all.Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: Tested on a new ManyChat account with a simple “send hi” flow — same result. Confirmed Instagram account is Business (not Creator/Personal). Tried with multiple external IG accounts to trigger the flow. Flow is published, trigger is a keyword, and the first step is a simple message. Checked in Live Chat — incoming DMs appear, but automation doesn’t start. Hey! I am setting up a new follower DM automation and I am asking a each new follower a question. They then click on a button to answer the question and then are supposed to be sent a reel. But I can only figure out how to send the reel where it opens a browser inside the Instagram app. It doesn’t just take them straight to the reel. See screenshots for context. Is there a better way to do this?  I am just adding the URL of the reel to the bottom action. But this opens it in Instagram as if you’re opening an external link. Any tips?  

I am experiencing an issue with the integration between ManyChat and Instagram. Whenever my customers respond to automatic messages sent through ManyChat, their responses go to the "General" inbox on Instagram instead of the "Primary" inbox. This is causing me to miss important interactions since I don't see these messages right away.I have tried adjusting settings in both ManyChat and Instagram, but I haven't been able to find a solution. I would appreciate any help on how to make sure that the automated messages from ManyChat are directed to the "Primary" inbox instead of "General." Please help me 😭

Hi, I am a pro account holder with you, and I need assistance with running an email campaign in ManyChat to inform my clients about my Black Friday discounts. Currently, I can only access Instagram features, which is preventing me from sending the campaign. I feel forced to rely on low-quality, free servers for this, and it's not ideal. Additionally, I have set up a feature to collect my customer's email addresses through Instagram chat and have gathered about 4,000 contacts (subscriptions) in ManyChat. Unfortunately, Many Chat software only displays phone numbers or Facebook IDs, which do not meet my needs, as I require the email addresses. I urgently need your help with the following: 1. Enable my Pro account to send an email campaign to all of my 4,000 contacts (and more in the future). 2. Retrieve the email addresses I collected through ManyChat automations as soon as possible.  Thank you!

Hi, I have been having issues with Manychat ever since I opened my account and have never used it. I tried to set up the auto dm for new followers but I keep getting a refresh permissions pop up. I have been through all the steps to  refresh these and keep getting the message to say they have been refreshed successfully but when i try to set up the automation, the pop up comes back. I have chatted with the support bot twice and submitted a ticket that hasn’t been actioned yet. I seem to have mixed API according to the bot and have worked through all these steps. My personal fb is connected, my business fb is connected as well as my IG account.  Does anyone have any advice or suggestions because it is driving me nuts.   This is the pop up I keep getting.  Thanks

I'm trying to set up a reminder for our upcoming automation where people can sign up for our ticket drop by sending their email in the DMs. One hour before we release the tickets, we’d like to send them a reminder through DM – but this would exceed the 24-hour time limit rule.I’ve tried talking to the AI bot for help, and I get the impression there might be an exception to this rule. Hi everyone,I’ve built an Instagram DM chatbot using ManyChat + n8n, and I’m facing an inconsistent delivery issue.The flow works sometimes, but for other messages, ManyChat does not send the response back to Instagram, and I can’t identify any pattern. Is there a way to watch the past ManyChat webinars, or are they only available live?

I am making a multi flow chatbot, how do i make it so a flow can be triggered by another flow? for example:If Flow 1 ends with: start Flow 2 automation In flow 2, which first step should i put so its triggered when a action is Flow 2 automation?

Just wasted an hour setting this up, not working and zero support.  Any ideas on what I can do to make the automation work?  I’ve refreshed, its showing live and its not doing what its supposed to do.

Hi,I'm having trouble creating a WhatsApp message template for verification. The issue I'm facing is that when selecting the category, I only see "Marketing Lite," "Marketing," and "Utility," but no "Authentication".My message is a one-time passcode, has been rejected by all categories offered by ManyChat. Therefore, it clearly fits into the Authentication category according to the documentation from Meta.BTW, I was able to create the template on the Meta Business platform, but it does not appear in ManyChat Templates folder.- Am I the only user in ManyChat that need this?- Has anyone found a workaround for this limitation?- Does this mean I will need a separate platforms and get new number just for sending OTP messages?Thanks.

Hi,Please see image of the Basic builder. In flow builder  there is a button that says go back to basic builder.  How in basic do you go to flow builder? There is no button.Also, instead of a link in my bio on Instagram, I want to tell people to DM me a key word and send them a link or start a chat where I send them a link. Is the correct template “Respond to all of your DMs”? THANKS!!

I’m facing an issue with my accounts.I started with a free trial on XYZ EMAIL , then I upgraded my subscription on my Pro account YFT EMAIL The problem is: both accounts are currently connected to the same Facebook Account Which is have my Meta Suite Access , and I want my Pro account (kareem7mf@gmail.com) to be the ONLY account connected to that Facebook page.Could you please help me with:I Already Discounted My Free Account From All The Pages ANd Even Tried to Deactivated it and remove the access from facebook itself and i logout both account and restart the browser and still get the same erorr i just need to deactive my free account from my facebook page so i can use it at PRO account PLEASE HELP ME Thank you in advance — really appreciate your support. 

I was creating flows and made sure all my message texts stayed within the character limit. Normally, if a message exceeds the limit, Manychat shows the exceeded count with a minus value, correct?However, when I used only a few words and tried to set the automation live, I received the error: “Message Texts with Button cannot exceed 40 characters.” None of my message texts go over this limit, so I’m unable to publish the automation.Could this be happening because I’m using Burmese text and Manychat’s character counter isn’t detecting the characters correctly? Please help me resolve this issue.
