Hi everyone 👋,Usually, I’m the one helping others here with ManyChat setups, but today I really need your help.Here’s the issue we’re facing:👉 We’re running a WhatsApp campaign with CTWA Ads.👉 From 1900 ad clicks, only 4 users actually reached the bot in ManyChat.👉 The flow in ManyChat was set up with triggers: CTWA tied to each Ad ID and also keywords.👉 The ad was created using a Frequently Asked Question template, with the instruction for users to click in order to start the conversation.We’ve double-checked everything but still can’t find what’s wrong. We also submitted a support ticket to ManyChat, but haven’t received a reply yet.Has anyone experienced something similar? 🙏Any ideas on what we might be missing or how to fix this?Thanks a lot in advance!Catalina R 

Hi,In almost all the content I’ve seen online (YouTube videos, blog posts, tutorials), it is clearly stated that deleting contacts should reduce the number of active contacts used for billing.However, in my case, this is not happening: I deleted contacts from my list But the number of active contacts used for billing does NOT decrease So my question is very simple:👉 Is this a recent system change in ManyChat?👉 Or is there something wrong with my account?Because right now, my experience directly contradicts all publicly available information.Would appreciate a clear answer. Estou vendo uma onda de banimentos de contas do manychat. Muitos criadores de conteúdo e pessoas do marketing estão passando por isso. Pessoas que usavam fluxos de atendimento automático para fazer a venda por DM estão tendo as contas banidas da plataforma. Eu mesmo tive 6 contas banidas mesmo criando os fluxos dentro das regras da plataforma e tudo que eles dizem é que “a conta do Manychat foi banida por causa da Seção 7 - Usos proibidos”. Abaixo vou deixar alguns fluxos que estava usando e que horas depois de cria-los (mas não ativar) a minha conta do Manychat foi desativada mesmo depois que a IA do próprio Manychat avaliou e aprovou o fluxo. Preciso entender o que está acontecendo. Uso o Manychat para vender todos os dias e não posso ficar sem uma ferramenta de automação.  Poderiam me ajudar a entender por que minhas contas estão sendo banidas e se é algo relacionado aos meus fluxos e o que eu posso estar fazendo de errado, por favor?

I am creating a post regarding my Manychat automations not working for a while. When I try to “Refresh Permissions”, I get a bar on the top of my screen that says “You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. I am not sure what to do and I am posting everyday with the use of a comment automation so I do not want my Manychat automations to go to waste without figuring out the problem. I also have gone through the chatbot suggestions and followed the steps with advanced refreshing options, but seems like that bar at the top of the screen keeps saying ““You have insufficient rights to reload the account”. Please help me out with this ASAP.My IG is @agastya_gudipati. Please let me know if there is anyway to solve this problem since it is really important.

My IG Manychat automation isn’t working. Below is the flow.It was working until late afternoon yesterday and now it’s not responding to people’s comments even though they spelled it correctly.I refreshed permissions and it said it was connected with no issues.I did connect the Stan.Store auto dm feature on instagram and thought that may be why, so I disabled and removed that connection there.But the trigger still doesn’t work.Does anyone know why?

Hi,The automation in ManyChat that automatically replies to comments in the comments section and sends a private message isn't working; it ran exactly three times and then stopped. The automation for sending welcome messages to new followers also worked a few times and then stopped. I reconnected my Instagram account to ManyChat to refresh the connection, but nothing helped.

Hi, I’m running an Instagram automation where users comment a keyword on my Reels (e.g. “group”), and then ManyChat automatically sends them a DM with a link and continues a follow-up flow.I’m having two issues: Sometimes ManyChat sends empty (blank) messages inside the flow, even though the message blocks have content. More importantly — the comment trigger is inconsistent. Many users comment the keyword, but the bot doesn’t respond at all and misses them. Setup seems correct (keywords, permissions, connection), and I’ve already tried refreshing/reconnecting multiple times.Is this a known issue?What could cause blank messages and missed comment triggers?thank you! 

