I need help to update my Whatsapp Icon/ profile picture. In the section channels > whatsapp, there is a way to upload a photo, but it dissapears when i refresh the page or change to another section. Please help!

I recently saw a video of someone who mentioned Manychat was available for TikTok in the USA (they are based in the USA). When I try to connect, I get either a “something went wrong” message (on the iOS app) or the “not available in your country” message on the desktop. Is it only available to a select few? :) How can I be on that list?

Hi everyone!I'm new to the platform and trying to achieve something simple.I want to send a WhatsApp template message (already approved) to users of my app who are paying customers. For example, messages like a welcome message or a notification that their booking received a new review.I've been trying to do this with ManyChat, but I'm a bit confused about the correct setup.Do I need to make sure each user is subscribed to my ManyChat account first? If so, should I check whether the user is already subscribed before sending the message?Since I already have an active system with active clients, what would be the best way to handle this?I originally thought I could trigger an automation when ManyChat receives a webhook, but I couldn’t find a way to create or listen to a webhook in ManyChat.Also, I noticed that you can’t use an external request as the first step in a flow — only after another step.Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated!Thanks 🙏
I am on a Free Plan. I am using Auto-DM Links From Comments feature. I have created 4 automations. My Free Contacts Limit is 0/1000.I am not using any Pro Feature.Now I am unable to create new automation. As I press the Go Live button, it prompts me to buy Pro Version.Please help to resolve this problem or please share email or something which can connect me directly to Manychat team. Thank you.
Hi everyone I’m trying to build an Automation with Instagram + ChatGPT (see Screenshot below)For some strange reason instead of the response, I get “No longer available” in small grey text from Instagram (see screenshot below)The stranges thing is that when I reload the page, then I actually get the AI answer but with a button “Get updates” that I have no clue where it comes from.This automation used to work, but when I recorded and reproduced it it stopped working (both the newly made one and the old one that used to work).The exact same automation still works for Facebook and WhatsApp. What I tried so far:Again removing and reconnecting Instagram to ManyChat Deleting and remaking the whole flow Deleting and remaking the ‘fields’ (variables) My thoughts:When recreating this, I also removed and recreated my Manychat connection to Instagram. Hello,My goal:I want to listen to Instagram comments and automatically reply to users via Direct Message (DM).The problem:According to Facebook's official documentation, an Instagram Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page to subscribe to the Instagram Webhook.However, most of our users do not have a Facebook Page, and I don't want to force them to create one. They only have an Instagram Business account.My questions:Since ManyChat is a Meta partner, you likely have access to private APIs that allow users to authenticate via Instagram Login without needing a Facebook Page.Do you offer a white-label Instagram integration? Hi! We have multiple influencers on IG that make posts with our products and then add us as collaborators. I want to reply and send DMs to comments on those posts. Estou fazendo uma automação simples no Whatsapp. Logo na primeira etapa, coloquei uma mensagem dizendo que para prosseguir precisarei dos dados do cliente, e coloquei um botão de OK, como forma de consentimento para o recolhimento desses dados.Porém, volta e meia acontece do lead desistir, e quero configurar uma automação para caso o lead não clique no botão em 15 minutos por exemplo, que seja mandada outra mensagem. Como faço isso?Pensei em usar a ferramenta de atraso inteligente no “próximo passo” do texto com o botão de OK, mas independente da pessoa ter clicado no botão, ele manda, então não irá funcionar.O que posso fazer?
Edit. Solved! see first comment. Hello The default reply with Facebook doesn’t work. I can trigger a keyword reply just fine, but after I set up a default reply it get’s marked “disabled”. I have a Pro Plan. Did I make a mistake? Thank you!
Hello,My Instagram bot keeps the previous message. For example, if I don't reply immediately but later, my bot responds with the same message as the previous response. I am unable to configure the Goal Conversions API. I followed Manychat's step-by-step instructions to configure it, but every time I enter my Data Set ID and the Token generated by META, it always gives an error saying “Invalid conversion API credentials”. How to solve this problem?

Hi All, Im putting together an email campaign (still) and im interested in using a technique ive seen someone else use for theirs. Their email has two images next to each other. The benefit of doing this instead of having the two images just be one image “looking” like two is that when you reduce the size of the email window on mac/pc, or open the email on mobile, the two images move on top of each other ensuring they stay large enough for readability. Hi all, I’d like to build an AI assistant chatbot using ChatGPT that can save the messengers inputs to certain custom fields. I tried the AI Step and was pretty underwhelmed by it. I saw the documentation for connecting ChatGPT, but from reading through the forums, it looks like the Assistants API can work with some workaround. Hi there. I’m using the new option “ChatGTP” in Action Task, instead using the External Query ( using json ). But there isn’t a field to inform the Assistant ID, only the API Key. I am building an FAQs automation for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. Can I create one automation instead of building three separate ones for each channel? I just want to know if there is a way to recognize the channel. For example, if a user messages on WhatsApp, the automation triggers on WhatsApp, and if a user messages on Messenger, the automation triggers on Messenger. Please see the attached picture for better understanding.

Hi, so I am using ManyChat API to create leads in Monday.com based on the 'new message' trigger in Make.com. Do you know if it's possible to get the direct Facebook profile link from ManyChat? Based on my knowledge, directly from the webhook response it’s not possible, but do you guys maybe know some kind of external app that would populate the link of the FB profile of a sender?Cheers!Jakub :)
