In the same window ManyChat sent only ~3,000 DMs. I'm trying to understand exactly what's happening before my next big post, so a few specific questions:1. Rate limits & queue: When the volume exceeds Meta's hourly limit for comment private replies, what does ManyChat actually do with the excess? Are those messages parked in a queue and retried automatically as the rolling window resets, or are they dropped?2. No skipping: My main goal is that EVERY commenter eventually gets the DM, even if it takes many hours and goes very slowly. Can ManyChat guarantee it won't silently skip users? If a send fails due to a rate-limit error, is it retried later, or lost?3. 24-hour window: Since automated DMs must reach the user within 24h of their comment, what happens to people who are still in the queue after 24 hours? Hi everyone,Quick question about OTN Messaging (Instagram)I have an automation where users click "Yes, remind me!" for a livestream. A Smart Delay then waits about a week, and sends them the livestream link just before it starts.Since the user explicitly requested the reminder and the message is directly related to that request, is this compliant with Meta's current policies, or do I need to use a specific message type? Does the visitor counts as a contact and should i delete it at the end of the month to get more space for contacts for next month?

I am experiencing an issue where my automated messages are being sent repeatedly to users, It seems like users cannot interact with the link effectively, and it looks like spam to the system. Does anyone know why the flow keeps repeating the same message instead of allowing the user to complete the subscription action via a button?"

Hi everyone,I'm having an issue with my Instagram ManyChat automation and I'm trying to understand if this is a bug or if someone experienced the same problem.The automation is triggered correctly when someone comments on a Reel/post: the user receives the first DM message correctly inside the DM there is a button (for example “Program”) The problem is:when real users click the button, the next message in the automation is NOT sent.What's strange is that: in Test Mode everything works perfectly the next message is sent correctly during tests but with real Instagram users the flow stops after the button click I already tried: republishing the flow checking permissions verifying the button action reconnecting Instagram Has anyone experienced this recently with Instagram automations?Could this be a Meta API issue or a ManyChat bug?Thanks 🙏

Out of nowhere I was logged out of my account and now I can't log in anymore! I tried everything from clearing cookies, different browser, different device, but the same issue persists.I just spent two days building complex chat automations and they're all lost now!!! I'm missing out on customers and I need this fixed ASAP!I've already reached out to Manychat support twice and no answer. This is so unacceptable.I'm a paying customer and I get locked out of my account with zero explanation and now I'm missing out on tons of clients and serious income. This is not how you should treat paying customers.Customer support is extremely slow and I would never recommend Manychat to anybody. 

Hi There, I made a email integration, where I also want to collect the first name. But after collecting the name, then it just stops and no confirmation message is sent and then in the end doesn’t send through Klaviyo;I am becoming crazy because I checked everything, blogs, claude, … Nothing is fixing it.Thanks!

I have been trying to diagnose my manychats flow for the past week and its driving me insane 😂.Context: I have started a FB page a month and a half ago - grew from 0 to 50k followers & 10m+ views. To monetize the traffic - I started to use manychats keyword trigger from reels/posts.Since in Europe + Japan the Meta Business Suite keyword comment to dm automation is not available - I use manychats for this flow. User comments under reel - dm gets sent.I have tested around 250 contacts so far with only about 5% delivery rate, which signals something structurally wrong. Its within the 24 hour window, no tags applied. I tried reply button + quick reply + long, short, personalised first messages and pretty much doesnt seem to work. Tried first messages without link aswell and still doesnt seem to do the job. Is this something with my FB page that is wrong that they are silently filtering most of my messages as spam? any fix? or is this something geographical I.E - europe gdpr restrictio

Hello, I have 3000+ DMS from old conversations, I filtered those contacts by “last interaction” more than 60 days. Created a sequence with a trigger to start the sequence when a Tag is added to a contact and another trigger when contacts added to the sequence. I have done the set up but the sequence does not start (is already live) I don’t see messages being sent to those contacts. 

Currently, $45 was paid on March 5th, so even if I cancel my subscription now, can I use the pro benefit until April 5th?

I never set up the automation to "contact them later" and it will not allow me to take it down because it's no where in my automation. How do I get rid of this ICK reply asking for their email?

After removing Manychat permissions from Facebook / IG and re-connecting I am still getting the error “post not found / lost connection”. Old automations are still working - I cannot edit them though. New automations are NOT working at all. What else can I do to fix this? Delete Manychat entirely? I’m scared I will lose all the automations I have built.

Currently, when you share a template that includes a Comment Trigger, that trigger cannot be changed on the users end when the template is protected. Templates when protected are also, by default, installed toggled off. When the user installs they have to go toggle everything on,  but they cannot turn on comment trigger flows because the trigger is protected in it’s “off” position. We could simply not lock the specific automation that includes the comment trigger, but if the entire template is locked, the trigger is locked within the flow regardless of the specific automations locked status.The user cannot alter the trigger word either way. This means your protected templates cannot include a comment trigger, which feels like a pretty big feature to exclude from sharing. Any chance we could get a patch? 🥺🙏 

I am unable to create an IG automation.  Never had a problem with the feature before but I am getting the message, "Couldn't create automation.  Try again later". I've been trying for hours, signed out, signed back in, redid the whole automation - nothing has worked so now I have to manually send links to those commenting on my IG reel!  Any ideas?? Thanks!

havent used manychat in years, how can I restart without having tags/triggers and all sorts of stuff tied to the existing users. Have about 1500 contacts and want to start a bunch of new automation flows, but not sure if half my people are opted out, etc from previous flows. Is there a way to set everyone to “new” and basically start over? (restaurant business)

I have updated all the things, and the follow to DM still isn’t working.  It worked for about a week, and then suddenly just stopped.  Thoughts?

Hey everyone, My manychat automation stopped responding to comments about a 5 days ago. I’ve refreshed the connections and reached out to support but I’m not getting any help. They’re emailing me once a day at most with random explanations and no solution. Here’s part of the last email I received and I followed the instruction he laid out and saw that he was wrong I was able to view my IG post in incognito mode when logged out (I also used a completely different browser). Their new follower feature also is only partially working on my account and I’ve been told that’s on Meta’s end. 48 hours and still no response from ManyChat support.The irony is hard to miss: a chatbot company whose own chatbot can't connect users to a human support agent.If you're building tools that help businesses communicate with customers, your own support experience should set the standard. Setting up an Instagram Ads trigger in ManyChat. When I try to flip the trigger from Disabled to active, I get "Don't use more than one content block in the first message to set up Instagram Ads."What I've already tried:- Removed the button from the first message- Merged all my text into a single text block (was originally split into multiple blocks)- Deleted the whole message and rebuilt it from scratch- Removed the "User sends a message" trigger so "User clicks an Instagram Ad" is the only trigger now- First message is now just one Send Message text block with my intro copy, no variablesCurrent state: First message is a single text block ("Hey, thanks for reaching out...") with no variables.
