Hello Guys, I would like to know how the pricing works and if its possible to reduce the cost or monthly payments. I'm currently using Manychat just for the automatization by key words, and in the type of job that I have we just talk to a contact once and then we don't necessarily need to have any type of interaction with that contact again. So it doesn't make any sense to me to be accumulating contacts or paying for then after months. It's there any option to me? or I just have to accept that this platform doesn't adjust to my necessities? I felt in love with Manychat so I hope you can help me to find a way to use it properly for my business without overpaying just for contacts.
Hello,I have been testing and testing and TESTING my first flow that collects emails through Instagram DM’s. In the flow I set up a tag in the action when they give me their email. The tag assigns them to the insta campaign I used to get them to join me in the DM’s. Anyway, the emails are transferring over into MailChimp just fine, however, the tag does not come with them.Can you suggest any ideas how to fix this? I need these ManyChat emails addresses to be properly tagged in the future so I can send them the correct automated email over in MailChimp. Thanks for your help!!

Pipeline: ManyChat (Instagram) → External Request (JSON) → n8n (self-hosted v1.105.4) → OpenAI (4o-mini, Assistants API) → Respond to Webhook (JSON) → (ManyChat) Response Mapping → Send Message {ai_response}.Logs/records in Supabase.Conversation memory design (how we keep context) We use the OpenAI Assistants API with persistent threads per Instagram subscriber. On the first message we create a thread and store the mapping in Supabase: subscriber_id → thread_id. On the next messages we reuse the same thread (read thread_id from Supabase), append the user’s text, create a run, then poll run status in n8n (Check Run Status → If Completed? → Wait 3s & Retry). I was just told the Comment Reply can work on Meta Ads Manager if you choose an existing post to run as an ad. Is that true?

My client asked me a messy request, fine. So I need to duplicate an automation and I already know about the option.But duplicating an automation only creates an empty shell! I have two dozen bubbles/cards/whatever and only the trigger and first bubble appear in the “duplicate”. This needs to be fixed!
Dear all. I am new with Manychats and just signed up for the pro version, I need help. I set up a flow successfully to collect emails and when I tested it by providing an email address like a lead, It worked however, I cant find the email or contact on my back end. I can only see them only in the Live chat. Is this normal? Also the contacts that are shown on my dashboard, are they contacts that opted in or what because it’s a bit confusing. I will appreciate anyone’s help

Estou seguindo passo a passo para excluir os contatos indo em :Selecionar todos os contatos > Ações em Lote > Cancelar inscrição da conta > Escrevo o que se pede > Aparece um icone como se tivesse apagado mais os contatos permanecem ali. Vou bater os 500 contatos e não consigo apaga-los. Alguém pode me ajudar a resolver esse problema? Já limpei o cache do meu navegador e não resolveu. Grata!

Ocorre que várias pessoas não clicam no botão, mas enviam um áudio ou uma mensagem. Hello, I want to create an automation where I create a chatbot for Messenger, WhatsApp, and Instagram Direct. The initial triggers are configured, but I can't access the part where I choose the specific channels for the flow. In other words, it forces me to create different branches for each channel (select the Messenger message block, WhatsApp message block, etc) to create the flow. Is there no way for the flow blocks to be the same?
Hace dos días abrí Manychat y cada vez que alguien me etiqueta en una historia automáticamente se me coloca como contactos, y yo no tengo ninguna regla puesta para ello, se me pone automáticamente así, ¿cómo puedo quitar eso? Estoy en la versión Pro que admite solo 500 contactos y en un día ya tengo mas de 100, que no me interesan.Por otro lado he intentado eliminar contactos de manera manual y no me lo admite, adjunto pantallazo , poniendo la palabra que me dice y no se me queda clicable el botón de eliminar, si por favor me podéis ayudar lo agradezco infinito ya que si no me van a pasar el próximo importe de facturación, de contactos en breve.Mil gracias
Hi there, New to Manychat and trying to send up automation to collect email and send freebie. Did this successfully via DMs but everyone seemed to be adding keywords to comments instead of DMs so tried to add an additional trigger to the same automation to pick up comments also. However, it will not allow me to enable the additional trigger and I receive the message “Mark this message as a "Comment Reply" if you want to send it as a reply to a post or reel comment.” I have no idea what this means or where I am meant to mark message as comment reply. Please help! Thanks in advance.
Hi,I hope you’re all well. I’m writing from Guayaquil, Ecuador.Recently, I connected my company’s Instagram account to the ManyChat platform to automate messages. Since then, I have been unable to add captions to any posts, reels, or collaborations. The caption field simply doesn’t allow me to edit with an error message.After noticing the problem, I took the following steps: Removed the ManyChat connection from Instagram. Deleted the ManyChat integration and permissions from Facebook/Meta Business Suite. Tried posting from multiple devices (iPhone, Android, and computer). Contacted Meta support and verified that no applications are currently connected to the Instagram account. Despite all this, the issue persists, and I still cannot add captions to any type of post.Could you please help me resolve this? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide.Thank you very much!