Hi there,my problem is that my Instagram automations are not being triggered, even though the page is connected.Here’s what I’ve tried so far: I reconnected my Instagram account to ManyChat. I checked the permissions and made sure all required access was granted. I duplicated the automation and restarted it to test if this solved the problem. I generated a new automation  I do not have any restrictions on Instagram - already checked that  Despite these steps, the automations still do not work. I already have a Support-Ticket, but no answer to my mails. Could someone please help me resolve this issue, since we started a launch and need the automations?Thank you for your support!Anne 

Hi everyne, Spent Sunday evening creating account and setting up telegram bot flow and other automations. End of night got blocked and can not log in for whatever reason.  I've sent a support ticket to the team by filling out the form same Sunday Night (March 29th, 9:30pm EST) - No reply from anyone for almost 48hrs now. Is that normal? Can’t even check the status of the ticket as it’s asking to log in and I can’t log in with that account whatsoever as access is denied. 

For me can not log in {"0":"Access denied","state":true} and my ticket number [#475916], created ticket almost 2days, still no response from manychat. What type of service is this. Wasting time and looking for mail. Paid for pro, now looking for mail not doing my job

I want to share a frustration that has been building over the past few months while using ManyChat for WhatsApp conversations.The main issue is that ManyChat’s tracking does not show the source of each conversation. This makes it very difficult to understand where interactions are actually coming from. Even when I use quick replies within ads and connect them to keyword-based flows, the platform still doesn’t indicate whether the user entered through a specific ad or campaign. That lack of visibility is a serious limitation.I’ve also tried using CTWA, but some messages randomly fail to enter the flow, which makes things even more unreliable.I’ve seen multiple discussions about this in the community, but no clear or consistent solution so far.As a bit of a last attempt, has anyone found a reliable workaround or a solution that actually works?

Hey everyone, I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for about a month now and can't figure out if it's a bug or something on my end.**Setup:**- WhatsApp Business via Manychat (PRO)- Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads running on Meta- Automation trigger: CTWA click from a specific ad + keyword "contains" trigger as backup- Everything is connected, live, and was working perfectly for months**The problem:**Some leads click the ad, message us, write the exact keyword — and the automation simply doesn't fire. No flow assigned, no tag applied, nothing. But the contact DOES appear in Manychat's contact list.**Key details:**- Contacts show up in Manychat with NO tags and NO flow history- Always new contacts (not re-engaging old ones)- Happens across multiple different ads, not just one- Started ~1 month ago with no changes on my end- Meta shows more ad clicks/conversations initiated than Manychat shows flow acti

Currently for the CAPI to work properly, we need to ad CTWA trigger for every single ad we use on our campaigns. This is simply not sustaible at scale, what happen when we use dozens of ads per campaign, adding more variations and angles every day or week.I’ve seen in other competitors that this is not the case, CAPI works just fine with leads coming from ads. Having no need to add a CTWA trigger to get workflow working as expected.Please, we need ASAP. It’s vital in the new age of Meta Ads.

Hello… Total newbie to ManyChat. I am using the free trial for now with plans to upgrade to Pro once I understand how to do certain tasks. Here is what I need help with and have no idea how to set this up. On particular IG posts, in the description, I will be asking users to Comment “Wine” in order to receive a Free PDF guide. In addition, I will be telling them to follow me on Instagram first, so I can DM them.  IG won't deliver the DM if they are not  following. Once the users follow my page, ManyChat will automatically respond to these comments with a line that says something like, “Sending over my Free Guide now. Please check your DM”ManyChat will then send a DM to each of these users….Thanks for requesting the free PDF guide! (the PDF guide will be attached) I would then take over, and personally DM the next day with an upsell to receive the full PDF guide. What is the proper way to set this up? Thanks, Steve 

In ManyChat, tags are often used to track user behavior and prevent users from re-entering the same automation flow multiple times (for example, avoiding sending the same onboarding sequence to someone who has already completed it).What are the advantages and disadvantages of using tags as a control mechanism to prevent automation from triggering again for users who have already interacted with a flow?  Are there better alternatives or complementary strategies (such as custom fields, conditions, or event tracking) that can provide more reliable or scalable control?

Hi, my question is this: I started a new automation from scratch. I'm trying to set it up so that Claude is having conversations with people who follow me up until they schedule the call, and I'm having an issue. I created a Claude trigger, and nothing worked. Can somebody help me with this automation?  I know I'm missing a step, but I have not been able to figure out how to do this properly.
