Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue while trying to save the Greeting Text inside ManyChat (Messenger settings).Whenever I try to save the greeting message (even a simple text like “Hi {{first_name}}”), I get this error:“Can’t register greeting text”I’ve already tried: Using plain text only Removing dynamic fields Refreshing the page Logging out & logging back in But the issue is still happening.Has anyone faced this problem before? 

I use Facebook Messenger to communicate with people on my page, but now I’ve bought ManyChat and want to use it for messaging on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.On Facebook and Instagram, when I have ads published and someone sends me a message, it shows up from which ad they’re sending me a message. However, in ManyChat, I no longer see any information about that. This is a crucial problem for me because I run multiple ads for different products. When someone sends me a message asking about the price of a product, I don’t know which product they’re referring to.How is it possible to see from which ad someone sends a message? Is it possible to do so?

I’m doing it this way bc my main entry point is send to DM from a meta ad and it has to start with a message with buttons/conversation starter and no next stepI have some auto tagging for stage changes in place, and I will manually assign tags as well. someone may go from Service A Qualified to Service A Qualified Plusthey may go from Service A

Hi, quick question.I already have one Instagram account connected to my ManyChat account.Is it possible to connect another Instagram profile to the same ManyChat account, or do I need a separate ManyChat account for each IG profile?And what is the best way to connect an additional IG account? Thanks for your help.

Does anyone know how I do this? I just keep going round and round in circles on the platforms logging onto my instagram trying to update my account but them nothing happens??

Every day or so I get a message that our TikTok account is disconnected and needs to be refreshed. Is this a normal issue? It is stopping us from making our chat flow work. None of our other accounts(FB or IG) are having this issue. (Yes we have a business account and it appears to work fine when it is refreshed and connected.)

Fiz a automação, fiz o teste e funcionou, basicamente é um reels onde a pessoa precisa digitar tabela, coloquei variações, tudo certinho, no primeiro teste funcionou, para a minha surpresa quando abri os novos comentários, eles não tinham recebido o direct, nem a resposta no comentário, a palavra usada estava certa, a automação está ativa, não sei qual está sendo o problema. 

Why does the auto-message to follower feature use a different font and require a button at the bottom? It doesn't look like a natural message, and because it appears automated, the response rates(double tap like) are quite low. I usually send these messages manually myself. It takes a bit more effort, but the response rate is much higher. While this new feature saves some time, it makes the greeting feel less personal and less like it was sent by a real person. Is it possible for us to change these?For example, can we at least have an option to remove the button at the bottom. Otherwise, it looks exactly like an automated system message and comes across as really insincere.

I have followed the automation setup properly, tested it on ManyChat and IG settings and it seems to work.  I have several word trigger comments on my post, but almost 24 hours later none of the conversation automations have triggered.  When I tested it through IG and input the code given, it actually worked from my personal IG to my business IG.  I don’t understand why there is a messaging hangup to my customers?  Any help appreciated.

I just went live with this new feature, and I feel something isn’t right.  As you can see, there are 376 executions but only 20 sends.   Can someone explain this to me?

Hi all, I have created a quiz where I want the ability to remind users to answer the questions if they don’t answer or “drop off”. Currently the set up is this: But when I run through it, if I drop off on the second question, it sends me the reminder message for BOTH questions. So if I’m on question 3, I get it three times etc. I have tried SO MANY THINGS and I can’t get it to work!

Hi everyone! I’m experiencing a strange (but very critical) issue with Instagram integration.• My Instagram business account is connected to my Facebook Page.• I am the Business owner and have full control in Meta Business Manager.• When I try to connect Instagram in Manychat, it says the account is already connected.• However, when I log into Manychat (via Google or Facebook – both show the same profile), my dashboard is completely empty and shows “You don't have a channel”.It looks like the Instagram ID is assigned to an existing Manychat workspace, but that workspace is not visible in my account.I did not create multiple Manychat accounts. I always used the same Google/Facebook login.

 Hello, I need to know if I can message my contacts please, as if not, you need to stop charging for people that I cannot message. At the moment, I can only contact the 317 people, not the 26,000, if there is no way of doing this then I should only be charged for the 317. Hey everyone, I've been dealing with a frustrating issue for about a month now and can't figure out if it's a bug or something on my end.**Setup:**- WhatsApp Business via Manychat (PRO)- Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads running on Meta- Automation trigger: CTWA click from a specific ad + keyword "contains" trigger as backup- Everything is connected, live, and was working perfectly for months**The problem:**Some leads click the ad, message us, write the exact keyword — and the automation simply doesn't fire. No flow assigned, no tag applied, nothing. But the contact DOES appear in Manychat's contact list.**Key details:**- Contacts show up in Manychat with NO tags and NO flow history- Always new contacts (not re-engaging old ones)- Happens across multiple different ads, not just one- Started ~1 month ago with no changes on my end- Meta shows more ad clicks/conversations initiated than Manychat shows flow acti

Help! I’m wanting to trigger a custom flow from one organic content post. 2 pathways with 2 seperate keywords that trigger the flow. I already have the flows built out, I don’t need any suggestions from AI to build these out.Can I implement this without using the AI inside manychat build out or am I missing something?Thanks in advance

Can you please help me with this, I made a flow with an external request from Make, sometimes get the answer messages in my phone sometimes not. For example, if i ask to Gemini “what day is today” it answer correctly but if i ask for another situation that need more characters answer correctly in the response tab inside the configuration of the external request, but this messages not is display in my WhatsApp, it displays the last message.
