Hi all,I’m triggering a webhook from Manychat to Make when an event happens.In Make, I generate an image.What I want to do is return that generated image in the webhook response so Manychat and send/post the image directly in the chat.Is this possible?Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have published my automation for FB & IG Dms but when i tested it live nothing happens when the keywords are triggered in the DMs. I also noticed during the preview that the multiple choice options don’t pop up on 2 of the questions. I have currently disabled the keywords while i research why its not working for me. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I set up a new automation for comment on instagram, although it seems pretty simple, it’s not working.I see the name on contact, but no message triggered or stats updated, still at 0.

Hey Guys,  is it possible to set a automation reply only once in the conversation. For Example:I have set an automation for specific word “price”Person aks about swimpass price.Automation gives the reply but it is not good answer for person who asked the question. So person ask again the same question and the automation send the same answer again.I dont want it to send the same answer again.  What is a solution for this situation please?Thank you for your answers

Hello, I’m trying to activate the trigger for when a user clicks on a Facebook ad. However, this error pops up when I try to flip the switch on ‘Don’t use more than one content block in the first message to set up Facebook Ads’. I’ve removed all but one content block on the first message that is sent to the user when an ad is clicked on but it still shows this error. This is with a trial account for Manychat pro. Any help is appreciated.

The following message appears when I try to set up the welcome message to new followers. I contacted Meta, they checked everything and there is no restriction from their side. Anyone else has experienced this? How to fix it? Thanks!  

So I use the same primary automation every time I post to Instagram, and I simply duplicate the automation, apply it to my new post then just hit “go live” from the app. Recently however, it now takes me to a weird external page that no longer gives me the option to go live from the app - I can only go live from my desktop which is not convenient at all since I post content from my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is ManyChat aware this is happening for some users? I don’t really understand why this regression has occurred, but I’m praying it will go back to how it was because creating a brand new automation every time doesn’t make sense for me.Thank you!

Hi, I have an automation which creates a lead in the CRM whenever a user comments under specific instagram post, now I want to get instagram comment content in the automation to add it in the crm, but I only have instacram account username, nothing more, I need to add this coment, and any additional information like post link (if trigger is set to all posts) to the lead so sales managers can group and process them accordinglySo how can I get the content of the comment?(same issue I have with DMs, how can I get the actual message sent from the user in automation?) 

Hi,I only ever had ONE ManyChat account.I deleted the workspace because I couldn’t connect my Instagram account properly.Now, when I try to connect Instagram again, ManyChat says the account is already connected to another workspace.But this workspace was deleted and no longer exists.I don’t have access to anything else, and I never had another account.So I’m stuck: I can’t connect Instagram because ManyChat thinks there is an existing connection, but there is nothing to disconnect.Has anyone experienced this?How can I fix this?Thanks. 

Hey there!I set up an Auto DM on my boosted post that I boosted through the instagram app, it’s a post that is on my feed. The manychat automation worked fine yesterday, even after boosting, but now it is not working at all. I have refreshed permissions, deleted it and re-set it up. Yet, it’s still not working. Help! I’m trying to get class sign ups and it’s time sensitive!

Hi everyone. I’m new to using this tool, and I am having this problem that I haven't been able to fix by myself, so I think it might be something else. My Instagram comment automations are not working properly.  Comment triggers fail or behave inconsistently … is someone else having this issue, or is it something I might be doing wrong?

My “message contains” automations are triggering (not sure if running correctly) , but unlike post or Reels reply automations, which have a high CTR, all of my “message contains” automations show CTR as N/A. Why does this happen? Is there something wrong with them?Here how it shows:Here the start of my automation (i guess all the 72% of CTR came from “User comments on your Post or Reel”): Is this right?Or when user sends a message the first step automatically bypassed?

I track every new follower and I noticed that manychat is not consistent with profiles it sends the automated welcome message to. on my recent 55 followers manychat sent the message to 23/55 (42%) of new followers. Is this common or is there a fix for this?

Dear all, despite I can use and link correctly manychat to my instagram account, it seems I cannot do the same with my FB messenger as I need to use the automation on both.When I go on settings and then I need to select my page which is OneforallOrbassano, but as you can see in the image the button to connect is grey and say only FBPAGE ADMIN che get access.. I'm trying to connect this new automation on Instagram, but it's not working.A window pops up saying “Update your Instagram permissions to say hi to new followers.” When I click on the “Update Permissions” button, the business.facebook.com login page opens. I can't log in through Instagram; it kicks me out and says “You cannot log in to Instagram using this account.” Logging in via Facebook simply redirects me to the page I was on before.Please advise how I can grant permission and connect this automation.PS: This is a Meta company page, and I am the manager. All other Manychat features work without any problems.
