Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with ManyChat.I find it a bit disappointing that there’s no proper video tutorial for this, or an option to directly contact support (especially for the price – that really should be available).I’ve been searching for 4 days now for the right settings to create a follow-up, but I can’t find anything. And honestly, what’s explained here so far doesn’t really answer my question either.Example:Person X comments with the “keyword” → Then they receive a message and a link to click… and that’s where the problem starts. I want to set up a follow-up so that they automatically get another message one day later to “check in” with them.I know this might not sound like a big thing, but it’s frustrating that there’s nothing concrete out there. A tutorial video would help a lot.I really hope you can help me. If you need any additional info to give me a better answer, please just let me know.

TLDR: If I actively keep my Contact list under 500, will that keep me at the $15 Pro Tier?Have been testing and now using ManyChat’s automation in a way that is perhaps a little different from the traditional “Comment “X” and I’ll send you my Ebook” approach. I run social media for a video game where we use deeplinks in pretty much all of our posts to drive DAU to our game from our social channels. I’ve been using ManyChat’s automation features to drive engagement by asking user to comment “X” and our official account replies directly to their comment with a deep link. I run these for 3 days and then turn off the automation. We were doing it on a small scale at first so didn’t need to worry about contact limits at the time. Eventually switched to PRO and had no issues the first month at all. Month 2, we did a few campaigns and I guess this took me over the tier limit and ended up paying $30 as opposed to $15 the month before. Not a big deal tbh but after watching the video here, I

I work for a big brand and I’m worried about people abusing the comments to DM automation and commenting the prompting word but sneaking in abuse/ rudeness/ comments that don’t align w our image.Is it the case that only comments that contain the prompt word and only that will receive a DM?

No entanto, quando seleciono todos os contatos e tento um ação em lote, apesar da tag ser adicionada aos usuários, os campos personalizados não são preenchidos.Alguém saberia informar o motivo? I’d like to manually add an email system field to a contact and I cannot find a place to do it. Support articles say this can be done in contacts by clicking on the user, but I’m not seeing the option to add system fields at all. I can add custom fields, but the automation I’m trying to trigger requires the email system field to be filled out. Here’s a screenshot to show you what I see in the contact with nowhere to edit the system fields or add one for email. Thank you!

Bom dia pessoal, sou nova por aqui. Estou há poucos meses usando a ferramenta manychat e hoje quando acessei a fatura do meu cartão que cadastrei, estão cobrando duas vezes o mesmo valor. Sendo que fizeram as cobranças no dia 24/01 e no dia 25/01, quando eu acesso as faturas no meu perfil manychat, consta apenas de 25/01 a 25/02 e 25/02 a 25/03, porém a fatura do meu cartão fecha no dia 16, ou seja, essa do dia 25/02 não pode estar sendo cobrada na minha fatura desse mês, já que já tinha virado o cartão. Além disso na fatura do mês que vem, está sendo cobrado o mesmo valor… ou seja, dois meses de uso e estou pagando por 3.Alguém sabe algum canal de contato humanizado com a equipe deles? Pois pelo suporte é apenas o robô que fala comigo.Obrigada
Is there anyway you can leverage many chat to automate follow up responses when people don’t answer the original DM?
I have an automation that’s live. The automation collects people’s email addresses. I want to add a step to the automation where the email addresses get passed on to my klaviyo account (I’ve already successfully set up the klaviyo-manychat integration). But I don’t see anywhere to add a step. Can this only be done before an automation is live? Everything I read says you should be able to add a step to a live integration, so I don’t understand why Manychat is not displaying the option for me to add a step.
Tenho uma dúvida sobre como fazer com que a minha automação não dispare varias vezes caso a pessoa digite uma das palavras gatilho, para isso utilizo o fluxo abaixo. Porém meus clientes são recorrentes então preciso que toda vez que ele inicie o contato (e digite uma das palavras gatilho, é claro) a automação dispare. Sendo assim, como faço pra um contato “perder” a tag após 24 horas do contato ou algo do tipo?
